Has anyone tried the World of Warcraft Megabloks sets? They look quite interesting. Are the figures larger than a minifig?

Heavy Haulage Truck.

Welcome Jimny J! you can decrease the file size in standard Windows live photo gallery (properties/resize) or post the image to flickr and deeplink the smaller size image from there using the picture link button in the typing box. Looking forward to your pictures -
I won't commit to any opinion on these low-res pics, too early to tell. The sizes are well judged, I am hopeful that the "Castle" logo means a re-launch of the fantasy line. I am certainly interested in the Dragon Mountain, let's see about the others. I too am not a big fan of the lion head shield.

Next CUUSOO set: 21103 Back to the Futureâ„¢ Time Machine

Me too. It would be great if the BTTF3 train makes it - and some Western saloons to go with it! -
Here we have the up and down positions of the neck. The head stays parallel throughout the motion. The whole neck pivots around a vertical spindle at the base. Hope this might be some use
-
Carsten, I think the motion you are aiming for was achieved very nicely in the neck of the Giant Zrrk zoid, using a system of cams. Worth a look.

This is the scene where Paul shoots out mind rays that kill all the GP grunts?

Well done to the winners! All the entries were good here. I did not have time to enter but I have a lot of ideas for the second semester

All great as usual def. Love the lady in the snow, she really reminds me of Japan

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly extended cut. What a film! I had not seen it before because I did not expect to be interested in Westerns. It was amazing. Deserves its place in all those best ever films lists.

Love it! Looking forward to the others!

I agree. So this is not Billy's ride. Wow, green and orange polybags, that's great. Saves me more than $100!
-
Thanks Aanchir, these are great!

Oh, you can really see the eagle on the orange set too. That is definitely a Starship Troopers tribute! So which one is Rico and which is Carmen? They're doing their part. Are you? Join the Mobile Infantry and save the world. Service guarantees citizenship.

^me too. Trans clear visors and new style helmets will make the red figure compatible with Classic Spacemen. I guess the classic blue won't happen, and yellow won't work with the white vehicles, so the red set and the black and white CMF figures will be our fill for now.

It looks to me that the Galaxy Squad theme has conceptually left open space for space marines to fit right in. Just a few more votes! Love the new set, especially the use of door pieces!

I'm less impressed than I hoped to be, overall. I was expecting more colour blocking on both the human vehicles and the minifigs from cwetqo's description, the vehicles are basically white with stickers for colour accents though. The insects are lovely. I think my favourite set so far is the warp stinger, the mantis looks like it skimped on parts too much. I don't really appreciate the robots at the moment, especially given the CMF robots, but they may grow on me, the red robot is quite cool. The robots remind me too much of the bionicle minifigs or the KK minifigs that were free in boxes of cereal, I would have preferred a brick-built classic robot for sure. I am disappointed with the grey human torsos. I wonder if Lego is deliberately leaving room here for the space marine theme to come through? Anyone else think the eagle (?) on the blue robot torso is a Starship Troopers reference? On the positive side, all the sets look to have good play value. The Interceptor fits nicely into SP3 and the Obliterator fits into Mars Mission pretty well. The purple eggs will be quite useful, and the new control panel tile is sweet. And any new space theme is a good thing!

Great roof, and whittling scene. Very nice build. -
Cupishalfempty, thankyou for your services to planet Earth!

Very much looking forward to the next episode. Masoch rules!

Lovely build, the statue is very impressive and the courtyard is very evocative, and somehow rather ominous. Your building talent speaks for itself. Don't worry about the standard of your English, thanks for making the effort.

I really like the temple design and the play features, there is a strong Indiana Jones vibe to it. The detailing is really nice too, with nice touches like the phaoronic headdress and the mask and crumbling pillars, and very good scenes of daily life. Your minifig use is great. I agree with Erynlasqalen on the colouring though - photos always look quite different to the real build, and I think in the main shot I can see a grey colour block, a red colour block, a sand colour block and a more diverse colour block, but not that much to tie them together - this is because of your baseplate shaping I think, which is where you could have brought some green or blue across the horizontal plane to integrate the areas if the front-left plate was there. Another thing I would mention is that the temple base looks a litte like a square box, you could add more irregular features to give a more natural look. Small criticisms though on an excellent build. I look forward to hearing more of the ruby

I really like the detailing on this build, it's so parts intensive but I think it paid off massively, especially in the floor and all your modified 1x1 plates. It has a very gothic feel. Your columns came out really well in the end, it was a great idea to make the whole thing modular. Superb build and very good presentation, good luck!

I just wanted to mention how much I like this scene. You really have a great eye for parts use and a strong storyline.
