Ever heard of something called "prototypes?" I bet you that if the next time a picture comes out of the Hoth base, if the Wampa isn't different I won't post for a week. If the wampa doesn't change by the end of the year, I'll leave the site! I'm not angry or raving, I'm just saying if you squeeze your eyes tight enough to only see a blurry image of the set, you can imagine how many changes will come up.

I'm going to trust you on that one because I can't see anything. Either way I'm all ready to open it, just have to wait!

Quite a few people contributing now! Rayman, you've started a fad! Nice work agi2007! They are all really great! My least favorite I'd have to say is the pilot, because his helmet is off, but the rest are perfectly accurate!

I don't see any gaps on the ARC. Either way, the first thing I plan on doing when I start/finish building my ARC is replace all the flickfires, fix the terrible gun in the back, and add bombs some way or another. TLG means The Lego Group... EDIT: Oh, and I'll replace the back slopes with the good old printed ones. Not the die windows though. The new stickers might stink, but they're probably like that to cover up the face that there's something underneath.

Prince of Persia does have those reflection marks/pupils...

What about the name TXmas-130? Anyway, you picked a good set for color scheme, but I think you could decorate it a little more. Great job though!

So what's the big deal? It looks really weird when you put the old and new minifigs next to each other, but what I'd like to know, as I really don't care, is why they changed it anyway. So what happened? What do you think about it?

That thing is a placeholder for sure. It looks just plain awful! Well what do you know! I don't understand the line between CW and ROTS at all anymore. But there are ROTS sets, clearly, or the ARC-170 would have different faces. Don't worry at all. The wampa's a placeholder. Can't you tell? I'd be sort of happy and sad at the same time if they changed the snowspeeder though. If they re-used it, I would have matching speeders, but if they change it, it will be 100X more accurate.

Brilliant! I can't even begin to tell you how cool it looks! My all time favorite part though, it how the wheels perfectly fold in to that little shaft. That cockpit must have taken planning! Great job!

That's the last time I ignore a remark about boxes! Well, lets see here, interesting stuff. Sorry abotu the off-topicness before KimT! The cave looks pretty bad, the speeder hasn't changed, and the Wampa case is still a mystery, as it's all prototype. Plo's fighter looks pretty cool. Nothing special or new though. As of right now, Greivous's fighter looks like it's on crack. We are getting a new Greivous, as it seems. We get a medic droid on the theta! Yay! The Slave I looks pretty snazzy. I'll definitely be getting one. New Boba, new Bossk, new Han and Han in Carbonite! No platforms though. The Turbo Tank looks by far the best set out of the bunch. CW fans get their Cad Bane, a good looking AT-RT, Aayla, and a great looking Tank itself!

How dare you forget about those three mini's! I still want to punch Lego in the face for not giving me a Stormtrooper Speeder! But yeah, the big sets always come out here.

Wow that seems an awful lot! I was just hoping you could put a scarf over it to keep it quiet or something. I might try your idea, but I'm in no hurry to strip any wires. Thanks anyways!

Hello America! They are definitely here! I just picked up a bunch of the battlepacks, and saw almost everything 2010 at the store. And I rarely get things first, which means they must be worldwide! Now back on topic: On the subject of Swamp Speeders: I think Lego will never confirm anything about weather they are Clone Wars or ROTS, but it doesn't matter.It's almost impossible to tell, and the only difference above all are the faces.

We were never debating the Freeco. The Freeco is only CW. Everything else is ROTS. And what does that have to do with Lego? We'll probably never see another TFU set again.

Yes, it's self explanatory. I've worked out my big technic PF project thingie, and it works great! Automated lights, driving, steering, winch, and pistons and everything! There's only one problem. It sounds terrible. I searched and found no techniques to muffle the back motor. The front motor doesn't make a sound, so it's not big deal, but the back one drives the thing and sounds like a dying cat. I want the engine to keep quiet, but I don't want it to overheat or blow up, for obvious reasons. So does anyone have any PF muffler techniques? Thanks!

May I note that I was the first to figure out this was the ice cutter? Sorry, I just love to say that. Anyway, it's a great set! I really don't like the pants on the rebels, but I suppose they are more accurate. Hats off to whoever it was that had originally said it would be Zev! But what I'd really like to know is: where did you get this? Please, please tell me you're in America, because that would mean me running to the store right now!

Now that all the fuzz is through, I think I'll add my two cents. The landspeeder is no different than everything we've seen... not much to say. The Swamp Speeder came out of nowhere, really random. I wonder if we'll still get Barriss in the Tank in the summer. I kinda like it, but I don't think I'll get it. NOTE: ROTS line.

Thanks for the tip! I'm going to base my car off of some of these designs, but the way you went through trial and error, I really want to figure things out myself, even if that'll take forever! It'll be hard to compete with all of these amazing designers out there!

I've got to say, of all the things I love about this MOC, my favorite part is that you used Dooku's torso for a woman. I love the overall design, and the shape of the base is really cool!

That could be a possibility. If the Slave I is UCS or "special edition," lego could print Boba's arms again. I just wish the thing comes with Lando, because I don't have one yet.

I'm probably more newie than you, but seeing as you don't like technic pieces, I think a perfect thing for you to get would be the old Mars fission crystal reaper, which includes directions to fully motorize! You can probably find it on bricklink. Who'd of thought! We've got a lot in common, Grimmy! I just bought the same PF set as you and I've been looking at all of these same old technic sets. I also bought an extra motor and IR receiver. I didn't buy the RC though, as I'm really eager to make my own Off Roader type thing. In fact, I wrung up enough technic parts and I've got even more PF stuff than included in the Off Roader. So, just in my experience in buying things, as I haven't even opened them yet, if you want parts like the off roader, you cna get all of the suspension functions if you buy two Quad Bikes, and if you want to pick up a bunch off pieces, really any technic set you find is good.
