  1. Before I saw the voting I thought that #19- Cannon Foundry was the best. I would be lying to myself and everyone else if I did not give that my vote despite the fact that this is quickly becoming a landslide victory. -martinsuper
  2. Barrels and 75 degree slopes... But thats just me! -martinsuper
  3. All very well done. I really wanted to put something into the build but lately the spare time has escaped me! -Martin
  4. Thank you all for your comments. It was a lot of fun to build. -martinsuper
  5. What a refreshing ship! I love your building style and the overall lines of the ship. Very unique and very enjoyable! A++ -martinsuper
  6. A ver simple yet enjoyable ship. It is functional and the playability is great. Its the kind of LEGO ship that I don't feel is "too nice" to play with. It fits the bill of what a LEGO pirate ship should be. Top marks! -martinsuper
  7. Wow! very cool indeed. I am quite impressed by the amount of time and effort that went into these minifigs! In time for memorial day! Cheers! -martinsuper
  8. This is a very simple yet eye appealing build! I love the pump and the crew. It really is quite entertaining to see it all together. I love it! -martinsuper

  11. I often think two things when I see your MOCs. 1. How awesome is that?! 2. Why do I even bother to try? -martinsuper
  12. So very cool! I love the size and the simplicity. More often that not we forget that ports needs to be functional, and as fun as filling every last square centermeter with detail is, this port actually works! -martinsuper
  13. WOW! Very cool! It really reminds me of a line of old street facades. -martinsuper
  14. I will not buy or sell to the UK because the shipping is so high that most times I find the shipping is more than the item! Also, as has been said before, security is a major concern that people do not want to ship worldwide.
  15. Yes the round tower is a very well used approach but a lot of MOC builders. I have been playing with it a little myself lately. Whats the best about that technique is that you can build it with easy to find parts. A very nice MOC indeed. I enjoy that it is small, detailed, simple and to the point. There is not too much going on here, and yet enough to make it interesting. -martinsuper
  16. If you put them in a cabinet they will most likely not get dusty. You can always use an ionic breeze which removes dust from the air. They will help but not eliminate everything. Remember, the only reason we can see lasers is because the air fo the earth has so much dust and debris in it! As for investment, buy sets that are sealed OR have their original box and instructions. Keep everything in a nic stored and safe location and yes I think they will only go up in value as the next pirates line comes out. -martinsuper
  17. My friends and I sign up for sure. There are more of course, these are just my unassigned troops not with complete sets. -martinsuper
  18. This is so cool looking! I really do enjoy your larger MOCs, but I do think you are missing a hidden calling! I am crafting something for JRC as well, and I have found that making the smaller MOCs has changed my building style and really expanded my idea of how to do things. I am very impressed, as always, but this creation. I was at first frustrated and then refreshed at making smaller creations. I hope you feel the same way. -martinsuper
  19. I really enjoy how low to the water it looks. It should be really neat if you can make some grand masts and sails for it! -martinsuper
  20. HAHA! I love this boat! Everyone is building French, English, Blue or Red Boats and here we get a good ole fashion pirate ship! I really enjoy the fact that it is not so big that it looks gaudy. Also, the attention to detail does not look out of place. I reallt enjoy this and have been inspired in a few spots for ideas I would like to use on my first major ship construction. I really enjoy the correct position of the lifeboat, the layout of the gun ports, and the bow. I think the bow looks simple and yet elegant. A closer look reveals how intricate it really is. A+! -martinsuper
  21. AMEN AMEN AMEN! Even as the most militant Bluecoat ever, even I am getting tired of this. I honestly can't hate half of my LEGOs....
  22. I feel this is more of a rifle, as what we already have from LEGO looks more like a musket. -martinsuper
  23. This joke never gets old, does it?
  24. BLASPHEMY! A red coat flag over Eldorado! Isn't it enough that you red coats have the biggest ship ever made? Can't you just be happy with that?! Eldorado is one of the few things us blues have going for us! -martinsuper
