  1. Finishing the second floor of my art gallery modular MOC.
  2. ATDT: All terrain droid transport ADT: Armed droid tank
  3. Same, that function on the village where the two hammers bash together could also be used for an AT-ST
  4. The R2-D2 looks like the one from the yoda chronicles, a same discussion about grievous happened earlier, if this the new one I can't see the new joint so I don't know how TLG have figured it out.
  5. Amazon have disappointed me in the past they messed up one of my orders by sending it to the wrong house and expected me to pick it up! But I still use it every now and then.
  6. Montyofmusic: Sounds like a good idea, I can see where you got the idea from, I would like to see a redesign of paploo seeing as he was missed out in the village. Some of my ideas: I'm really into playsets it's a shame about the battle of hoth because it could have made into a bigger playset with more figures. Anyway I'd like either a Naboo playset with an MTT or a yavin base playset with stormtroopers, medal solo, medal skywalker, ceremonial leia etc. and yes stormies weren't featured there but to create some playability.
  7. Thanks for the link but as The joker 1 said they might be removed, it's what happened with the first link.
  8. Well, after some thought I'd like to join, I need better skills on photogrophy and the way I wright my reviews.
  9. Thanks guys I'll follow that link.
  10. Hi all, for those of you who don't know I'm a very keen reviewer but I've never done a review on EB before and I want to do one, but before I proceed in doing so I need to learn tips from the professionals, and I'm very interested in the reviewers academy, but I want to know how the course works how to sign in etc. All help will be appreciated.
  11. Basically we don't see much of the temple in the PT, therefore there arn't as many play features than can be added to this set, the CW TV series however includes multiple scenes from the temple which created dozens of play features, however everyone wants to see SW figures and not CW ones.
  12. I think with a Jedi temple set it's a question of "would you rather a set full of playability features but CW figures or a set with barely any features but SW figures" For me I don't know, as much as I want SW figures playability is always something that adds more to a set.
  13. Do pics on Brickepidia count as "Official Pictures"
  14. I kind of liked the empire state building, yes, it could have been slightly bigger but in my opinion a great set. Anyway for mine: Spy jet escape Cars 2: Arguably the worst set in the Cars line, you could only fit Finn or holly in the plane and only one of them-not both. The back of Finn stuck out of the plane. There was a 45 degree hole between the ramp and the back. And finally it looked nothing like a spy jet inside. The twighlight: You would think that a set this big TLG would make this a brilliant set but there was a huge flaw that ruined it all- Technic took up all the interior!
  15. I think the point has clearly been made now that you should keep your Lego, it's important that you keep the sets that your happy with, big or small. I know how it feels and throughout your time collecting lego you feel slightly bored of it but you will eventually get back in. I remember when I brought an unexpected gathering I asked myself why did I get this in the first place? But I soon got back into it.
  16. Something_awesome: Good pickups, the Imperial shuttle and battle of endor are the must have sets for all star wars fans! RitzBrick: The death star is a brilliant set to get right now seeing there's a possibility it might retire because of the ewok village.
  17. Good point, I was building the 2011 hoth echo base and eating choclate cake and well.. There's no need to explain what happened next......
  18. Brilliant view, if I could I would sit outside there and build Lego
  19. Fanta, millionaire shortbread and pretzels.
  20. Agreed. As mentioned before video reviews have always been riduclously long and have always been more of a tour of a set rather than a review, also I've noticed in a few video reviews the reviewers general opinion of the set is something like " I like this set because you get anakin" or this is a good set, buy it because you get Mace Windu" or something along the lines of that. Not to say that all video reviews are like this only some. I can't wait until the clone lietennant comes to Europe, I hope it's the SW version not the CW one.
  21. Hopefully this topic can be merged, still for me it would be the ewok village or the battle of endor plsysets have always been my thing.
  22. I'm really impressed with the advent calender, Lego really have upped the game with it, they've stuck to two themes and given us some good models.
  23. That would be good but apart from the holocron libray from AOTC we barley see it in TPM. The CW however we see it more.
  24. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think there are some Stormies because palpatine apparantly survives through four clones because he burst into dark energy in ROTJ and his spirit survived. So we may see stormtroopers, possibly in upgraded armour.
  25. I suppose so, the clone wars TV series has more scenes from the temple than the prequals but I really don't want to see more CW figures. And personally, I would much rather have a temple with little features based on episode III than a temple with lots of features but full of CW figures. And of course there is always room for modding. I would love to see a cloud city playset, it could have a dining room, a junk room, a carbonite freezing chamber and a duel room and landing pad it could also feature a Bespin Pod car.
