  1. I simply love the overall smoothness and all-white goodness of this plane Fires-storm. Very nice design for the rear tail and engines too. Good job!
  2. Very nice retro-inspired motorcycle shop LT! I really like the classic town feel to it, and you even have one of my most favorite classic vehicles there - that little yellow emergency repair truck. Good job as always!
  3. Excellent minis as always legostein! The overall shape is spot-on as usual. I particularly like the Demolisher, very clever use of the lightsaber hilts and 2x4 piece (forgot the exact term) for the ship's bridge.
  4. Nice subtle modifications Blackknight, I particularly like what you did with the cockpit interiors. I know you made this so you could have your own Obi-Wan's Delta 7, but if ever you decide to improve this, like what legostein suggested, use 1x4 slopes instead of 1x3s for the tip assembly, as this gives a better transition of the wings tapering into a point. I actually did that with my Delta 7-Bs, inspired by DutchRebel's Plo Koon's JSF. Also, the more accurate color to use for the wings is red, to differentiate it form Ahsoka's and Fisto's dark red Delta 7B color variants.
  5. Eurobricks is really lucky to have you as a member AC, in only your first year you have completely established yourself as one of the best MOC experts throughout the site, and you've certainly captured every LSW fan's imagination with your always impressive SW dioramas. Thank you for all of your great contributions in EB, we're all proud that you're one of us! I'm sure we'll see more of you soon, so keep those wonderful creations coming.
  6. Ingenious idea! Very flawlessly-done I must say. Mind if I borrow the idea? I want to try it out myself.
  7. Who needs an army of SW minfigs when you have those fantastic UCS creations.
  8. Welcome to the forums Man with a hat! Continue enjoying the site and hope to see some of your creations here in EB soon.
  9. Aww, gotta love this cute, simple and lovely little flower van in the classic 4-wide design. Very nice work Tom!
  10. I'm a few days late, but I still want to give this wonderful creation its well-deserved praise. The overall design and detailing of the final product is really outstanding especially for a Technic MOC. I'm excited to see what you could come up with next, drakmin.
  11. What's up with the number change in your username?

  12. Another excellent creation Fistach! Great job on getting an effective damaged-look of the building, especially on the top walls. And I agree the SNOT build of the second floor is quite ingenious. Very good work! (Though sad to hear your other collections had to go).
  13. Praiter, your last one was great! Even the abruptly-cut caption below is well-coordinated with the pic. Very clever!
  14. NICE. Very clever use of those Bionicle pieces, just perfect for the overall design of this dieselpunk hoverbike.
  15. So that makes Siegfried 'The Almighty God of EB'? The fate of the site is literally on his hands as he could switch it off/on anytime he wants. We are not worthy... Seriously, that's a perfectly understandable reason. Now move along guys, hysteria is over, we can now go back to regular programming.
  16. Since Solscud made the effort to go to the NYTF and shared his pics with us, I think this deserves a topic of its own. It's actually interesting to see the prototype molds of elements of the 2011 sets. The Vader torchlight looks great! I have passed on the previous versions before but this Vader one I must get.
  17. I actually posted that same pic 4 pages back. The bulbous head protrusion (binary brain) isn't actually the issue, but the noticeable gap between the headpiece and the head. I'm not really hating, I'm quite happy we'll be finally getting Ki-Adi in minifig form, it's just that I hoped for a better (seamless) transition of the headpiece with the head, much like Shaak Ti's. But I guess we'll just have to accept this one (at the very least it will be a source of potential ideas for the Single Pane SW Funnies ).
  18. Same sentiments here, the only new set that really catches my eye is the fishing boat. While I understand TLG's good intention of producing more civilian-based sets, I just think this wave is a notch down compared to previous years' civilian sets (City Corner, Public Transport, Camper). Though I hope for some interesting possibilities for this City beach/water subtheme, particularly a Yatch.
  19. Yeah I noticed that too, as well as other new specialized pieces like Flo's 3x4 curved hood, new mudguards, McQueen's <insert that tiresome argument> hood and top pieces. It's also the first time I've seen this 1x1 column piece in the V-8 cafe. This Cars theme surely has introduced interesting new pieces, though most are <insert that tiresome argument>.
  20. Thanks for the reply guys. I'm actually leaning towards QAR. It will a 'breath of fresh air' among all my previous SW purchases.
  21. Nicely done 501st Commando! And perfect timing too for today's Valentines day.
  22. Very nice. Simply an excellent idea and even better execution in creating this football table game in brickbuild 7316! I'm just curious though, are the minifig attachments sturdy enough during gameplay?
  23. Great job on the torso and face decals SilentMode! Very well designed and applied neatly and flawlessly I must say. Now she needs her appropriate microphone accessory and she's good to go and rival Bryknii!
  24. Pretty neat Hot Rod -zenn! The yellow finish is quite unconventional but still looks cool. This one makes for a good counterpart to El Diablo's version. Nice work!
  25. Very nicely done mech hardsuit Thunder-blade, I think the greebling details add to the worn-out effect, though I'd agree that dirtying it up a bit with more color variation will improve the desired battle-worn finish. Still good work on this one!
