  1. The hell? These are our choices? There's really no choice at all is there (Votes Vulture Droid)
  2. BEAUTIFUL! *wub* Now all you need to do is build a LEGO Paris for it to shell ;-)
  3. Here's the best I can do without getting banned
  4. Oh...that's good to know... As it was I was going to write in and tell them my robot legs were "missing" and if they could please send me replacements :-P
  5. I think you mean Sentai Fortress. I doubt LEGO is going to be making a Hentai Fortress any time soon. I know they are doing anime now but hentai is not suitable for the target audience LEGO sells to. :-D The thought of a Hentai Fortress repulses yet amuses me at the same time As to the topic at hand...HOT DAMN! Now that's a nice looking set! *wub* But as cool as it is, I think that pic of the alternate Raven Attacker just made me wet myself with it's coolness Curse you LEGO for sucking my wallet dry! :-P
  6. Don't forget professional wrestiling :-D And yeah, having the main chunk of the story distributed in short books that come out every 6-8 weeks or so and take at most two hours to read in full is a good way to keep a tale going without bogging you down or streaching it out too far...marketing genius
  7. SPOILERS AHEAD!!!! Okay, my thoughts. First off this wasn't as good as the previous two simply because it was a lot more action and a lot less story development, but that didn't make it bad by any means. Piraka - Of course the cycle of betrayal and jockeying for position continues...and just when you think things might have settled into a state they are going to be in until the conclusion, it changes again. I guess I should have known better then to think Thok and Hakaan would keep Brutaka's power Order of Mata Nui - And now we know who Brutaka and Axxon were working for. Glad to see there's a group of good guys out there other then Toa. Brutaka's apparent "crisis of faith" is a great foil to Axxon's piety. Universe in Chaos - The description of the state of the Bionicle universe, with Visorak running loose, the war between the brotherhood and the Dark Hunters, etc really brings together the fact that all these things are emblematic of the greater underlying trouble. Vezon=Double - Could this refer to his powers or his mask, which looks like it can flip around to be another face...or something else? Toa Nuva - Socked away somewhere secure...that sounds ominous Lost Village - I smells me a subplot Nektann - whatever these guard mechs are...I wanna see one Mask of Life - the user of the mask will burn with it's power...possibly the Toa Inika's "Dark Destiny"? Zamor Virus - Essence 'o Makuta? sorta like the Kraata? Toa Inika - From the organic masks to the oddly glowing heads, these are some strange Toa-heroes. Great new powers, especially Matoro's Astral Form. Also, it seems as if you're able to connect with these Toa right away. While it took several books and movies for me to really get into a groove with the previous two teams of Toa, I felt connected to these Toa from the first few scenes. Part of that is probably due to the fact that we already know them...which is a big change, the other teams we met pretty much as Toa, whereas these characters have been living in our brains for a while. It's also interesting that these Toa already work smoothly as a team and get along, and even though they now posses immense power, they seem unsure of it and what they're truly capable of...almost like some sort of low-grade denial that they really are Toa and they are capable of incredible feats. And once again, the book just leaves me hungry for the next one *y*
  8. Thanks for the post, just finished the latest book and couldn't figure out exactly what Toa Inika Hahli 's power was...this helps nail that down *y*
  9. If you want funny/creepy, what if they had used Blackbeard's flag...that's one scary banner X-O
  10. :-D I was always amused that all the LEGO Pirates (except the 4+ ones that is ) seemed to fly under the flag of Edward England
  11. The only surviving record of the night where the weekly meeting of the Mark Hammil Fan Club got really freaky...all other evidence has been lost or destroyed.
  12. Indeed so *y*
  13. Hmmm...look like some kind of exclusive premiums or something, like you'd get in a tin of cookies or with a Happy Meal or something
  14. Man I hope not...I'm looking forward to a lot of new mechs in a lot of new colors...I think if anything LEGO needs to focus more on the toys and less on any sort of underlying storyline.
  15. Screw that...how about a TIE Defender...Hasbro has made one before, now it's LEGOs turn ;-)
  16. Ooooo...kay.... I can't imagine why...the original is damn near perfect Unless they're going to re-release the old design with different Minifigs and Speeder Bike for a sort of "Battle of Endor" retail exclusive.
  17. Yikes! This is slightly horrifying to me! X-O In my 29 years of playing with LEGO I've only ever broken one brick and seen one other broken one. And I broke a real deal 2x4 brick, it wandered away from the pile and found it's way under the awesome crushing power of my boot...otherwise in all my tens of thousands of LEGO pieces I've only had that one casualty
  18. Wow that's great! *y* Although it's probably meant to be something different and unrelated, I can imagine that actually is one of Ogel's Ice Orbs in the trophy area...which creates a very interesting history for LEGO Batman there :-D That's a lotta bricks too
  19. Okay, let's see how these work out
  20. Outstanding...I'm digging it already I absolutley LOVE dark forum skins Now to go cook up an appropriate Sig X-D
  21. HERE is a nice little explanation of the dinosaur and the penny. It also seems Batman has a Joker-Bomb and a sword in his trophy collection there. And just to speculate a bit, Batman used to keep a trophy of Deathstroke's (Slade Wilson) sword in the original Cave before it was destroyed in an earthquake. Figured that might be of interest to you Teen Titans fans
  22. As far as I'm aware, the new Vikings are slated for September release to Toys R Us in the US
  23. None of the above! That's Jocasta Nu, Chief Librarian of the Jedi Archives
  24. Right, and until recently he was the, "city protector" of a place called Bl
