I am so glad i read this before I actually bought it! I was about to buy a bunch of them! So, when the pirate battle pack becomes available, I think I will only buy one first to see what the quality is before I go buck wild buying those. -Super

I really like the 75 degree slopes because most of the forts built in the time period were very close to that angle. I will buy all dark gray slopes sometime in the next year and remove the cheeckering. I just had to order another 500 barrels to finish the docks the way I want. So, that takes precedence first. I will post more as time allows. -Super

Hey! This is awesome! The reason LEGO didnt make this is probably because they won't get serious about it. The city theme has recieved sky scrapers and other large and highly detailed items, but they wont do it for pirate because I think LEGO sees the pirate theme as cartoonish. I sometimes feel they release just enough so that people buy, but there isn't any substance. Isn't that Ft St Kendra the prequel in the corner there? I think it is! -Super
