The color scheme is spot-on, and I must say you really have a knack of doing accurate brick versions of various machinery and tools (the pump this time around). Keep the great work coming!

Very good review by a father-son tandem! Thanks for sharing this lightningtiger. I must say this is quite a great polybagged set, the SNOT design is very well conceived IMO, and I really like all the details (broomstick, bowtie, hat, carrot nose) they've put in here even for a very small set.

That is a really a great MOC by Patrick Bosman, lots of winter scene details which are enjotable to look at. Thanks for sharing this Wout!

Very nice LDD MOC IAmWillGibson! I really like the interesting elements you've put in this design, the most notable ones include the stone angel statue, the mini-water fountain, the improvised spiderweb and the 'inverted-built' lamp posts. Very creative with the lighted background and snow effect in the first photo too! Good job overall.

Another very well done military MOC Fistach! You really captured the (impending) "element of surprise" in this vignette. Great work as always!

Fantastic creation thire5! Simply outstanding work on the overall shape and the SNOT build of the whole ship. I'm not familiar with the game and the actual ship, but I would assume it's pretty accurate. Impressive work as always!

Nice work on recoloring ADHO15's Malevolence, I would surely like to see this in briockform soon. Good job on the photo-editing too!

Post your general LEGO Star Wars questions here
XimenaPaulina replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I do not own the actual set, but basing on the online instructions and my experience in building JSFs, I think you shouldn't have any difficulty slanting the wings. The only reminders that I could make is make sure the click hinges are properly attached, starting from the 'flat' position, slant the whole wing assembly by one click, use some force if necessary. You should fairly do this step easily. -
The Tardis is simply fantastic! The best brickbuilt version I've seen so far! The SNOT build of the base, and its uneven terrain, is also very well done. Great work on this mookage!

Very nice review Gen. Magma, thanks for sharing this! It's a nice way to kickstart the 2011 SW set reviews with this one, this is a really good 'big' BP set for ammassing Gungan soldiers and BDs. Though the droid carrier is expectedly inaccurate in terms of size and details, it's already a good starting model for further modification and improvement.

MOC: Secret Meeting under the old gnarled Tree
XimenaPaulina replied to Ingrimm's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
I must say that's a really very good MOC especially for your first one in 20 years Ingrimm! There's no doubting you have good building skills as proven by the nicely-built black tree and the brick-built birds. The vig also depicts the "secret meeting (of two lovers?) perfectly well. Great job on this one and hope to see more creations from you in the near future! -
MOC: Count Vlad's Undead Horde

Very neat MOC Sirens-Of-Titan! Aside from your skeleton army, it is worth noting your custom-built carriage. Nice work on this one! -

Slytherin Adept Johann Petershcmut versus Gryffindor Adept Ollivander Dippet Round 3 Johann Peterschmut l 4 _____________________Ollivander Dippet l 4 Protego! - 0 __________________________________Protego! - 0 Expelliarmus! - 0 ______________________________High - 0 Low - 0______________________________________Low - 0 High - 0______________________________________Expelliarmus! - 0 Crucio! - 0 ___________________________________Expecto Patronum! - 0 Health: 4_____________________________________Health: 4 After two close rounds, the two Adepts remain relatively unscathed as the duel is tied as we enter the decisive round. Both duelists curiously begin with two overly-cautious defensive Protegos. Johann then surprises his rival with an Expelliarmus, knocking Ollivander's wand off his grip. With his opponent unarmed, the Slytherin seizes the opportunity and aims to hit Ollivander in the legs, but the Gryffindor manages to quickly recover his wand and counters with the same low spell. The diminutive Adept takes his turn to disarm Johann, but the Slytherin catches his wand in midair and unleashes a Cruciatus curse towards his opponent, only to be countered by Ollivander's equally-powerful Expecto Patronum. After three uneventful rounds, there is still no winner in this intensely fought duel. We are going into Sudden Death! Both duelists, send in your SD DS whenever you're ready. -

Interesting indeed. Great job on this data gathering Superkalle! The results weren't surprising at all considering all the top pieces and colors are very commonly used in the sets. -
What Is Your Favourite Harry Potter Figure?

It's a toss up between these two lovely figs: Simply beautiful representations in minifig form. Hot Momma comes in a close third. -
Thanks to KimT for frontpaging this, if it were not for that, I would've missed seeing this magnificent Bionicle creation. I may not be the biggest of Bionicle/HF fans, but this creation truly transcends themes and just looks mightily impressive - from the sheer massive size, to the effective choice of color scheme, to the overall shape and detailing - everything is just perfect! Truly an outstanding work on this one Brickthing!

Let me the fourth one to say Wow! This truly is a wonderful modular Museum MOC, the overall tan color scheme highlighted with a bit of dark red is just perfect for the conservative look of a museum. If this well-built external architecture is any indication of things to come, we're certainly looking forward for the interior details with all the exhibits/statues/artifacts inside. Excellent work and keep it up Sir!

Very nice entry Athos! I love the simplicity and serenity of this Christmas Church. Good luck in the contest!
-
Very nice conversion of the Camper into a Race Car Truck megablocker! It's quite impressive how you were able to squeeze in two of those race karts in such a small interior space. Good work!
-
I must say I really like the stark contrast between the exterior and the interior. The relatively gloomy external design evokes a somber atmosphere typical of orphanages, but when you come inside it's nice to see how bright and lively the atmosphere is, showing the true spirit of Christmas - giving joy to those who need it the most. Among the batch of entries, I think this is one of my favorites not only becuase it is well-built but due to the inspiring message it conveys. Great job Bricknave and I wish you the best in the competition.

Simply outstanding mini-scale Titanic Henning! The details are just spot-on, and quite clever technique using the T-piece to tilt the smoke chambers. Truly impressive job on this!
-
This is such a lovely entry Cecilie! I really like the christmas wreath draped over the snowy roof. Santas' sleigh and brick-built Rudolph is very well-done too. Great job and best of luck in the contest!

Thanks for sharing this review Brickviller! I agree this chopper is very similar with the one in the Limousine set. Still, it's nice to see an upgraded helicopter for the police force, compared to the previous one-man police choppers.
