I was really excited when I saw the initial pics for this; the buzz droids and Vulture are nothing new, but the starfighter is beautiful! I just picked one up from Legoshop.com, and the build is nice and fluent. It's interesting that R7 doesn't eject like in Anakin's fighter, but I'm glad for a little difference between the two. But the price- ARRGGHH!!! :thumbdown: The piece/price ratio is horrible... but if you're a Clone Wars fan, then this is a good pair for Anakin's fighter. Has anyone seen the Farm sets yet? (Besides the horse trailer thing) Nobody knows. At least I don't. I've seen it at TRU here in the US, and of course on S@H, but that's about it. I'd grab it off of S@H because it's five bucks more at TRU.

Wow, that set is ugly :sick: . I logged on and saw it and I thought, 'I hope that's an MOC or something.' The blue/orange color scheme is absolutely hideous, and it simply feels that it's lacking something, but what, I don't know..... Maybe it's some kind of weird coast guard set?...

I don't think either of this year's BPs are great at all, except for the figs in the Clone one. I liked the original two because they had one large main ship and something smaller (turret for clones, STAP for droids). The assassin droid's speeder is much better than the clone walker , but I dislike the yellow colors in the seats . I personally like the preliminary assassin droid's battle pack slightly better. Great Review! Would someone PLEASE review the AAT!?!?!?!?

It's a Target exclusive. I've been looking for it everywhere, and it's no longer available at LegoShop.com, so you'd be lucky to find it at list price.

If we get a CW Fisto minifig (like in the first video game) I'M GOING TO KILL MYSELF!!!! :thumbdown: :thumbdown: :thumbdown: !!!!!!!! Well, not really, that would be suicidal, and that's bad. Anyway, I wish they would put a Saesee Tiin or an Agen Kolar in with the Palpatine's Arrest (rumored, of course). The Solar Sailor looks pretty thrown-together from the outside, but if it has a decent Dooku, two Magnas and is able to house a speeder and a few accessories, I'm a happy man!

I'm personally kind of disappointed with the Republic Attack Shuttle. It's too colorful, and there is almost no interior . I love the cockpit, though . Mace Windu is great could he have a cape) and one or two more clones or droids would have been nice. It should have been a little cheaper as well. I own the AAT and it's fantastic! Seven figs is awesome. It's my favorite 2009 set so far. Does anyone know much about the Hyena bomber? I haven't seen it at any stores.

I already have some of the 2009 SW sets, and let me tell you, the cloone battle pack is a piece o' crap... Only get it for the figs. I would reccomend the AAT; best quality, all-around set from the new line. I'm also wondering- what figs will come in the future Venator? Probably Anakin and Ahsoka, but I'd like maybe a clone-wars Luminara and a Republic officer or two. If it comes with only FIVE minifigs like the gunship I'm going to scream!!!!

I agree, the set is great, but finding it at the right price is tricky. $70 is far too much , so I would recommend buying the speeder, figs and accessories somewhere else, like on Ebay or Bricklink. Go with the Indy set! I have both- Indy has more functions and accessories, just all-around great quality (the pontoon car is a great build).

CP5670- The shipping will usually cost more than the tax! The nice thing about Legoshop.com is that there is no tax and shipping is low (I only paid $20 to ship 10188 and six other sets to me). And if you're in stores, you have to know when to buy and where to look. ToysRus has better selection but far more expensive (but more frequent sales ). Target has more regular prices, but less selection. Is this the same in Princeton? I used to live down south, and it was the same there. Oregon has no sales tax? I might have to move out there... And, in response to your picture message, there is new Space coming summer 2009 (and not Mars Mission) .
