I would personally like to see a Venator Class based of Episode 3. While we don't see the interior It would be nice to see what Lego could come up with.
-
Good thought, it is a strong possibility, don't forget Lego produces more tyres than any car shop, so I won't be surprised if it is a commonly printed word.
-
I too, agree with Graysmith an ATT would be brilliant. A green Naboo Speeder would also be a nice set to add along aside it.
-
For May 4th I'm hoping for an exclusive chrome figure. A poster would be a nice touch though.

London/UK residents: Planet Series 4 and Hoth board game availability
Tariq j replied to Inzane's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Hello Inzane, I'm sure their is still some possibility that the series 4 planet sets are. In stock, Hamleys is the best place to try for this. For the board game I'm not so sure it will be out in stores, it's a fairly old game so I would go on Bricklink or Amazon. -
The micro figure of the Emperor could possibly be the same mould used in board games or the one used in the Super Star Destroyer - either way I'm still glad we are getting one. About the Advent Calender: This years is certainly a stock we can look forward too. The two Christmas themed models sound amazing and the mini models look promising as well.

I think Ponda Baba would be a good minifigure, but as StoutFiles pointed out, it wouldn't really be a good set encouraging to take the arm of minifigures. But I do agree with you, it would be a dull minifigure line up with just Band Members, they could include a sand trooper or two.
-
The Naboo Cruiser from Episode I and Padme's Ship from Episode III. Both of these models are very similar however they have differences. In my view, The Naboo Cruiser would be the better option as there would be more interesting minifigures that can be included.
-
I suppose, in a sense, this isn't really what one would classify as a 'set'. For the 15th annervesary of Lego Star Wars They could release a Lego Star Wars 4 Game: The Remasted Trilogy. It would feature updated levels, sets and characters from episodes I-VI the planets could feature as hubs, unlocking ones as you go e.g. In A New Hope you will unlock Alderran, The death star, and Yavin 4. In each Hub you do different tasks to earn gold bricks, e.g. You might have to win a pod racer race on Tatooine or Rescue as many rebels as you can from the Death Star under a certain time limit.

Yes, that certainly was a downfall. No doubt the infamous technic Handel will make its appearance in this set (and probably a few others) Pablo94: Thanks for the information on the sets, it's odd that TLG would release another snowspeeder considering one was released last year, still a good chance to get more redesigns. I'm hoping for a Dak Ralter in this one.
-
I'm hugely excited about the ISD. It's a good chance for TLG to add and upgrade features from 6211. The number of minifigures is disappointing considering there are many redesigns waiting, but I'm still keeping my hopes up anyway. The new 'red vader' that's coming out in the Advent Calender will certainly be a popular figure and no doubt they'll have run out by December! The tatooine Luke sounds promising and the white figure that Pablo94 mentioned could be an upgraded storm trooper perhaps?

I like the idea of a shuttle the UCS version was good but wasn't suitable for figures. I would like to see a new trade federation MTT with some gunguns

Would it hurt you if the Star Wars franchise would stop right now?
Tariq j replied to HJR-Holland's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I highly the franchise would end, and if it did it would be a whole popular Lego theme gone in an instant. It would be a big loss for both Lego and Disney. But with the first of the new series of movies coming out next year and still a fair amount of sets that haven't been made it would be both odd and a bad decision to stop here. -
I was thinking about this as well, it could possibly be a 15th annervesary promo item but it's unlikely.
-
It's been five years since the last one so there is a fairly good chance of a new model. However I wouldn't count on it being a UCS version, it would probably be a "flagship" type set ranging around the $100/£100/100€ mark. I'm still hoping for Padme's Naboo Cruiser from TPM, it's one of the only ships in the star wars saga that hasn't been made in Lego and it could include dozens of chrome pieces which would make it a popular set.

Post your general LEGO Star Wars questions here
Tariq j replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I could be wrong here but as far as I know new sets are released at different times in different countries. I'm not entirely sure why this is though. -
Hello all, in the new Lego catalogue the droid tri-fighter and the police gunship aren't featured in it. Is this a possible indication that they are rare, exclusive to Lego stores perhaps?

REVIEW: Lego Star Wars 75046: Courscant Police Gunship
Tariq j replied to Tom Jurassic's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Thank you very much for the review Legofan 117, I'm hoping to purchase this set any time soon. The minifigures are superb, a ventress would have been nice but this is still a brilliant range nevertheless. I am though, very disappointed about the troop bay they managed to do it with last years republic gunship (though that was a bigger set). -
Who's next to be Santa in the Advent Calendar
Tariq j replied to ShadowWolfHount's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Obi wan, chewbucca maybe grievous (though that would be hard) -
This wasn't something I did today but I received me 2014 Lego catalogue in the post two days ago.

Nice ideas, an AT-TE would be brilliant that would be a good army builder. I'm hoping another rebel trooper battle pack with upgraded rebel troopers, we haven't seen these mini figures since the 2012 advent calendar. For this years summer wave a UCS Y-Wing would be nice it would fit nicely with the theme of a UCS rebel ship, 2012: B-Wing, 2013: X-Wing.
-
If their is a cantina I can't wait for its release. Do we know when the UCS AT-AT is coming out in stores?
-
Hi all looks like I am very late to the party, apologies about that. Its nice to see pictures on the sets, the new droid that comes in one of the battle packs looks very tempting so ill definitely be getting that! The microcfighters also look like a tempting line.

Hi all, looks like I'm a bit late to the party! the new Anakin looks good. The rebel pilot is very detailed I want to get my hands on him! This image I'm going to show you may have been posted here before so apologies if it has:

A slave I and AT-AT would be amazing, it would be interesting to see if they were minifigure scale or not, the AT-AT probably will be. But minifig scale or not I hope they add more details to the cockpit of slave I.
