Is that final fact? KimT hasn't quite led on that, just a couple of hints...

Haven't you seen those pictures from September? We've known about Fisto for at least 3 months. Not much you can do with him, besides maybe making him into Davy Jones... Again, another thing discussed at least 3 months ago. It mgiht just be a head, but it doesn't matter. A new astro droid is always good.

Okay, I've got my Death Star, that's all wrapped up. I've got my Endor bunker, and I've got an AT-ST. Now to complete my diorama of Episode VI, I need an AT-AT. Since there's no chance of me getting the good old 2003 AT-AT, here are my requirements: AT-AT, no motor or minifigures needed at all! Need: Instructions, ALL STRUCTURALLY IMPORTANT PARTS, IE: The build for the head, legs, and body and as long as they are connected Within a reasonable price. I will not buy a $140 AT-AT with only half the pieces. I am looking somewhere between $50-$100. This is a calculation for those thinking I strike a hard bargain. The motor and battery box together are $20, and although the minifigs go for much more, I'd subtract $10 from the original price.

Okay, everyone, see now! Remember I was always on the side saying the Episode III sets were going to be PT and not CW? Remember! Anyway, this is a real bummer because I thought the ARC would be one set I wouldn't have to get. This looks damn great! The helmets are perfect, and specialized, which I love, and the ARC has a long front and good sized wings. Too bad that the ship will be covered in stickers, because there's no way else to pull it off.

If/when Lego makes, Aayla, it better be just like Arealights. The head was perfect, and I bet TLG's will sell for so much more but in the end will be worse. I already stated my prediction for Boba. New Clone jetpack+same body+detachable helmet. And for Han in Carbonite, I've got no clue. The only thing to change would be to make it 3-D, and that's quite excessive, for Lego.

Good God, I'm jealous! My custom echo base isn't even half the size of that. I hope you don't mind that I'm going to go up stairs, tear apart my old MOC and totally rip you off. Astounding job!

I need some advice from the Star Wars video gamer experts. I saw this ad on brickshelf: I clicked the link, they are not Star Wars related. Is it legal for them to do this? Sorry if this belongs in culture and multimedia, but I figured more Star Wars fans would be here. Thanks!

Personally, I really like the "old" frozen Han. Mostly because I have it. Lego might be making a new mold because they didn't show the old one in the mini movie. If they were going to change something, they would take it out of the movie, which they did. I don't know why Lego feels so inclined to make a new mold. If it's not going to be 3-D, than the old ones perfect, and it would be a hell lot of effort to make a 3-D mold just to appeal to the small percentage of AFOLs who happen to like Star Wars in the world.

Nice job! I really like the blue on the ship and the modifications! Keep on building!

Lego generally changes the characters a lot from the video games when new pieces come out. Look at almost all of the Clone Wars characters, the Grievous Guards, for example. This does provide some good general insight though. That body, Taun-Taun horns, maybe some different arms, and we've got our wampa.

When I clicked your link, it showed results for sets I wanted on my bricklink account. Maybe there's a way to get around that. I was about to say "Outdated! Those are all 2008 and up!"

You realize now most people don't want a printed visor... I personally don't care, seeing as I'm not getting the ship, but this is how the helmet is meant to look: It really should be a thin orange visor outside. Or at least, everything around the face should be thinner so it doesn't seem to bulge arou7nd it. But you could still be right, as it's completely unconfirmed.

There was another. You forgot the brand new one in the Winter Toy Shop. That's my favorite. If you want all of the Snow man, there are about 10, most are ornaments.

What do you do when you build?
Darth Legolas replied to Darth Legolas's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Of course. I forgot to mention that. I almost never build on a table. Only when I'm building tall things where if I sit down I'm too short, but if I stand up I'm much too tall. -
Sometimes when I build, I watch TV. I always build in front of the TV, but usually it's off. When building the Death Star, I have everything turned off so I can concentrate. Mostly I'm concentrating on not knocking it over. So, do you have any building habbits? Eating? Clipping your toenails? Building? Reveal your embarrassing side-steps here!

I know this is a little late in the topic, but after looking through the Solaris 8 pictures and the TBB article, who won?

I wasn't quite thinking like that. I mean, a frog, a cat, all of those are one piece. But maybe I meant to say these days... And we really do need some new podracer sets! Sebulba would be at least two pieces now, same with Aldar beedo. But back then anything could fly with Lego! Of course. That makes perfect sense. But why would Lego make it small sized anyway? It's supposed to be halfway between a human and a Rancor! (Don't quote me on that!) It does seem to be an accurate version of what a very rough sketch of the helmet would be. But you could possibly think of it as the new AT-AT pilot helmet with a hole in the middle with a face and goggles.

New element: Brick 1 x 1 with stud on 1 side
Darth Legolas replied to Rick's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I've been wanting one of these since the beginning of... me wanting these. The old ones are really hard to snot with, as they don't match up with any other piece. In the AT-ST in the Battle of Endor though, the old one with a 1X4 tile somehow was supposed to match up with the piece where the studs bulge slightly outward. If I knew the names for these things, it would make more sense, but all in all I'm saying that I like the new piece. -
But you see, where's the fun in that? Nobody here is taking into account at all, Lego is a building toy. To make a Wampa, you have a giant body and a head attached, and then the limbs come off. There! What makes you think it would look better as one big UP? Lego fans are usually against pieces bigger than a giant rock monster. In fact, look at the rock monster. It looks perfectly power miners-ish, and it's made of at least 2 pieces. So a Wampa would be perfectly Star Wars-ish if it's arm came off. EDIT: Why does everyone think that if a figure is buildable, it has to be minifig size? I can gauruntee you, the Wampa won't have a lot of pieces, but like the Taun-Taun, it will have at least SOME detachable parts. A single mold means horns, arms, and legs all stuck together. Lego has never made a figure in one piece.

Talk to the Star Wars Moderators and Regulators
Darth Legolas replied to KimT's topic in LEGO Star Wars
How long did it take you to build the Death Star? I want to see if I can beat you! -
Somehow I severely doubt that. In fact, those are two completely different scenes! The Wampa is 20+ minutes away from Luke being found and healed in Echo Base! Plus, I'm sure if Lego were to do a med droid, it would be a black or gray protocol droid like in the Death Star, because a new head mold would be a bit complex. I'd like to see a MOC of one. The new Space Police tanks make perfect bacta tanks, just with light translucent blue, but I still don't think they'll do it.

What would be the point of a new double sided face if neither of them had scars?
-
None at all! Perhaps this now answered topic could be renamed and transformed into the "How do I remove a modified head?" topic.
-
Well, technically she's an alien, which is why I didn't post it before. He probably will have a double sided face, or a completely scarred one on it's own. As long as the set has a Wampa, I'm happy.

Interesting pictures.... why haven't I got my brickmaster yet!? I'm sad they didn't do a random OT sneak peak though. They could've easily put the defender in the background way behind the Tri-Fighter! The ARC looks really good from that picture. I hope it is, too. The Freeco looks like it should. What more is there to say? It wasn't that interesting of a ship to begin with. Now back to building the Death Star!
