I love the overall sleekness of this 'baby'! Simply perfect use of those slopes for the curvaceous shape and goes well with the smokin' hot red color scheme. Even if it's slightly larger than minifig-scale, it is certainly an excellent display model. Impressive job hga09!

Show Your Army, Navy, and Collection Display
XimenaPaulina replied to BillytheKid's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Wow very impressive work on your army presentation what! The comic was really an entertaining read from start to finish, and a great way to show your sizeable collection and a few of your neat custom builds. Thanks for sharing this! And Capt. Dan: I see a couple of my AT-RT and BARC-X speeders in your army. Your custom clones are very well done too, especially the custom pauldrons and decals. -
I see you've re-used that well-built base MB, the inclusion of the water is a nice detail. Like what the others have said, a few more elements on the shore like additional rock formations or plant life would improve the whole build, but I do like the training posing of the minifigs.

Magnificent vignette Diidy! The stuffed bird display and those furniture (chair and foot rest) are pure genius. Your knack for cleverly utilizing pieces for extraordinary uses (minifig hands, leg, horns) is very admirable.

Yay real bubble bath! You've captured the shot perfectly Wayno as Vader really looks like he's very much enjoying his relaxing time in the Hot Tub.

Thanks for viewing it in the 'glass half-full' perspective.

Like what I pointed out above, the Aayla minifig should've had medium blue hands right from the very start, as she has bare hands and doesn't wear any grey gloves. AFAIK, only the Watto fig has the medium blue hands among all released minifigs.
-
Very nicely done vig Legolas! I really like the interesting and funny concept behind this build. The way you built the reed-thin sumo wannabe is quite ingenious.

Well I guess the proper question for me is not how often I check-out on EB but how much time do I spend being online on EB, which is an average of 8 hours a day. I think that counts as addiction.

Even if these aren't physical custom minifigs, I must say these are all well designed with some uniquely-built accessories. Gotta love that mean-looking spiky shield, which fits the custom fig well. Very nice work on these, hope to see more from you.

Very impressive MOC SpaceySmoke, especially for your first one. I really like the details you’ve packed inside, which are very realistic and typical of food trucks. The photos and presentation are very nice too. Can't wait to see what you have next.

That is freakin' hilarious Oky! Very ingenious, and a smackdown whack to Jammies' hatred of Dance and anime. This one might be hard to top...

I couldn't agree more, they should have given her those medium blue hands right from the very start.

As always, an excellent review TheBrickster! I think this is a pretty decent set for its size, sure it's less accurate than last year's Shuttle Adventure, but it's a practical way to get a space shuttle for a fraction of the price of the Exclusive version. The only thing that bothers me is the huge gap of the wing flaps, I'm pretty sure there's a viable solution without having those visible gaps.

That Arealight hair-beard piece is perfect for Ganondorf! (It's actually the first time I saw that piece). Pretty neat modification on the armor too.

Great job on your introductory MOC to EB Bernd! That's indeed a very good-looking gatehouse with interesting details and spruced up with the busy daily village scenes. Thanks for sharing this and welcome once again to the forums!
-
Very well done truck L@go! I really like the idea of creating your own design instead of following the current city truck builds. That reclining chair is a pretty neat detail, and the overall clean and conservative look is very refreshing for a semi-trailer truck. Great job!

No worries, LXF file already updated in the Index.

This is really an impressive MOC SlyOwl! The particular elements that I really like about this build are the realistic brickbuilt wall tiles that blend seamlessly with the real tiled wall and the different builds of the two remaining blind mice. Best of luck in the competition with the rest of Team Eurobricks!

Great job on this Space Truck DrNightmare! I agree it fits perfectly in the SP3 theme. And thanks for sharing the LXF, I've added this to the LDD MOC Index.

The Fastest and Funniest Star Wars Story Ever Told! Part 2
XimenaPaulina replied to DarthR2-D2's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I might've been living under some rock, since it's the first time I saw this exceptionally-done and highly-entertaining video. I'm also eagerly looking forward for the 2nd Part. -
Sign-ups to Mafia School: Escape From Isla Paradisa
XimenaPaulina replied to Sandy's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
That's my worry too. We'll see how I'll be able to handle the scummy lyin' and cheatin' ways of the game (should I get in) and finally dispose off the innocent gullible nature in me. -
I really really like this MOC, it makes for a unique and pretty neat wall display with its interesting abstract alien-like design and lovely pastel colors. Very well done -R8-! I wish I have one also.

But isn't the new 7929 Battle of Naboo already a sort of (big) Battle Droid BP? I think this was a good strategy by TLG, giving us a $25 medium set consisting of already 10 BDs, a decent droid carrier + 2 bonus Gungans instead of creating a normal $12 BP of 4-5 BDs with an inaccurate little mini-vehicle.
