LDD MOC: Midi Venator-class Republic Attack Cruiser
XimenaPaulina replied to Gunner's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I think the Venators in the CW series have these dark red bridges, like this one and this one, which are different from the grey ones from the movies. -
Fly faster with Creator set 5762 - Mini Plane
XimenaPaulina replied to Legostein's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Very nice alternate model for this new creator set Legostein! It's always a wonder the way you're able to pull-off these alternate builds considering the parts limitation. Great job as usual! -
Now that's a hilarious response Oky! The caption is simply perfect for the scene, even if it only exists in Jammie's dreams.

Flintstone Decals by tin7_creations
XimenaPaulina replied to tin7_creations's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Yabadaba-delicious Flintstone decals tin7! The designs are very accurate and looks perfect to be applied on actual minifigs. Nice work as always! -
I must agree you really are becoming the master of hot rods here in EB -zenn! This new one is great as your previous builds. The blue body really gives a 'summertime feel' into the vehicle. Very good job as always!

I absolutely love your Yoda's hover chair, Praiter, very clever! And great job to everybody keeping this entertaining thread alive on a daily basis!

This is an absolutely amazing creation! Very unique idea for an aerial masterpiece and even more beautifully executed in brickbuild. The white and blue color scheme is perfect 'for the skies' and the details of the build is simply wonderful. Really an impressive work on this one Karlo!

LDD MOC: Midi Venator-class Republic Attack Cruiser
XimenaPaulina replied to Gunner's topic in LEGO Star Wars
That's a pretty good rendition of the Venator in midi-scale LDD design Gunner! I think you got the basic elements and overall shape right relative to its scale. The only thing I'd suggest is to make the top of the tower bridges dark red, like in the reference image. Still, I like this one, very well done! -
Oh wow, those are a lovely pair of custom-built T-47s. I must say you really did a remarkable job incorporating all the great points of each of the three inspirational models that you used to recreate both of these. I still don't have a snowspeeder, and seeing these two makes me wanna build some for my collection. Thanks for sharing this and great job!

Very ingenious sword design, nice job recreating Boses' master sword oo7! The SNOT build of the floor is excellent too.

MOC: Battle for the last living tree
XimenaPaulina replied to Captain Flint's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Gotta love those rock formations, excellent job on those! The charred tree and the crow are nice little details too. Overall the build conveys the 'Battle for the last living tree' story very well. Great job! -
Pretty neat overview of this mini SuperKalle, thanks for sharing! Not bad for a mini polybagged set, nice assortment of parts and the model might be useful for some mini-space dogfight diorama.

Ah, I noticed that too, I always use imageshack for images that I don't really want to put on my flickr/brickshelf accounts, and now they want you to register to get the image link. However, I found a way to still get the image link: just click on the photo, the page will reload, then right-click on the photo again and 'Copy the Image Location', and you can use that to deeplink the photos. I'm just not sure how reliable that method is in the long run (they might change to the frog images that you stated).

Site glitch or EB has an imaginary invisible member?!? Here's the appropriate birthday cake for you: Enjoy!

Welcome to the forums Mike! Just saw your fantastic airport MOC over the Town forum, and we're glad to have a talented builder like you here in Eurobricks. As far as posting pictures are concerned, this topic might be able to help you. --> Clicky. Normally, it is the common practice to use image-hosting sites such as flickr, brickshelf, imageshack, etc. to deeplink the photos here in EB instead of directly attaching them to the post. Should you have further questions, feel free to ask anytime. Hope you enjoy your stay here!

CustomMinifigs Wave 2 Review
XimenaPaulina replied to Omicron's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Great review Omi, these are indeed an interesting bunch of custom minifigs. I have to say my favorite is the Riot Cop, with the Minuteman a close second. I'm curious though, are the waterslide decals seamlessly applied? -
Great looking modular pad iamFLIP! The details inside are fantastic, gotta love that handcuffs in the bed detail. Nice exterior color scheme, though I think the upper level walls could still be improved with a bit of surface texture variation.

Wow, this is simply an amazing airport set-up, every bit of detail was truly enjoyable to look at, and the overall design is a fantastic fusion of modern architecture with classic elements. Mightily impressive work Michael S, thank you for sharing this to EB.

HARRY POTTER : From Dobby to Kreacher
XimenaPaulina replied to Geertos13's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Welcome to the world of minifig customization Geertos! I'm not familiar with the character Kreacher, but your customization technique is really very interesting. Nice job getting the intended old, ugly and tattered look of the face, I like the cut ear detail the best. -
Very nice huge robot, the design of the head reminds me of an enemy robot in one of the Gundam series, and the gun and hands are very well done too. The legs though look a bit squarish compared to the curvaceous build of the torso and the arms. But overall, great work on this one!

The overhead lighting in your Bacta-tank shot is simply superb smokebelch! It really highlights the details of the medical droid very well.

[MOC] James Bond street vig
XimenaPaulina replied to Jedd the Jedi's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Nice and simple vig Jedd, I agree the magician's torso seems a perfect fit for a dashing look for Agent 007. -
Review: 2259 Skull Motorbike
XimenaPaulina replied to Plissken's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Very good review Plissken! The set is decent at best, but not something that I would really spend my money on. Interestingly though, that oversized skull motorbike somehow reminds me of DC Comic's Lobo's Spacehog interstellar motorcycle. -
Awesome work so far! This thing is looking majestic by the build, can't wait to see the final product.

Adventurer's Quest: Camel Caravan
XimenaPaulina replied to Tervlon's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Very well done MOC Tervlon! What's really nice about this build is the great assortment of cargo that each camel is carrying, it really is enjoyable to look at the details which are evidently well-thought of and executed perfectly. Great job!
