  1. As an international site, it is part of forum rules that posts be in English. They don't have to be in perfect English, and you can use translating services etc, but they must be in English. Thanks.
  2. If you mean Brickset, they did go to London Toy Fair. It's on their Instagram story. The only "news" is a picture showing all the themes tying into space and a hint that there are some things yet to be revealed, but we already knew that from leaks I think.
  3. Brickset is/was attending London Toy Fair in the last day or so, but like previously said, LEGO is very strict about what can or can't be shared, so barely anything comes out of toy fairs. I remember ye olde days of yore poring over FBTB's extensive coverage of upcoming sets at NYTF. Good times.
  4. No because Gambon Dumbledore has only ever come in one actual set since the reboot - the Clock Tower.
  5. JB's quick video of the Hagrid's Hut has shown just how small the hut really looks next to minifigures. I'm still a bit confused where all the parts have gone in that set, though I guess it's down to having a large number of small parts for detail. Nonetheless, I am looking to picking up that set in particular, maybe once there's a decent sale.
  6. @legoturtle please stop double posting. We all see your enthusiasm for LEGO Indiana Jones, but you may not keep posting again and again after yourself. If you do and nobody else is contributing, then I will lock this thread.
  7. You know, there's such a thing as not replying. For those that think the thread is done, stop replying, and see what happens.

  15. I've been away (non online life, y'know). I'll be setting them all up soon.
  16. That's the definition of... a shutdown. It's just that PaB now has these two services in one, but the old Bricks and Pieces, which is now PaB "standard", usually shut down to the effect of not taking new orders for a period of time over the end of the year. That's what they're doing still, with PaB standard.
  17. They do. The six packs have always come with a purposeful selection of six different packs inside and aren't random. That said, some people have reported errors from time to time and gotten two of the same figure pack inside a six pack, but that is on account of an error and not randomisation.
  18. I kind of like both of them. They'll both be good for spooky mask figs. Ock's torso is rubbish though.
  19. Sadly even the six packs for the last couple of series haven't been available here in Australia, so there's no option to buy any amount of guaranteed different figures except from Bricklink or other independent sellers who open the packs and sell off the figures. The fact that the whole boxes also seem to have random placement of figures and have duplicates in a row also make it impossible. With Vidiyo Series 2, I used some points and bought six from the online store. Since those were packed in smaller boxes and a complete set in each row, I reckon that's how I ended up with six distinct figures. The warehouse worker would've gone to a box and grabbed six from a side. Maybe I just got lucky though and it doesn't reflect other people's experiences.
  20. It is good to see the positive and not get lost in the negative details as many of us tend to do (myself included). I guess it's just when LEGO charges a provably exorbitant price for some sets, that only exacerbates the negative details, because many people feel like if LEGO charges so much then all those little details should be perfect. Stuff like Ronan's hood, characters lacking printing or dual moulding where it's pretty necessary, and the list goes on. They've done Spidey with dual moulded legs countless times now, but they even skimped there. On the face of it this wave does offer remarkable breadth - a couple of MCU sets providing fresh material from well-regarded movies, made up Spidey stuff that only takes a couple of slots, an X-Men set and two mechs. It's a great range. It's just that the very high prices of some sets, and the lacking detail especially in light of those prices, let some people down.
  21. Sure, go for it! I haven't noticed it being this bad on other sets, but maybe I wasn't paying close attention. Yeah, the Aberforth is so easily mistaken for Albus since LEGO has used this exact hair and beard for Albus as well.
  22. I don't think it's ever too late for anything because they can release whatever they want. Not every Hogwarts set needs an exterior nor needs to connect to every other Hogwarts set, which was in fact an ultimate downfall of the last Hogwarts iteration because after the initial wave they tried to have it both ways and ultimately kind of sacrificed both. There was so much potential in focusing on great, memorable interior scenes and locations, yet they almost seemed too worried about selling sets without showing a Hogwarts exterior on the box. A challenges playset can be rooms that are signalled through columns and doors in between and forego any full walls at all.
  23. JB Spielwaren has now put up their video of the figures on YouTube. Those are just screenshots of JB's reel on Instagram, though that's helpful for people who don't have Instagram of course.
  24. I just think the troll is larger than they currently seem willing to go for a creature consisting mainly of moulds, but they could surprise us. Things like the dragons, Fluffy and Grawp have at most had only a mould for the head. The only theme getting really big moulds is Jurassic; even Avatar pairs moulded heads with brickbuilt bodies for everything other than the weird horse. Speaking of things they haven't done since the reboot, I'd love to see a big playset with the entirety of the challenges at the end of Philosopher's Stone. Without or without Fluffy on top, it could have a much better Devil's Snare, Winged Key room, obviously miniaturized chess, and then the final challenge. Whether it's in a set like that or in a potential Troll on the Loose set, they definitely need to give us another Quirrel.
  25. We still don't know what's on the other side of the heads. They could be either full Venom or no Venom.
