Nice MOC! I like all the details, there's just no empty space on this MOC I also like all the snake and spider stuff Good job!

Getting rid of "unnecesary" items.
Admiral Croissant replied to General Redwater's topic in Pirate MOCs
Oow I can't wait for the next ToR to take revenge :pir-skull: Except for taking the wrong victims, this is a nice MOC. I believe I've never seen a dragon placed on a tricorne before, that doesn't look so bad Anyway, nice job, it's good to 'raise the tension'(?) a little bit -
Welcome to Muppet Labs!
Admiral Croissant replied to Hound Knight's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Great job! I don't think this can be done any better with normal lego bricks. It's a pity that beaker can't 'pull his head back in his suit' though There are a lot more muppets to make, so keep it up! -
The rescue workers are good. The decal on the brown-haired girl has a white line at the top, that could have been cut a little bit better. For the rest; good job!

WIP Teaser of an American Frigate
Admiral Croissant replied to Admiral Bejaune's topic in Pirate MOCs
It has also been on the frontpage for the last 2-3 days. Unless if you didn't read that.. So is she going to have 50 or 54 guns? (and also carronades?) -
WIP: Achille and Guerrière, French Frigates of 28 guns
Admiral Croissant replied to BrickPerfection's topic in Pirate MOCs
Well, it's very time-consuming. I've already made about 300 knots for just one mast, so good luck But it's looking good so far, keep it up! -
Haha! I won't tell anyone And it's still a nice army. Bigger than mine I believe
-
That's great! Really good idea. Agreed. But these strange combo's are more fun!
-
They look good, but on the second picture I would have made a decal that covered the entire front (so not just the top of it) because now there's an ugly line in the middle of the body between a yellow and a somewhat lighter yellow (at least, that's how it looks). But for the rest they are good, keep it up!

Nice to see a rather good Lego WW1 film finally You've done a good job. There were a lot of great things in it, like the minfigs, the trenches, the view through the gunsight and the closing eye. The animation itself could have been a little bit smoother and better and some explosion sounds would also be nice (though the brick-explosion is very cool). Anyway, good job, one of the best Lego WWI films I've seen so far

Do you really have an infantry AND an artillery and navy, or are they all the same minifigs? (because I see the same heads everywhere) Forgive me if I'm wrong
-
That's a funny guy to make a drawing of Great job, as usual How much of this did you make on your computer?
-
Good idea Ratshot My (small) army is just finished. Just some bluecoats but with different hats & heads, and with 'pouchs'. Some nice sharpshooters for the Vesta

Harry Potter and the deathly hallows
Admiral Croissant replied to mario72's topic in Brick Flicks & Comics
Very good A lot of great effects, especially in the end. -
Things I have collected through the years: -Pokémon cards -Magic -Postmarks -Warhammer -Fossils -WW1 stuff -Books about the age of sail Well, that's about it And some other stuff like a few old coins, a necklace (out of a shipwreck) and some computer games, etc. And of course I'm collecting 'posts' too, and this is my 800th! yeey

I agree with Blackmoor that the crusader is a bit basic. But the other ones are really nice. I like the use of the new parts and the Saracen helmet is very inventive (like many have said before ) Good job!

I just had a test at school with a few questions about Frank Lloyd Wright's work, so it's funny to see this MOC now You did a very good job on this. I really like the colourscheme and how you made the stone walls. The waterfall is also nice. Stunning!
-
The front is a little bit bumpy but it still looks very fast, that's quite brilliant. For the rest it's just a nice creation with a lot of futuristic elements and the snake is also cool. Good job

Forgotten Part I [Comic Series]
Admiral Croissant replied to Daniel Williams's topic in Brick Flicks & Comics
Simple. But thrilling.. Continue please! -
Good job! Nice work on the guillotine. I believe most soldiers were 'bluecoats' there but that's just a small detail. For the rest it's a good MOC. Now I finally understand why Blackmoor changed his head, his previous one was cut off

WIP: Achille and Guerrière, French Frigates of 28 guns
Admiral Croissant replied to BrickPerfection's topic in Pirate MOCs
They look great I really like your headrails and figureheads. The tiled decks are also awesome. One thing is that I would make the front of the lowest crow's nests round on the front. For the rigging you could take a look at my Vesta, which is quite different from most riggings. Good luck with it, you're doing great so far! -
It depends a bit on the age you want your ship to be made in. A ship of around 1760 could have had 12 but later on that was a bit old fashioned. My favourites are 1, 8 and 10. But maybe something with a thin white or yellow line would also be nice (like here) Or maybe 9 but with the connection of the 2 thin lines like in 8. Anyway, I would like a ship with 3 (slightly) different colours more that with only 2. And on many ships the black gunports were connected to the black line above it, so not with red all around it. Hope that helps

WIP Teaser of an American Frigate
Admiral Croissant replied to Admiral Bejaune's topic in Pirate MOCs
That's a very good idea captain! Unfortunately you didn't want to take high-quality pic's, so I can't give a lot of comments. But it's looking very good so far. The bowsprit seems a bit short but that can be because of the camera angle. For the rest I think you keep it very close to real ships so there's nothing wrong with it. Can't wait to see the finished product, keep it up! -
Dutch VOC ship the Prins Willim, minifig scale!
Admiral Croissant replied to Captain Green Hair's topic in Pirate MOCs
Almost everything about this ship is just absolutely brilliant! The only thing that 'bothers' me (well, I'm just not sure about it) is, shouldn't the 'boegscheg' be a little bit more curved? Maybe it's not at his full length yet, in that case ignore my critic For the rest it's amazing and perfect, can't whait to see those LED's in it. I think that will make some very nice pictures
