    I'm certainly not opposed to Lego using renders in their promotional material, but it annoys me greatly when the photoshopped in backgrounds make the actual toy look like crap. This happened to me with the Chima line, the boxart looks like such a mess you can't tell what the set actually looks like. Until I saw an in-store display I didn't realize that the vehicles were actually pretty cool!

    If you have any of these alignment obsessions, do not buy the Minecraft set! It's 90% 1x1 plate's and tiles, and it's VERY noticeable when they're not all parallel.

    I was at KL international recently and noticed those little towing vehicles they use on the runway. Of course my first thought was "I need to make a minifig scale one of those!!" Just gotta bricklink the parts now. Hope you like!

    Well it looks like I might be able to afford the Ewok village now, I certainly won't be spending my money on any of those Ep 3 sets. Ugh.

    I'd just like to see a weeding out of the "crap an 8 year old made on LDD" projects. And all of the extraneous Minecraft stuff, it's already a theme!

    I'm guessing these are probably going to be molded head minifigures. Anything else would look a bit silly.

    Great idea! If you add an extra plate to the nose section and replace the 3 hole technic part with a 4 stud headlight brick you can eliminate that notch at the front of the hood.

    Here's my attempt to fix the front. Maybe the new 1x1 ball joints from the upcoming "Mixels" range will be able to used for the front windscreen pillars?

    My girlfriend was only into the Collectable Minifigure series until I got her a set of her own.

    Great review mate! I've managed to reverse engineer an LDD file from Rufus and Brickset's pics, it's not 100% accurate but it'll give you a very good idea on the construction of the set.
