Well, with everyone's input, I think the battlepacks, Freeco and Droid Tri-Fighter are fine, but the TIE Defender could be the saddest set ever, in terms of piece/price ratio and some design flaws. The ARC is a beautiful set, but once again, overpriced. All we can do is wait for summer! And still no pics or other info on the AT-AT?

Uh, try 3 years! (Actually I think it may be 4!) And I still haven't gotten it! I hope the landspeeder comes up on S@H soon.

I was hoping I was wrong, but I share the same feelings. The summer wave looks amazing, and they post pics early just to tease us. The winter sets are not a complete flunk, but they are a HUGE disappointment. Out of luck, leftover money, and eavesdropping family members, I was able to scrape together all of the winter lineup over Christmas. I was not satisfied. I think I will spend the most money this year on Atlantis. Grievances aside, does anyone think that because we got the pictures so early, the Summer sets might be released even earlier than normal?

WHOA! This topic has really heated up! I think prof1515 knows what he's talking about. For me, stickers are an inconvenience but not the end of the world, and minifig consistency does get annoying. What I really don't like is that in every new release, at least 25% of the new sets are remakes! Granted there may be new minifigs, or we may have NEEDED a remake, but it's time TLG started making new sets and new ideas more often. I mean look at the summer wave: Hoth Wampa Cave: Not a remake, but another snowspeeder!!! Plo Koon's SF: Not a remake, but it's the same Delta design we've seen over and over! GG's SF: REMAKE Palpatine's Shuttle: ONLY true NEW set Slave 1: Do I need to say it? CTT: A much-needed remake, but one nonetheless. Sorry for that rant, I got excited... And don't even get me started on Padme!

I would like to see some sort of Jedi Temple set especially, with many new jedi. Ki-Adi Mundi, Shaak Ti, Saesee Tiin, etc. But most importantly, can we PLEASE get some BAD GUY ships??? I know everyone will buy the good guy ships because they know what they are, but who will they have to fight? Especially in the Clone Wars... I was so heartbroken when I discovered that the Invisible Hand thing from the Quest for R2 online game wasnt an official set...

Can someone please post a close-up or get the link back up? I can't see any details at all! Also, near the bottom right corner there is a set that is obviously new, but I can't tell if it's Racers, castle or city! Aaah!

These sets don't appeal to me personally, but I know every classic castle fan is going to fall in love. It keeps the battle-ish feeling alive while bringing the sets a more classic and even medieval life-ish feeling. Although I'm not an enormous fan, I still must say great job TLC. But the name... honestly?

There is probably going to be an AT-AT if two reliable sources have told us this. Also, since it is not an 10000 number and it is a 4-digit number, then it will most likely be midi-scale. Which is really disappointing.

We've established that. Look a few posts behind you. I think the new wheels look better, especially in comparison with the size of the actual tank. Besides, they're cartoon-ified!

It does seem so, but as I have said before, just look at the list of minifigs at the bottom of the box. It clearly shows that there are 2 clone troopers; if one was Bly, there would be a picture of a clone trooper and a picture of Bly. I would have liked him too...

NOWHERE! You can clearly see it's just two clones, look at the row of minifigs at the bottom of the box! Although that would have been AWESOME. Uhh, nope, just an MOC. And a pretty accurate one at that.

I think someone already established that putting visors on the helmets for the Arc 170 and the Rebel Pilot is extremely expensive and therefore would have to decrease the piece count, the quality of the ARC itself, etc. That they have visors at all will suffice for now. There are no flick-fires on the CW Y-Wing. There is a spring-loaded missile, but no flick-fires. And I do very much agree with you on the new Hoth Rebel helmets. They are new and look cool by themselves, but man, are they ugly!

No crying for joy today, it's definitely a normal clone trooper. Uh, from what I can see, there's no tauntaun. And don't worry about aayla, it's just a prelim photo! Her lekku won't really be that color. Boba's helmet is definitely new! It's separate from the jetpack. And those Ki-Adi Mundi figs are custom, and I really, really wish i had one!!! Any sellers?

HAHA, your chowder quote had me laughing out loud. Funny show, my little brother watches it. Ahh, sorry, on topic- Do we know if Plo Koon's Jedi SF is CW or ROTS? I'll bet it's CW, but there's a slight possibility it could be from the Ep III scene where he gets shot down.

Oh, uh, my bad... Anyway, back on topic- Look at all the guns on the Clone Turbo Tank! They really showed its firepower this time around. But what happened to the turret/lookout tower that was on the last one?

Kim-T, these new sets are FANTASTIC! But if you said 2011 is going to rock your world, then can you give us some sort of comparison between this year and next year in your opinion? Just curious, because you were so hyped up about 2011, and now look at these!

Did anyone notice the new mold for Cad Bane's Hat? Also, did anyone notice that GG's SF is butt ugly? Anyway, I wasn't excited at first about a lot of these set remakes, but I think you can all agree with me on this: This is the best new-minifig-year ever!!!

I think it's safe to say that in the next few days we will see all Atlantis, SW, Ben 10 and Toy story sets at TRU- I picked up all the SW and Atlantis, of course didnt bother with the Ben 10. The prices are a little high though.

Yes, I think a few people have confirmed it. Once again, does anyone besides me think that the Swamp Speeder and the Landspeeder could be some sort of pair set? Like the Corporate Alliance Tank and the Echo/Hoth Base sets last year? Same figs, potentially the same price ($25 USD)... who knows?

I, too, was at my local TRU today, and literally emptied my wallet because I couldn't resist buying all of the new Star Wars sets... and Atlantis. I don't really buy Legos in excess, I pick and choose, but now have a complete collection in both (including the Atlantis impulse)... and I am very deeply in debt. I just had my christmas today. I haven't had time to open all open all of them, but the BP's are definitely worth buying. The rebel helmets are a little off though. And the ARC-170 is fantastic! I'll post pictures if I have the time... or if I don't have to sell my camera to pay off my shopping spree. Rants aside, does anyone think that the Landspeeder and the Swamp Speeder could be some sort of pair set? As in they both have 5 minifigs, and could both potentially be $25? Just a thought.
