  1. Well technically the speedboat is in the movie. Technically. -Omi
  2. Here's your Torch And here are your components for Mr. Fantastic. -Omi
  3. If that's the case, why an Avengers 3? :P -Omi
  4. Black Manta would throw Aquaman out of the water as he crash lands onto a barge with Wayne Enterprises shipping crates. Since apparently that will be the running gag. :P -Omi
  5. I think he meant Howard the Duck...... -Omi
  6. That's a no brainer. Nolan didn't even want to make Dark Knight but did so anyways because we wanted a sequel and he wanted a story. And then when we called for a trilogy, Nolan again said no because he wants a story to work and he doesn't like making a series of films. The TDK trilogy is the only time we actually see Nolan make a series. He made a story that has an ending. As the meme goes, you either die a trilogy or you live long enough to see yourself become Batman & Robin. It wasn't just love. It was life. He was moving on without something holding him back, and it was Batman. Alfred made mention of that. He didn't fix his leg at all actually. He had a temporary brace, which I'm pretty sure Bane had removed to add on to his torture in the prison. His back also could not be completely mended, considering it was broken pretty long by the time he was transported to the prison and during his stay (which could have been weeks to months before being fixed since there is a time lapse). And the couple times he fell from climbing with the rope tugging really hard on his back after being "fixed" is not good on the back. But hey I'm not cracking down on your opinion. Comic fans love comics and movies for various reasons. :P -Omi
  7. Knowing Disney, they'll make the time and squeeze him in. Like they normally do. -Omi
  8. Like John Stewart and Steel weren't good enough. :P -Omi
  9. Well we'll see. As of right now, you can only go by what is officialized. -Omi
  10. No he didn't. He said it very clear that Batman was just a symbol and a mask in Batman Begins and TDK. TDKR is reiterating that with the passing to Blake to keep it going. And in Batman Beyond, he did willingly give up being Batman. Before Terry even arrived. And just remembered, even though it wasn't as great, he also gave up being Batman in Batman Forever. And I quote "Batman is no more." :P -Omi
  11. "In September 2012, it was confirmed that Thanos will appear in the upcoming 2014 Guardians of the Galaxy film and the 2015 then-untitled Avengers sequel. On July 20, 2013, Joss Whedon announced at San Diego Comic-Con International that the sequel to The Avengers will be titled Avengers: Age of Ultron." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thanos#Film -Omi
  12. I take it you don't read the comics and and watch cartoons. Several people were Batman other than Bruce Wayne. Jean Paul Valley, Dick Grayson, Terry McGinnis, and even Superman were Batman at one point or another. Battle for the Cowl and Knightfall are fine examples of this as well. Batman was created as an incorruptable symbol that will always be long lasting, and this was established before Nolan even made Batman Begins. Even with the "death" of Batman in TDKR, he will always remain a symbol and everlasting in Gotham as shown in the ending of TDK and TDKR and beginning of TDKR. That was the point. It was more than just a guy putting on a bat costume. Again, comics. Again, comics. And comics. Blake isn't Batman. He's Robin, and a combo of all 3. Nightwing and Robin wwere able to look after Gotham when Batman was away in the comics and cartoons and even video games. The difference between the Shumacher movies and the Nolan movies is that B&R completely killed WB and the Batman franchise with fault going to both Warner Bros and Shumacher. Nolan however brought back that franchise and helped WB. If it wasn't for Nolan, we'd wouldn't even have Man of Steel and the thoughts of a JL movie. -Omi
  13. That's a bold comparison for which I'd love to see an explanation for. -Omi
  14. I am personally against having Batman in the next Superman film. Cameos work better than actual roles, but the main problem that usually is the downfall of most comic book films (and shows) is either the over the top themes or too many characters all at once. I prefer Superman to have his own series of movies without some other hero hogging up the screen. Heroes should only share the screen with the villain. The TDK Trilogy did so well with that with Batman in control. Batman Forever as well as Batman & Robin are examples of too many heroes and too many villains, and it was smart for Nolan to introduce a Robin character with Batman leaving. X-Men 3 is another example too many characters going on. If you look well enough, you will find they added a lot of characters. Spider-man 3 same thing. The Marvel movies, IMO, are getting real close on that line to the point where they end up becoming like the 90s Iron Man cartoon. And then there is the issue of consistency. TDK is well established in this generation and ended on a good note. Do we really need to keep that going? And why recast the role? Just do without the character. -Omi
  15. I originaly posted when it was just Colossus, but now I see more additions, and they are just fantastic. -Omi
  16. For those not wanting to scroll down, here is the image. -Omi
  17. Which makes sense as to why all these are UK. :P -Omi
  18. It's Ultron, but Thanos is gonna be in GoTG. -Omi
  19. Some Lego stores already have it, hence why some people were able to make early reviews. -Omi
  20. I'm sure it's brown instead of orange, prolly since it was a quick shot and bad shading to begin with (you can see that huge light glare on Storm when enters). He always had really light brown hair to begin with. I'm happy they used Storm's Uncanny look. -Omi
  21. Exactly. Azog would have just been a printed head and a regular Lego hook hand if that fig was made a long time ago. :P Also http://movies.yahoo.com/blogs/movie-talk/batman-set-join-superman-man-steel-sequel-2015-180719840.html That should help churn up sets if the theme ever gets that far. -Omi
  22. That used to be the case years ago, but I doubt that is an excuse now. Lego has been busting out a plethora of new molds in the past years for many themes. How many new molds were made for just LoTR and Hobbit? A lot. -Omi
  23. Perfect for Angel/ArchAngel custom fig. :) -Omi
  24. Yup them too. Batman and BR had a legit excuse to be PG-13, and that's because they were dark movies, with BR being a bit more toward the adult side with the sexual tones in the movie. BF and B&R were just sex this and sex that (with the innuendos). Batman and Robin were literally bidding on Poison Ivy for "stuff". -Omi
