Not really. Chewie's an important character. But even if he does come in the Slave I, I am willing to put my left foot on the fact that it'll be the same, good old Chewie we've had since 1999.

Me 3! If it were the real deal I'd be jumping out of my seat, of course, that would require a big bucket of paint or a stolen mold from the lego factory. It looks great though! The helmet really compares to a regular bley brick!

Thanks for the list, I never heard that before! But, according woo Wookiepedia, the tallest a Wookie ever was was two meters, which is about 8 feet I think. I don't really know all the exact measurements. The tallest human ever was 10 feet tall, but even so, the average human is five feet, so Chewbacca was even less than double the size of Han. In short, he wasn't even close to 2X the size of Han, thus, the only thing that could really make a "proper height" Chewbacca minifigure would be putting two brown studs at the bottom of his feet, making him just a "minifig foot" taller than everyone else. Get it? Foot?

But that would be so wasteful! I can tell you for one thing, it's never gonna happen. Chewie's almost perfectly proportionate right now. The new Toy Story legs are already halfway up a regular minifig's torso. It's not like he's 3 times the size of humans. And there wasn't even talk of a Cheiwie in thr Slave I anyway. They're a bit unrelated...

So I just got in my PF parts order from Shop@home, and when I opened it up there was a neat little 3 page pull out poster advertising the Lego board games that have been out since June as far as I know, as coming out in April 2010! The games advertised were Monsters 4, Minatourus, Pirate Code, in fact all of them! But I know I've seen reviews of them right here on Eurobricks! So what's going on? Where did April 2010 come from?

Lego Toy Story set out in US Reviews of 7595 and 7590

Of course he was 3+pieces. The hips and torso were always the same. I wonder why nobody thought of that. But the hat doesn't come off? That's just pathetic. Thanks for the review though! I'm only going to consider getting the army man set, and even then I'm not too sure. -
The video was really helpful to me in the final planning stages before I start my project over the weekend. Now I understand the centering, I still don't know what the great part does, but I understand the whole functioning! Just two final questions: 1. Do all motors have enough power to push the gear in the spring box? It seemed pretty resistant manually. I only have M-motors, by the way. 2. Does it hurt the motor to be turned by something other than itself? Thanks again!

"If you find a worm in space, do not put it up your nose." That's an ad for an adult show? But the point is, nobody actually said anything about Bane becoming a figure. I remember someone saying "wouldn't it be great if he did?" And someone else saying "He'd go great with Greivous's fighter!" but nobody saying "Bane will be in greivous's fighter!" So, it's a possibility seeing as they have to put him somewhere eventually, but there isn't going to be any news on it for a while. At least not until January.

Scania P340

After seeing this I know I'm definitely going to consult you when I begin my PF project soon (very soon!) What a great job! It can drive and it looks good! What a great job! -
Wow, that's a great UCS-sort of MOC! I love the detail! You got my hopes up this was finally a good minifig solution! But this is pretty awesome! If only you could shrink it down and give it to me!
-
And you finally got your correct Imp torso! I don't think there's actually a rumor of a Bane figure, it's just an assumption that some summer set will have him now that he's a kid's show's main character.

That... is scary. I love the design, but I'm really a bit disturbed, because after a while with Lego you get the imagination to seeosomething as if it were real, and that looks all too real to me. Nice job though!

I remember the ones in the Imp Inspection with pupiled faces, but definitely not on Endor. In fact, while I was reading this I was wondering why they didn't put the endor faces on the new rebels. No faces were dot eyed except the Ewoks, but for humans they could have used that awesome new bearded face or re-reuse Vader's apprentices' face.

Sadly, it is. It wouldn't really bother me but now we have a new equation to look at: Original Price of Landspeeder+$10 because people will still buy it and Lego can milk it+$10 for being "special edition"=me crying with a 6 inch piece of plastic sitting on top of a very empty wallet. And not to mention, a 6-inch piece of plastic without any certain Garindans... So yes, I think it's safe, though sad, to assume that it is a special store exclusive. As long as it's not Wal*Mart, I'm fine, because all of those stores near me don't sell anything exclusive to them! Back on topic: I'll start a new discussion, seeing as there's nothing at this very moment (seeing the last 10 posts) to discuss about sets that are actually coming out so: What is underneath the TIE pilot and the ATAT pilot's helmets? And, an added bonus: Why are we adding pupiled Indy Jones-esq faces like on the Imp and Bren Derlin to Star Wars? I personally don't mind, but a lot of die hard collectors will probably change the faces so the eyes will match everything else in their collections.

I've always been jealous of your who Echo Base set up, though I do really like mine, yours is extremely accurate. And look now, you have to go out and get your fancy little lights! Just kidding. Great job! It's been done before, but not enough times for it to be common! You have to have a lot of skill to work with tiny parts like that!

I now think i will never buy this car. Who would give credit to Mega Bloks! Is it cheaper or something?

LEGO in Film & TV: Index of Appearances
Darth Legolas replied to Izzy's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Was it mentioned that in the same show they show the original Bionicle Toa a thousand times. I just watched three episodes in a row and it was there. One is very prominent in the first Christmas special. -
Well, I'd agree the battlepacks should have different minifigures, but on a side note I'm really against the Clnoe Wars style where every single clone is different. They rarely show normal clones anymore! But, the pilots are not going to be in a battlepack within the next year, so there's no point in discussing it. As for the Kit FIsto thing, again, I guess we've solved our problem, we just need a confirmation picture.

I know he did the Harry Potter one with the "translucent wand..." I'd like to see a gallery of them too. I doubt there are that many though.

Does everyone have to repeat me six times? I'd like my due credit. Either way, I think he'll have green hands in the end.

Great job! I just wish it were all Lego. I'd love to see the finished model!
