  1. Thanks for the rumour list. The AAT would make sense seeing as we got an MTT this wave. I'm somewhat dissapointed in the lack of PT and OT sets. But I suppose with the new rebels sets coming out it makes sense.
  2. Thanks! I like that idea. An imperial games room!
  3. Hello all, As most of you probably know the new ISD has a Room which, with the exception of a gunrack, is completely empty. Being a large room this is a good opportunity to modify it. The question here is: What should I put in it? I've been thinking of a meditation chamber for Darth Vader or maybe a section for an escape pod. What do you think I should put in?
  4. Lego has offered a good variety of themes for Girls. I will agree that Lego does design most themes for boys in mind. Lego did try with the Lego movie by giving us a Unikitty cloud set.
  5. Thanks for sharing this video, I'm looking forward to the upcoming pictures of the sets. If I'm not wrong. (Please correct me if I am). We should start seeing pictures towards the end of the month or Octobor. Note that confidential stamped pictures come out first and may not be the correct versions of the set that we will see in stores on January.
  6. I agree with some of the comments above. The way I interpreted the message was that whoever you are, and whether you treat Lego as a Collectible or a toy. There is no correct way of owning Lego. As MannyLego quite rightly pointed out, the movie couldn't work with out it. The whole man upstairs plot was necessary in order to convey the message.
  7. Thank you for your post. I'm going to go for the Cantina and maybe once the rebels show aires go for the ghost and the phantom.
  8. A Star Wars set desision here. I could either go for the Cantina £64.99 or the Ghost £69.99. The Ghost can be combind with the Phantom and probably future rebels sets. The cantina on the other hand is quite lonely, but is the less expensive of the two. Both sets include the same amount of minifigures. Which one should I get? That's a hard one. The PC contains more features and detail where as the two top floors of the Emporium have very little in them. Overall I would go for the Emporium. It has less features but is likely to be discontinued and has nice touches.
  9. Will this Slave I be a UCS? I faintly remember someone saying in the 2014 Rumour and discussion topic there will be a UCS version. As there is still no confirmed picture we won't know whether it's a Rebels or SW.
  10. Awful crime. From both ends! CBS saying legos and the theft.
  11. Hi Titanarch, I personally would go for the Star Destroyer and possibly the B-Wing. I always find it better to get sets that can be combind and displayed together rather than separatly. I won't be the first to admit that the star destroyer isn't the best of sets, but it has good qualities, the bridge is more detailed, new minifigures and a whole empty room which can be modified to the owners tastes.
  12. A collection of minifigures A crack of minifigures
  13. I agree with you. The interior was a dissapointment as it was just dedicated to one mechanism when it could have Been used for two or three useful needs. Such as a slot for the snowspeeder, or like it's predessesor, seats for snowtroopers. As far as I'm aware there are no other sets that are compatible with this with exception of the snowspeeder. However it's possible to modify the section in order to customise the interior.
  14. Thanks for the review. It's a hard Choice as to get this or not. The gaps in the structure and lack of droids are dissapointing aspects which slighty put me off. It feels to me like a missed oppotunity, I may go for this or the AT-AT.
  15. I'd say a western theme and the Indiana Jones theme.
  16. The sandcrawler, a fantastic set for any star wars fan. Same here, The MINI is a fantastically detailed set. And, in my opinion, looks great next to the VW Campervan.
  17. Looks like a great set. But iat the same time it looks very expensive.
  18. Thank you Erdbeereis, the tag looks brilliant.
  19. Possibly, as it's minifigure scale, but at this point until we see more pictures and info it's hard to speculate what we are going to see. Still, I hope whatever Lego bring us is good.
  20. For a veichle it's strikes me as odd as to why they made it smaller than the previous model, I may consider getting it depending on prices.
  21. It's a shame, TLG had the oppotunity of releasing making and releasing one in the summer wave of 2013, but didn't.
  22. Mine is around 2,000-ish. I tend to spend them on very big sets-The Ewok Village for example.
  23. Well, I've been here for a year, and I've made over 200 posts, and at least 25% are in the SW forum. May I request a tag
  24. Great review! I'm still planning on getting the motorized version. Personally, I dislike the "backpacks" on the new snowtroopers, they stick out too much... But on the plus side, the poster included is a good addition to the set. Thanks again for the review.
  25. Brilliant comparison! The bridge on the the latest one looks better. Size is a dissapointment but it is a good set
