  1. So, where do you fellows want to go first? Perhaps we should just start moving through the town, and we can stop and examine anything that catches your interests.
  2. Well, I'm not really sure what to say here. Howard has a history of mental illness and delusions, but I've never seen him so hostile towards anyone before now. We've always been on friendly terms, and it's concerning to see him hurling accusations like this. I assure you all that I have never killed anyone in my life.
  3. What? Where are all these accusations coming from? We just met and I'm already being called nasty names. I'm sorry if we're scaring you all with our enthusiasm, but we don't mean any harm. Just because I'm the mayor of a small town in the middle of nowhere doesn't mean I'm a murderer.
  4. I'll join group number 2 and explore Main Street. I'm sure my extensive knowledge of the town will come in handy in helping you all find what you need.
  5. Well isn't since a sight for sore eyes! The train hasn't stopped in Willoughby for a long time, let alone carrying visitors, so please understand our enthusiasm. My name is William Brown, and I'm the mayor of this quaint little town. Please feel free to call me Willy. Please don't hesitate to hop out for a bit and stretch your legs. Willoughby may be small, but I'm sure you'll find her a peaceful place to relax and get a drink.
  6. I'll vote for Hinckalina as well.
  7. Someone tried to kill me last night! I'm not entirely sure why I didn't die, but someone was trying to smother me and I was able to successfully fight them off. I couldn't recognize the person in the dark, but I could tell he was wearing a pilot's helmet. During the struggle I twisted my ankle, which is why I'm late. Luke, thanks for this opportunity. Why is the operation considered risky? Does something happen to those participants who aren't voted for?
  8. Nope. Here's a comparison of Connery's head (on the left) and the one used:
  9. I wish it didn't look quite so mechanical, but I suppose that's about as good as it can get without loosing its movement abilities. have you tried replacing the halfpins with these? [link] I like that you kept it about the same size as the official horse. Nice work.
  10. It feels like it could use more figures or something to give it some livelihood, but it is some very nice architectural work nonetheless. I too like the floor pattern, and the roofs have a cool ornamental look. Why are parts of the second picture purple?
  11. Great landscaping and building, and I like the extravagant stairway and angled house. The area at the bottom of the stairs seems a little barren, but overall this is a very cool creation.
  12. Fun little creation. I enjoyed your uncommon view on orcs.
  13. While I suppose it "ruins the classic in them" if you're trying to build a classic army, I like the mixture of new and old parts, particularly on the Black Falcon and Crusader.
  14. Nice work, especially using what looks to be a very limited piece selection. I think the tall windows look good, and the solution for the swinging doors is simple but works well. Your horse looks too much like a polar bear to me. I'm assuming you don't have the official horses in LDD, but it would look better if you used something similar to TLC's early horses [link] I also think the base should be tan, especially considering there is a cactus growing on the premises.
  15. It's nice to see a creation from you that was built recently. This is a nice, clean house, with a detailed interior. I like that you've included stairs and a ladder to access the different floors. It seems many people don't bother to include them. Well done.
  16. For such a simple game, it seems oddly addicting. I created a character, but was easily beaten by yours. http://artos-the-bear.mybrute.com
  17. Thanks for letting us know UsernameMDM. I've merged your topic into the Castle sets 08/09 topic.
  18. Looks exciting so far. Good job with the photo editing, I didn't realize the first picture was LEGO at first.
  19. I like this a lot. The scenes are simple but cool, and a nice story to tie them all together. My favourite would be the third part, where they rescue the priestess from the lizards.
  20. Lots of neat details and a great, gritty atmosphere.
  21. Thanks for letting us know. I'm glad to see the sets' availability is spreading.
  22. This is a neat creation. As a battle scene I don't find it overly impressive, but the structure and the surrounding landscape are both very well built. Your crusaders look to be in very good condition... almost all of mine have lost their gold shine. I like the mix of new and classic elements on the figures. Personally I'm hoping the forestmen can rescue their friend, but it looks like the defenders are winning this one. Thanks for sharing!
  23. Very very nice! I am continually impressed by this project. I particularly like the various designs and decorations integrated into the walls. I noticed you used a very similar name for your fortification entry in the 07 CCC. Is it supposed to be in the same area as this creation?
  24. Member DNL brings us the fourth stage in his Castle Evolution series: Click the image to see more. Be sure to check out the first three stages if you haven't seen them before: [stage 1] [stage 2] [stage 3]
  25. So, who has a birthday coming up next?
