    What about just the gate with a little bit of wall, the battering ram (I forgot it's name), Gondor soldiers, 2 orcs and Gandalf the White. That could be about $40.

    I just meant that the scenes are not seen for an extended period. Most are very short, a couple of minutes at max.

    He's right. The temple is barely seen until Order 66, even then it's not seen but for a minute or two.

    I drift in and out of dark ages. I'll like LEGO than it's other things for a few months, than back to LEGO. About 1/4 of my life was a dark age.

    Great MOC/vignette. The " this was no man" line reminds me of ROTK, when Eowyn challenges the Witch King.

    The bridge reminds me of the end of Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, when they fight Mola Ram on the bridge. It is a really good MOC, especially the cliffs.

    The reason the prices are so high is due to population differences. The US has a higher population, and get lower prices because more people can buy LEGO. Britain has a lower population, and prices have to go up because less people can buy LEGO sets. Same thing with France and Germany, etc.

    I can't decide on whether to get the Gatehouse Raid or not. I like it and I love the horse barding ( I believe that's it's name ) but I don't know if it's worth $30-40.

    No, I would prefer something that looks like Scarecrow's head. Not a copy, but something along those lines.
