    Yeah after looking at brickset that is where they got there info so it does not mean it is hobbit but just cos we all want more LOTR does not mean it is but news of the summer sets starting so we should find out soon I guess it all comes down to what these sets are.

    The wait to find out if its a 3rd lotr wave which would be great or a very small hobbit wave and no lotr.

    although it seems too soon for more hobbit sets but maybe not, 3 LOTR sets at the moment would be a good thing as we could be looking at none one has a high price too it would be very odd to only get 3 hobbit sets less odd if its LOTR but the date is not summer or winter?

    Thats a good point and although I like the set I wont get it as I cant buy one of these crazy big sets every year and I am sure there will be something I want more. I want the space set more anyway and it will cost less and be much easier to get on sale if it is sold every where so that is the one I will get.

    so it looks like all of the 4 sets we are still waiting for are of a good size, really want to space ship and might have to get all the robot police sets to build an army

    I am loving the lego movie would hate to think that it killed off LOTR, there is a lot of sets for the movie but no crossover as you say, more so with space, castle and western which seem to have ended galaxy squad, castle and lone ranger. There must be room for LOTR as the Lego movie might be a bit young for some older kids and LOTR seems like it would still have a place and this is the best time as there are still the hobbit films out to help sell the sets, if we don't see any summer sets that could be it. Maybe the sales were bad but that would be Lego fault with the choice of the second wave sets. Anyway if LOTR Lego is done I wont be happy. Edit: Come to think of it all we know is that TMNT and Super Heroes are continuing but no sign of space or castle another history line like pirates or western except the ones from the movie line, there must be room for a summer LOTR wave?

    That fact that they are £2.50 in the UK will change my plan, I can understand the Simpsons being more but not these, dont think the price will go back now even fir the normal series. I saw them in the MK Lego shop and would have got some but for the price, will have to wait for an offer now.

    ^ me too nothing in Lego is the right size after all try sitting all the hobbits around the table in the house or getting them all in the lake town boat and these are small things that you could make the right size, minas tirith can not be made the right size but I would still love one even if its just a good start for us to all moc like with helms deep

    ^ that is a very good point and brings the question of which line is LOTR competing with. If there was no more LOTR I would spend this money on............ The other line I like is super heroes but as the builds in the sets are not great I only buy the smaller sets for the figs and I dont see this changing so I would just spend a lot less on Lego I would make a poll but I can, How much of your lego budget do you spend on LOTR? How would you use this money if the line was to end?

    I 100% argee, I really dont understand the problem. It was one of the first sets I thought they would make as it is so iconic and kids and afol would love it. If Lego have a problem with it then they should with HP.

    I got one numbered out of 3000 Sadly it got a bit bashed before I got it but im not really a poster fan and not sure what to do with it.

    Got barrel escape today from Lego store as part of there vip thing, it was the last set I needed so until the 1st Dec I have every set although I think Argos have the set already. Oh well 4 more sets to go. I think the figs are much better then the sets in this wave, lake town looks the best but still a little small for £50

    And how many people buy more than 1 £169.99 sets? not the best ent army builder me thinks. I agree that wave 2 would have looked very different if it was the planed end but what if it sales have been bad so they are ending sooner, not saying this is what happened. It would be nice to know the plan for this line.

    I got the wii one just the other day for £12.99 with fig from game.co.uk But it has lines/cracks on both sides of the torso coming down from each arm, is this just becuase of where it was made and its not as good as a normal fig or did I get a bad one. Any know anything about the free hobbit fig when you book to see the movie at vue, UK again.

    Amazon lego city 7938: passenger train £53.31 all but half price (I got two and dont even buy city or trains) track half price for £8 too
