Unless things have changed since I last used this, you have to do it manually! There is no "delete everything I just ordered from wanted list" button. The Force doesn't work either, I tried that too?! I am really lking all these thread abosut Bricklinking big expensive sets. I just didn't for Cafe Corner and Market Street! Had a blast doing it and spend alittle over $400 US, doing so! I was happy to complete my Lego street. Thanks for sharing!! Jamie

Personally, I don't think Lego cares about secondary market prices. Their decisions will not have anything to do with older sets being worth less if they release a new set! Their decisions will have everything to do with "do they think it will sell now"! With that said, I would love to have a new X-Wing, but, before we get into releasing older UCS sets, I would like them to finish with they started. They have already made an X-Wing, Y-Wing, and rumors are we are getting a UCS B-Wing soon. Which leaves the A-Wing. So, say in a year or 2 they release an A-Wing. Then, 3 to 4 years release a new X-Wing. I would at least like them to finish the main Rebel Fighters from the OT first! Same for the Imperial ships. We have a TIE Interceptor and Vader's TIE Advanced. We still need a TIE Bomber and standard TIE Fighter. Then, I wouldn't mind if they released a new TIE Interceptor. Again, in a year or 2 release a TIE Bomber, then maybe with the new X-Wing release the TIE Fighter. We would then have all the main Imperial ships from the OT covered as well. These are my opinions, but, I at least hope you understand my logic. Will Lego use the same logic, maybe, maybe not?! Do they care about finishing the line before starting anew! Only time will tell!! Am I for them re-releaseing it the same as before. NO! But, I wouldn't have an issue with them releasing it with a new roof (color and/ or pieces) and without the Dark Blue Arch. Maybe even swap out some of the other colors and/ pieces in it. So the old one still keeps some of it's charm and market value. But, the new has place too. I was in your shoes sometime ago. I even PMed copmike about it, aswell as Lego. Eventully, I bit the bullet and Bricklinked it, cheaper then buying it, but a pain in it's own right. Jamie

This just doesn't do anything for me! I'm not trying to be harsh. I like the idea, but, I alway associate Cloud City with being disk shaped. Maybe it is just the shape that is throwing things off for me. I know you touched on it in your first post. Personally, I think I would take the 2nd story out and make it 2 floors and more oblonged(is this a word?). The Torture Chamber and prison can still go in the bottom. Use tiles on the top of the first floor, modular building style. Then on the second floor put all other rooms. Also, some type of landing platform is a must, for the/ a MINI Falcon. MIDI would be too big! Maybe on one side you put a small landing platform sticking out of the side of Cloud City, then, on the otherside. To balance it out, `make the Gantry stick out, so Luke can hang from the antenna. Sorry, Jamie

Models only needed 1000 when it was only in Japan. Now that CUUSOO is worldwide, it is 10,000. We are actully lucky they didn't make it 25,000 or more, since it is worldwide. As for the Modular Western Town, it is really sad, IMO, that Minecraft made it in less then a day. And this couldn't make it in a month. How many Minecraft users voted for it and will never buy it, or a Lego set for that matter. Jamie

Now that I have had a chance to "flip" through the instructions, all I can say is WOW! The engines, the mechanics for the wings opening and closing, and nose are, IMO, awesome. Lots of pieces to achieve those shapes! Lots of trial and error, too, I assume?! Thanks for the instructions. I for one, will be adding this to my collection soon. Thanks again, Jamie

First, I voted for the Saloon. If I were living in an old west town in the 1800's, I would want a bar more than a sherrifs office. Second, alittle over 3,000 votes! We're almost a third of the way there. Jamie

WOW!! I check this when I see it yesterday and there were about 1600 votes! Now there are 2200+. Way to go!! At this rate we should be at 10,000 by the end of the week? Anyways, aside from the Bank, Sheriffs Office, Saloon, and Gunsmith. A Train Station should be added to the theme, in time. As well as a ranch of sorts, with animals, other then horses. A Post Office and a old west church. Can't wait for this theme to be added!! Jamie

The prices, IMO, have more to do with oil prices than anything else! Production of 1 kg of ABS requires the equivalent of about 2 kg of petroleum for raw materials and energy. So, if you take 10179. Which weights a little more then 10kg, you just bought 20kg worth of oil, basically. Now, when you include: Global economic uncertainty Global Inflation Lucas tax increase, Star Wars Premiums, lisencing fees........ Better set quality New molds in almost every set and more coming every year, it seems Could the prices come down, yes! But, only if the oil prices come down and I don't see that happening any time soon, if at all. Or Lego switches to a non-petroleum plastic. Which I think is more likely. But, if that happens, will prices come down? I don't think so. A lot of plastic is made from natural gas. PVC pipes for example. Have you used those plastic cups at fast food places that are made from corn? Plastics can be made from plants and such, it is just, so far it has been cheapest to make plastic from petroleum. Jamie

Darn it!! You beat me to it. I just ordered all the pieces for this on Bricklink!! It is cool to see, thou!! I really do love the base you made!! Great use of sticker!! I think I am going to have to "part hunt" from Bricklink for my CC and MS in a week or 2. I already planned on using tan arches for the MS and Blue one for CC. Plus, I think I will have to use 2x2x3 Dark Red Slopes for the roof of CC. I hadn't realized the panels were so expensive, I will probably have to replace those with the new style, as well. Glad I saw this thread!! The other pieces, that I will have to do something about is the railings on MS. I was thinking of using, part # 30056, 4 of those in Medium Blue to match the second and third floors of MS. The other colors this piece comes in, that I think would like good on MS are Black and Blue. But, there is White avalible too, but, those pieces, can get a little pricey also. Still not sure what color I will with here. Medium Blue to match the floors, or White to match the railings on the original?! If I think about it, I will post something here when I get them finished.
