  1. But which one ? and to what scale ?
  2. If you’re on iOS just use “Splice” from the AppStore it’s very easy to stick videos together and trim
  3. Just bought the instructions. Looks amazing and I’m a big Jap car fan. I’m on my 3rd (a Eunos) having owned an MR2 and a Celica years ago. it looks like you need a second set of wheelarches to avoid the Porsche vent graphics. Which I bought a while ago. would be great to make it in Purple and black but I think purple isn’t available in all the parts. Have you tried any other wheels/tyres on it to get a better fit to the arches?
  4. How much is a “few more days”? i wouldn’t be upset if @Jim kept it open till whenever he feels appropriate on Friday for entries if that means we get a few more
  5. I hope you're still actually entering it. So what if the functions don't work perfectly. It looks REALLY great.
  6. @Appie my combined photos have been done using PhotoCollage a few iOS app. For my videos I use Splice on my iPhone. Both very simple to use, which is handy.
  7. I hope so as I’ve used similar. I don’t see why it shouldn’t be allowed I think @Jim is just trying to restrict the size of each entry thread
  8. Thanks for the review @Sariel I think I’m trending towards waiting for the new control app to mature and the new hubs to appear on BrickLink. I don’t like the fact we have another new colour and agree with Erik that it’s too sticker heavy
  9. That looks great. Fingers crossed you get it finished.
  10. Thats a pretty good rendition of it, the bonnet line and lights are great and love the interior. Do you have any pictures of the mouth ? a very difficult area to capture I think your rear lights are a little off, the definition of them against the red is lost and they look a little small height wise I've got a modified version of @BrickMonkeyMOCs mx-5 as I've got a yellow car But otherwise a great MOC
  11. 5. Scarab Video ... 6 wheel drive and 4 wheel steer Mars Rover, fully independent suspension with spotlights to aid in low light levels and a winch to help when the going gets tough (or for recovery). Seating up front for 2 drivers, with dual controls. Access steps to the rear. Solar panels on the roof to top up those batteries for longer missions. Colour scheme based upon 2019 City Space sets but with a Technic twist to the logo ? Tech Specs: Power - PF Rechargeable Battery Control - SBrick by Vengit Drive - 2 x PF L motor Steering - PF Servo motor Lights - 2 x PF lights Winch - 1 x PF M motor Custom Stickers - "2019 City Space" style Link to WIP thread ... Enjoy
  12. Where I live pretty much every farmer has a Landy ... I’m hoping JLR realises above all else that this is what the vehicle is for and driving the Kings Road is a long way down the list of requirements. as to the model I guess we’re a way off official details as yet?
  13. My model is completed and now I’m back from a very wet Spa 24hr so just need to find the time to take the photos and get some help with filming the video. hope to post entry this weekend if not before
  14. Outside of the US no one cares that much about pickups especially to the extent we may get a licensed model of one. one of the guys at work had a ram and it looked silly next to my MX5!
  15. Finished. Well I think I am. Enjoy some quick pics. Official entry we be posted in about a week and a half time as I’m busy with work and travelling. I hope you like it
  16. Great looking model. Love the hub mounted motors
  17. When I read Blue Bird I think of the Campbells speed record vehicles. There were cars as well as the boat/hydroplane. I’m also hoping the “UCS” car range continues
  18. Loving the classic sci fi colours of the blue and yellow
  19. So @Jim we can use our TC16 entries for the TLG Space competition that's currently on BUT they still have to new and NOT used in any other competition
  20. Thanks, I was aiming for the colour scheme from the 2019 City Space sets and the Vette Wheelarch seemed perfect for making the top of the console Yes MARS was part of my inspiration. The Martian and Netflix's Lost In Space are 2 others with similar vehicles. Unfortunately Netflix only has Series 1 and I know there's been 3 of them.
  21. I assume there’s lots of people working in secret and not posting WIP threads for their entries? looking forward to seeing what everyone has come up with
