For those of you Town and City fans, are you a collector of the Creator Homes? Yes, I've bought all of them :) If so, is it merely for the pieces, or do you find yourself adding these structures to your Tabletowns? They started to be included in my town, but after some time I've recycled the pieces to build other structures. Currently I have the latest three saved because my layout has been dismantled (I had to move suddenly, so almost all my bricks are in my parent's apartment). I did some modifications for possiblme future integration in my layout Are Creator Homes too different than Exclusive Modular sets or 'open-back structures' to tie in nicely? I think that Creator buildings fit almost perfectly (with some modifications) with the Modular buildings, but I don't think they fit with city-style open back ones. That's the reason because I dont' buy anymore city buildings, or I modify them to fit in a "closed back" town :) Is the scale of the Creator Homes made more for Pirate 4+ or Jack Stone minifigs? No, because it's the same of the modular buildings, and those have regular minifigs :)

I really like your town! Everything is in the right style, there is no mix between "classic" style and "modular building" style. And the grey roadplates are perfect!

Layout Hello! Some time ago I showed you the new buildings of my new town, made following the "modular building" system (16 x 16 or 16 x 32 studs size). Now I've finished this year's layout; since in my house there isn't enough space, I've left it at my parent's house. Since I currently haven't always access to my bricks, I did this alternative version of set 4956 with LDD, using only the bricks present in that set: The model done in real bricks will be ready soon and put in my city :)

Exactly. Some of the buildings you can find in my Factory gallery are earlier versions, so there could be some different details.

British pub B-OM-4C to B-OM-4E, apartments building B-RM-2D Currently I have no time to build with "real" bricks, so I did something with the latest palette of Factory bricks. After some cheap buildings, now there are some that are more detailed: A typical british pub A small supermarket An apartments building, with two shops and a garage A movie theatre, inspired by set 10184 (the Town Plan)

More cheap CC compatible buildings: Alternate version of the shop: only 50 € Simple but effective office building: for less than 60 €! Obviously you can customize the models to your needs: those are only the "basic" versions.

Exactly! I wanted to show some of the cheapest builings possible, so you can expand your town even with a smaller budget. Those are a bit more expensive, they are like a "luxury" version of the 1st one. Prices goes from € 51 of the tan building to € 61 for the corner one. More to come! :-)

B-RM-2C After the very cheap car by PaulC, i've played with the new LDD palette, and I've created some cheap buildings, all CC compatible. First of all, a popular apartments building, made mainly using the new 6x5 panels. This version is only € 42: More to come!

More updates: vehicles and scenes: a forklift. I didn't used the ready-made forklift piece, but a personal solution Today the bank receives a lot of money... updated construction site.

If I'm satisfied with the design, it can last even years (with some modifications during the time) If not, even a few hours. I have some that are 2-3 years old.
