  1. Ew. This batcave isn't nearly as good as the old one. I know lego markets to kids but this is ridiculous!
  2. I agree with The_Chosen_1, just look at the Hoth Wampa Cave.
  3. I think I speak for everyone here when I give this summary: The Black Pearl is much more iconic, cheaper, and has a nice, smooth (albeit unfinished) look to it. The QAR is bigger, but more expensive, and has a bit more choppy appearance. The solution? Buy both!
  4. Wow, please tell me you don't believe this, did you not read the other posts directly after this one explaining that the Star Wars movies started filming around 1977 and LEGO didn't start to make Star Wars LEGO until literally decade later. More than a decade. The fact about Vader being originally red could be true, but not about Lego already having the mold.
  5. That's because they are super battle droid legs You are correct about the curved thighs.
  6. I ain't buying it. All those sets are fakes. There is very, very little chance of a Lord of the Rings Lego line, and those Batman and Superman sets are 100% fake. Batman and Superman will not be 2 separate lines; they will be included in 1 DC line. Don't waste any more time on this.
  7. Good find! I think that's very good confirmation, although it's mostly confirmed anyway, that the b-wing rumor is true, along with the x- wing and y- wing. Can't wait for pics!
  8. Please do a review of the Lightning Dragon- no one else has yet! Anyway, my last purchase was the Republic Frigate and the new Hoth Echo Base at TRU. I got the base at half off with a receipt from that sale they had a while back!
  9. I can't really tell by your tone, so forgive me if I interpret your post wrong, but we're not getting another system-scale podracer. It's a mini, part of the new 'planet' line. Read the first page for the news
  10. The mini set will most likely be a lot more than 15-20 pieces, just look at the piece count for other mini sets. Also, as others have said, the amount of plastic it will take to make these planet hemispheres will be significant, and that will raise the price.
  11. Nope, the most recent battle packs are not EU. The BARC speeder is a known vehicle, as is the Mandalorian speeder.
  12. As you can see, we aren't getting an Episode 1 set this wave, and the Queen Amidala minifig in an Episode 1 set has been confirmed for the summer wave a while back. And as far as grammar goes, you don't have to apologize- just try and fix it
  13. That would be Haiku We can't be 100% sure about a lot of these rumors, but, to a point, isn't that part of the fun?
  14. That's a good point. They did the Battle of Naboo as a precursor to the Episode 1 summer sets this year, so maybe they'll do one AOTC set in the winter wave. It's a long shot but it does make sense.
  15. Sorry, but TLC is focusing on the Phantom Menace 3D release. Also, they just made a Gunship, AT-TE, and even more recently a Slave I. We definitely won't see any AOTC sets. Back to the confirmed sets- that TIE is absolutely stunning. Snot work on TIE wings? Who woulda thought TLC would be capable of such a thing!
  16. That's a very good point about the minifigs, but there are actually 5 new minifigs in the Hoth set: R-3PO, Bacta Luke, the Medical droid (it's metallic blue), Han (new hood), and Leia (new torso I believe).
  17. The Sith Infiltrator is not $40 in America. It's $70 (one of the worst piece/price ratios of the summer wave). I don't know where you got your info from. However, I do love your username
  18. We've known about that for a while now. I'm just thankful that the Hoth base isn't TOO overpriced... the Home One was an awful price for its piece count. This TRU exclusive doesn't continue the trend, thank god.
  19. Thanks, but we've known those sets for a few months now. Here's a worthy update: TRU.com has the Lightning Dragon Battle listed in the USA! The bad news is that it's $80 USD...
  20. They are still not in stock, though.
  21. TRU.com has taken down the new Star Wars, Ninjago and Spongebob in the USA
  22. We do actually, it's around 800 pieces for $100 USD
  23. Very nicely done! I love this ship as well, and I love how you covered the bottom up
  24. What he means is that the term UCS only applies to Star Wars, it would never apply to a pirate ship. You could say a large, detailed version of the Dutchman- but UCS isn't quite the term for it. There is an 'Ultimate collectors Series" for star wars, but not for pirates. As far as the Black Pearl goes, it stinks. Good thing it's just prelims. I would actually expect this to be released before November, due to past lego trends.
  25. No news on that. It will most likely be an exclusive, but I guess it won't be a TRU exclusive because they haven't listed it with the other sets (in comparison, the TRU exclusive Star Wars Hoth base has been listed).
