Mafia School: Escape From Isla Paradisa - Day One
XimenaPaulina replied to Sandy's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
So what do you suggezt we do? Sit here and wait for something to happen? What we're actually doing right now, at leazt for the concerned ones, iz analyzing every person's actions, statements, activity/inactivity, so we could draw some judgment and conclusion on who's ze killer. I will not be someone who'll juzt wait and be a sitting duck waiting to be killed, time is running out and we should act with a sense of urgency, not being so laid-back and doing nothing but playing baseball amidst thiz crisis. -

With all what'z been happening and people have been talking about the poszible killer all you're concerned about iz your baseball bat? You haven't said a word regarding thiz matter? Hmmm... With regards to who should we lynch out, I agree Mr. Bombay iz the prime suspect right now, I've yet to be convinced by hiz statements to defend himself. And let's not forget about ze silent ones too. -

I understand, I know it'z not easy to trust people during thiz troubling times so I'm happy I waz clarified myself to you. Oh I would love to, we could sneak out for a couple of hourz to de-stress before we return for Mr. Crusoe's announcement thiz noon. -

Another significant observation: Mr. Bombay azked me both publicly (and privately) what should he explain regarding thiz matter, so I asked him a series of questions (above) and what doez he do? He remained silent, hiz mouth zipped for a good 20 minutes and then inexplicably walked-out (logged-off) without even saying a word to defend himzelf. Couldn't that be even more obvious? Mr. Bombay is clearly hiding zomething, and hiz silence and constant refusal to defend himzelf iz extremely suspicious behavior. Analyzing what has been happening and exposing these iz very difficult on my part, as I fear for my life that I might be ze next target of ze killer. So I hope we'll be able to find out theze criminals before it takes me or anyone else here in the resort. -

1.) You categorically denied speaking with Ms. Bridget and asking for her alliance, while zhe clearly presented a solid evidence that your conversation with did happen, and therefore proving that you are lying. How will you explain that? 2.) After denying ze above accusation, you hastily put ze blame on Ms. Bridget just because she revealed your suspicious alliance proposal with her. 3.) Your alteration of ze space-time continuum a.k.a. retracting/changing your statements make you really suspicious. 4.) When ze news of the murder came out, you weren't even 'concerned' like a normal innocent would have reacted. I'd be happy to hear your response on theze observations. I clarified myself earlier and I'll clarify again: it waz a mistake on my part confusing Mr Bombay and Mr Roswell and Ms Toscana and Mr Redblad when I 'mizheard' Ms. Bridget's statement. And yes I highlighted reading each other's actions and statements, iz there anything wrong with that? Yes I committed a mistake, but it doezn't mean I can't remind people to be careful (and in the process not committing ze same mistake that I did). And no I wazn't trying to confuse anyone or everbody, I actually want the opposite, to clear all the confusion so we could all pin down ze killer that committed this heinous crime. Iz that clear enough for you? -

As much as I would want to, I think it'z Ms. Bridget who's ze better person to share the evidence. I'm pretty sure you'll be convinced when you see it. And even though I agree that we should wait for Mr. Crusoe to give his piece regarding ze matter before making any judgments, it doesn't hurt either to be proactive and for ze innocents to work together thiz early in weeding out ze killer. -
That's rather a unique way to express your political sentiments using this LEGO build. Though the subject is a bit violent in idea, the bomb and the lighter are well-done nonetheless.

I wonder why Erin izn't as troubled as the rest of us with thiz incident? -
Very promising teaser shot! Excellent technique on the circular pit, I'm certainly looking forward for the rest of this diorama.

After a private discussion with Ms. Bridget, zhe presented some solid evidence that Mr. Bombay did indeed ask for an alliance with her, which zhe respectfully declined. Judging Mr. Bombay's denial that he didn't do such thing, I'm inclined to believe our chef iz lying. -
I'd take that over the AT-ST anytime of the day. I usually have high tolerance with regards to the inaccuracies of minis, the previous ones were fine with me, but this one just doesn't do it for me.

We really shouldn't side with anyone unlesz we are very sure of what we feel about them. Remember we should carefully read each other's actions, statementz, activity/inactivity, etc, and we zhould think thoroughly before casting our vote. Also remember those who are particularly silent might be ze killer. Now let'z see what Ms. Bridget have to say about thiz. -
ISC, you have done it again Sir, this is simply a brilliant and funny MOC at the same time! You really did an exemplary job pulling-off Mr. Potato Head in brickbuild considering the difficulty achieving its overall rounded shape and design. The scale is also perfect for the green army men. Now when shall we see Mrs. Potato Head?

Hmmm... I knew there's something fishy when Ms. Bridget suddenly brought out that she had some inside information. One could easily make up stories to put the blame on an innocent while driving away the attention from the possible killer. I'm sorry Bridget, but you're now as suspicious as Mr. Bombay here. Everyone's a suspect especially in this time of confusion, but you two definitely have some explaining to do. -
Very nice sleek-looking sports car danthaman11! I really like the overall design as a model, but it looks rather wide relative to the 'standard' 4-6 wide vehicles. But still, nothing can take away the coolness of this build, good job!

REVIEW: 8804 LEGO Minifigures Series 4
XimenaPaulina replied to WhiteFang's topic in Special LEGO Themes
As always, excellent job on this very detailed and comprehensive review WhiteFang! This is the best series so far for me as each and everyone of the 16 minifigs are interesting. It's actually an Erlemeyer Flask and not a beaker. (Sorry, can't stop the chemist in me ) -
Very impressive modular bank! I love the use of the atlantis pillars in the front, though I think it could do without that circular logo thing. The interiors are fantastic, with very interesting details and a lively busy scene inside. This bank goes rather well side-by-side with the fire-station. Great job cimddwc!

Thanks for sharing this Solscud, but I have to say this is probably one of the worst SW mini I've ever seen. The front flag makes it look like a blind AT-ST and the legs are too cylindrical.

Not only are we hungry for food, but hungry for answers az well. I hope Mr. Bombay's reply to thiz accusations will shed some light to thiz matter. He seems suspicious, but let's reserve our judgment until we hear his side. -

That's my initial suspicion too, ze fact that Mr. Bombay pre-maturely talked about alliances and retracted some of hiz initial statements makes him suspicious. But let's hear what he has to say about thiz. -

I already clarified myself, I just completely mizread Bridget's statements. But I still put the question on the table, and this has been the main point I was trying to make out of Bridget's statement: why would people talk about 'alliances' even before anything has happened? Unless they know something that we don't know about... -

Ok let me clarify myself: I completely mizread Bridget's statements. First, I didn't get that she was referring to Mr. Bombay and I mistakenly thought it was Mr. Roswell who talked about alliances. Second, I wasn't referring to you regarding ze baseball stuff, clearly that question iz directed to Mr. Roswell. Yeah I admit thoze two mistakes, but how does that make me suspicious? -

No I wasn't referring you, but clearly ze baseball guy (that's why I asked the baseball stuff right?). I get confused looking at both you wearing ze same red colored outfits.
