I love the 'aerial' shot of the ARF troopers, and nice job too on the custom clone equipment. The base is a bit simple, but the presence of the huge black orb compensates for the barren space. A very well done vig overall once again MB!

For a first custom fig, I must say you really did a great job on this one Wardancer! I'm really impressed with the custom-printed hood and shield, and the idea of this Elf Assassin is quite and unique and bold. Very well done!

jlv's Thunderbird 2 (from the TV and Movie Series)
XimenaPaulina replied to DLuders's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
jlv really did a great job capturing the tricky curvaceous overall shape of this ship by going on the Miniland-ish building solution (I don't think there would have been any better way). -
REVIEW: 2507 Ninjago FIRE TEMPLE
XimenaPaulina replied to pikafunk's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Thanks for sharing this review pifapunk! This is easily the best set of the NinjaGo theme for me as it visually appeals to the AFOL in me as the temple certainly looks like a great display model. I really don't mind the playability features, but I do admire the highly-detailed printed parts and the introduction of new elements like the dragon sword and the new skeleton warriors. -
Nice, simple, and very realistic brickbuilt rendition of an oil pump. Well done tongue60!

Added this beauty of a UCS Creation by Anio (LXF by Cpyr-21) UCS Juggernaut HAVw A6 by Anio / LXF file by Cpyr-21 - Updated LXF file

That is really very generous of you Anio to share the digital file of this fantastic UCS build of yours. An excellent job too to Cpyr-21 for reverse-engineering the design, which is a very difficult task to do. I took the liberty to properly add most of the parts and surprisingly, I had an easy time to fix them to the main build. I added an improvised wheel, not exactly the same as the real model but just a 'stand-in' for an acceptable presentation. Below are the image and the updated LXF file (credit still goes to Cpyr-21 for doing 99% of the digital design): UCS Juggernaut HAVw A6 by Anio / LXF file by Cpyr-21 - <removed LXF file at the request of the MOC creator> I'll probably take a crack at doing this one. I've always been a fan of your UCS creations and this is a good chance to 'own' one because of the available instructions and considering the part count is realistically and practically attainable.

Are those black things on top supposed to be speakers? This is quite a nice medieval rendition of a Disco Club, a very entertaining build overall, nicely done!

Another very nice little vig Diidy! I love the smooth surfaces of this build and the clever use of those green hands and the realistic sitting position of the snake charmer. Very well done once again!
-
Thanks for sharing this James, first time I've seen this too. The flashlight function is certainly a welcome upgrade of the LSW keychains, having one might prove useful in cases of minor emergency (you'll never know when you'll need one so it's handy to have one).

New BrickForge Screenprinted Items
XimenaPaulina replied to Omicron's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Yes Mariann has already posted that topic here a couple of weeks back (a few topics below the first page). These custom printed elements are certainly a welcome development and they'll definitely be useful post-apoc and military-based MOCs. Thanks for sharing Omi! -
Same here, that detail is instantly the most interesting part of this build and one of the most clever ways I've seen the droid arms used. Well done!

Great job with the effective lighting to capture the visuals and even the emotion of this memorable scene Linko. I also like the dirtied Obi-Wan and the close-up of the charred Vader in the last shot.

That's quite an ingenious technique - using twisted tubings for the tree trunk - very clever and realistic for some real-world trees. Great job!

Episcopal Priest Lego!
XimenaPaulina replied to Triborough's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
A nicely done purist custom Triborough, I especially like the modified white collar piece. But why does she have a Sith lightsaber? Is she a fan of SW? -
Very nice Miniland creation ptLeskinen, it really captures the mini-celebration convincingly with the proper posing of the figs. The brickbuilt 'prints' (scoreboard, ice markings, side ads) are all well done too, great job overall!

Zam's masked face fits Rain very well, the only limitation is the non-white eyes. And the modified ninja mask looks really good even if it's not as 'head-hugging' as in the reference image. Well done as usual Omi!

Here's how you deeplink images from flickr: From that page in the link, click on an image > right-click on the image > choose Medium 640 > right-click again on the iamge > Choose 'Copy Image Location' > Edit your post and paste the copied URL in the Insert Image Icon > your photo is deeplinked, just like this one: Hope that helps!

I simply love this Tiny Turbos-scaled Ambulance, the detailing and color scheme are lovely and pretty spot-on. With this new-found building style/scale of yours I'm excited to see what you can come up with next Chris.

Brickbuilt boar = cute. Hands field = clever. Overall presentation = excellent!

A very clever and unique build SaC, especially with the wind-up/moving functionality. Well done!

Excellent camper design Maks! It's the first time I've seen a brickbuilt Ford E-350 one and you've really made a fantastic rendition of this camper. I see lots of clever techniques incorporated in this build and even the small minor details are beautifully-done. Great job!

Simply an amazing diorama display, truly an outstanding collaborative effort by all of you guys! The individual ships/structures are unique and excellently done, and even more impressive is the way they were effectively presented together in this layout. (For some reason this reminds me of Neverland from a Peter Pan cartoon series I watched when I was a kid).
