LEGO Star Wars Set Discussion 2025 - READ FIRST POST!!!

I really hope so. If the May 4th still did minifigures it would have been fun to see something like a Young Dooku or Inquisitor Bariss. Yes, that looks really good. I was kind be hoping they would adapt the cancelled arc where Bane and Boba face off but this also looks fun. -
I saw the name of the leak and excitedly thought it would be something OOTP based (like when they fly to the Ministry) guess not .

Okay but I would unironically buy this. Both would be fun but a Gingerbread one would be my preference. A shame it's only one figure which I'm assuming is going to be a TIE pilot as I would have liked to have seen a Santa Vader with the newer figure. -
Love those. I had no idea they based the head off Shaw.

A brick built Greivous would be something I’d be interested in. I remember years ago they did a buildable Grevious figure as part of the UCS line but if they were to do him I wouldn’t a mind a bust of the head. But yeah, it would be nice if they weren’t putting out so many each year. Yes I do wonder whether we’ll reach a period of over-saturation. -
Yes it looks similar to the way they made the holocrons in the Star Wars sets. I’m also surprised it’s a PS based set. Makes me wonder what section of Hogwarts they’ll use for a COS set.
-
Yeah that could be cool. You could also include a printed tile piece to represent the necklace. Not a minifigure but the Hogs Head could include the portrait of Ariana Dumbledore which would be pretty cool.
-
What do we think the figure list will look like? I’m thinking something along the lines of: Harry (HBP?) Ron (HBP?) Hermione (HBP?) Madame Rosemerta Mr and Mrs Flume Slughorn Aberforth Dumbledore Neville (3rd year) Katie Bell Hagrid Madam Puddifoot Cho Chang, Luna and Ginny (OOTP) I’m wondering what versions of the trio they would use or whether they would include different versions of them.

I’m guessing it’ll be similar in size to the Lars Homestead Kitchen GWP? I wouldn’t mind the training facility honestly. -
1. CoS. I imagine the Slytherin Common Room being a key part of the set. 2. Yes 3. Yes, I suspect that will be the section that focuses on the 3rd film. 4. PS. I could see them maybe including a small Easter egg to DH (like a cup in a vault or a picture of the dragon or something). 5. Luna’s House, D2C Flying Ford Anglia, the 3rd task Maze from Goblet of Fire. A microscale version of the Ministry of Magic could be quite fun - similar to the castle you depict the different rooms like Umbridge’s office, the prophecy room, the court room etc. 6. Quidditch Pitch, Moaning Myrtle’s bathroom. 7. Robes. 8. Yes.

That Plo Koon head looks fantastic. Lovely that we’re getting him in such a cheap set. It would’ve been nice if we’d got the full astomech figure but honestly that Plo figure is so good I don’t mind. The Nigh Trooper battle pack looks fine to me, the build reminds me of the original Stormtrooper BP they released in 2008. The Maul mech looks pretty much what you’d expect it to look like. I’m assuming the figure is the one based of the Siege of Mandalore? -
Oh nice, they really seem to have gone all out for the house. You can see Harry’s bedroom and the staircase in the rear part of the set, so I’m guessing you’ve obviously got the living room at the front section.

The GWP sounds alright though I do wish they’d included Aurra Sing in place of one of the Clones. -

I really like that, certainly an improvement on the old piece. Was worried it would be a bit clunky but it’s turned out quite well. -
Strongly recommend the game. And yeah the castle is great, it’s also my definitive version as well. I think it would be cool to see microscale version of it at some point (similar to the 2023 one).

The Boba figure is a bit of a misfire if I’m honest. The only real improvement seems to be the skin tone on the headpiece and torso. It’s kind of baffling because they almost nailed the colours of the torso on the previous version (2017) so I’m not sure what went wrong here. -

Not sure about the hairpiece. I know some people have said this hairpiece might have been a better fit. -
Yes I hope so too. Still crazy we haven’t got the Mirror of Erised yet since 2018. I wonder if the retail exclusive would be Luna Lovegood’s house from DHP1?

Little late to the party but that U Wing does look really nice. Seems a little smaller than the 2016 one but a good amount of detail for its size. The hat/hairpiece looks excellent. -
With Amazon taking full creative control of the James Bond films I wonder if (when the next film is eventually released) they might make a push for more LEGO sets?

Yeah, I’m still surprised they didn’t give us one as part of the 25th anniversary range of figures. They could probably throw her in an RoTJ A-Wing or something like that. -
Hogsmede would be my guess. I could see it having a very similar layout to Diagon Alley. As well as the shops we see in the films I wonder they could also include shops from the Orlando Park.

Wishlist: Future Star Wars Sets and Minifigures
Tariq j replied to MKJoshA's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Some great suggestions here. I'd like to see Rebels and Bad Batch get more love. You could also add: Revenge of the Sith: Senate Battle. Have Yoda and Palpatine and a senate pod. Rogue One: Scariff Battle: Part of the walkway on the Scariff Imperial Tower. Includes Jyn and Krennic. I was looking at some of the Harry Potter stuff and I think sets like the Flying Ford Anglia (12.99), the Duel Club (19.99) and the Charms classroom (17.99) are exactly the kind of things we need to be seeing in the Star Wars line. Yeah it's been 12 years since we've had a good episode 2 wave. We've been getting the odd set here and there but not much. I'd also love to see the Zam Wessell speeder Chase at some point as well. Bane would make an excellent May 4th promo figure. (Similar to how they did Revan). -
I wonder if they could do the viaduct entrance? Like yeah it’s not explicitly connected to OotP in any way but you could probably fit the room or requirement and maybe Umbridge’s office in there if you wanted to make it OotP themed.

Yeah, I would like to see some more obscure characters in the calendars. They’ve done it a couple of times before. We got a young Boba Fett in the 2013 one, U3PO in the 2016 one and Anton Merrick (Blue Leader) in the 2018 one. Mon Mothma would be a good choice for a future calendar.
