Nice work nol55! The classic helemt really looks accurate to the real one. Can't wait to see the final custom Megaman fig. I'm not really familiar with the standardized color palettes of paints, but what I usually do when buying paints is take with me a lego piece of the color of interest when buying from the specialty paint store so I can use it for comparison/reference purposes.

Nice and simple Zombie MOC Capt. Stabbin! I like the very smooth SNOT build, as well as the use of those printed walls. Though I think the atmosphere is a bit to bright for zombies attacking at day?

Real Snow! Awesome presentation Skalldyr! Taking the photos in the real snow setting is a fantastic idea, makes the build more realistic. There are a lot of interesting elements in this entry to be liked about - the mini-bridge over icy water, the effective use of the whips for the sleigh, and the cleverly-built violin case. Great job overall and best of luck in the contest!

Very nice work on this Instructions Index KimT (and Shadows). Now it's easier to find a particular set instruction as it is already compiled in one topic.

Rest In Peace, Irvin. You will forever be remembered for giving us the best SW movie of all. My condolences to the Kershner family.

I understand those flickr pages have been up for quite some time now, but still great work setting these up KimT! Now with the 'promotional frontpage', maybe more members will join there. It's always nice to have those flickr pages as some sort of an extension of our home here in EB.

Welcome to Eurobricks Sered! I hope you enjoy the forums here.

Such strong sentiments against Adi and Eeth eh? I agree they have not been portrayed very well in the CW series (yet), but calling them outright 'pointless' is absolutely absurd IMO, and even more absurd is predicting that they won't appear as future minifigs. Talk about clairvoyance. Do you know what will happen to these jedi in the series? Have you seen the rest of Series 3, and the next series after that? What if suddenly Adi and Eeth did something significant and heroic that trumps even what other more prominent Jedi have accomplished? Will your mind change regarding them?

Excellent mechanical bio-suit design The_Gnum! There are lots of details to be liked on this build - the use of the air-breather piece, the trans-blue parts and all those hoses at the back extending to the legs. Really awesome job!

Very nice work on this SSD timura! I really like your classic approach on designing and building this ship using basic lego parts/pieces. The blue-black color scheme looks pretty regal too. Great job overall!

Nice use of BrickTW's armor for the torso, but it looks a bit bulky for the intended use. Though the hairpiece and face prints are just perfect for the character. Good work as always Omi!

Star Wars: The Clone Wars: season 3 discussion
XimenaPaulina replied to Corvus's topic in Culture & Multimedia
But GG is not a Sith, he is supposed to lead the Droid Army and not become Dooku's apprentice. I believe Dooku is looking for his own apprentice (since Siths are always known for having secret apprentice which they will use to overthrow their master Sith Lord). Ventress has always aspired to be a Sith, and Dooku never saw her as one as she was just merely an assassin. Maybe that's one of the premise why Ventress will make a revenge towards Dooku by using Savage. -
I agree. As much as I like the CW, I can't bear to look at that huge Anakin's creepy CW face. I think the Vader and Stormie ones look much better. Anyway, thanks for sharing Oky and KimT.

Excellent work on this Chemical Plant Brick Miner! For someone who makes a living working in such a facility, I can vouch for the accuracy of the details you've put in here. I like the chemical storage tanks and the multi-level platforms, as well as the small details like the gas tanks and machines. May I know what type of chemical are they manufacturing here? Great job overall, from the design/planning stage to the actual realization into brickbuild.

Happy Birthday guys! Have a good one!

I really like those 'weird mobiles', simple but very well-done. Great job also on the superb photography!
-
Wow, where ordinary builders will resort to decals for logo details, making a very accurate brickbuilt logo in such a small scale is a feat only master MOCers could only pull-off. And you certainly did a truly impressive job on this one Ricecracker!

Great job motorizing the sandcrawler Gioppa! The slow speed is just perfect.

Thanks for sharing this neat review tin7! This set looks pretty good for a Police set, it's something different from other 'oft-recycled' Police sets of the past. The new dog mold with print details is sweet.

My custom Pirates Factions
XimenaPaulina replied to Baylego's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Those are amazing customs Baylego! Great job on those very intricate torso designs, even the additional details (King Louis' hair) are nicely-done. -
Very nice build exxon, lots of happenings there perfect for a party atmosphere. Good work!
-
Haha, very nice one Joris! As simple as the build is, this one really looks refreshing with all the brilliant colors that you used. I really like the happiness written on both elves' faces, as well as the small wrist details. Very well done and good luck in the contest!
-
Excellent forced-perspective shot Atin! Very artistic indeed. Great job on the landscaping details as well as the skyline backdrop. Best of luck in the contest!

Nice VV once again Masked! You did well getting the overall shape right, the slight inaccuracies are just ok, considering the build is on mini-scale. I know it's pretty hard to see the white color against the white background (I usually use a black background on those cases).

Very nice work puriri! I really like the falling column and collapsing tomb playability functions, very cleverly done.
