They're probably either Limited Editions, Exclusives, or way off target wild Rumors. Any of those 3 could result in those sets not being in the Catalogue. UCS sets vary a lot. All I'm hopin for is that they're amazing as this years 2 UCS (Still Dying for a Standard Tie UCS )

Same here. I very rarely get lego for Christmas. My parents don't like spending much on Presents and wouldn't want to spend enough to get me anything decent - if they even knew what to get. It's alright though, I did get some good scores today (boxing day) Instead, For Christmas, I simply got some Snorkling gear - Which I'm stoked about

The Battle of Naboo Set is only $50! That's brilliant! Definately will be buying up plenty of those! V-wing is also $50, which seems a joke compared to the Naboo set. I'll pick one up when it gets to 30% off. And I couldn't care less about the rest... Except the Geonosis set... Mabye

Boxing day sales Picked up A total of $1235 of lego for $560ish Before being evacuated due to another big aftershock

Got evacuated out of the mall after another, quite decent, After shock. Couldn't help but feel that it was a 'higher power,' So to Speak, Causing it. I mean - Boxing day (The hight of consumerism) A Sunday (Day of 'Rest' depending on what you Beleive), And the Epi-Centre was right in the Center-City But anyway... I still picked up a few bargians. 2x POP BOA Sets, $75 Down from $180 1x SW Titantive, $140 Down from $350 3x Wampa 3 in 1 Set, $91 Down from $140 (But $175 worth of sets) Altogether I spent $562, For $1235 Of Lego May sell some stuff On though

These pics are a nice Christmas present The Frigate I'll probably Pass. Nice but simply un-necessary to my collection Falcon Is a bit dissapointing In my opinion. Nothing new as such, and a lack of inspiration for new ideas. Will Probably Pass. Ewok attack is And thats it. Two new Ewoks - I love it! Must buy a few of that Beauty for my Endor setup!! D_______ Speeder - Well... Meh. I Couldn't care less Geonosian Fighter - Intresting. Undesided on this one. I may get one, and If I like it then mabye a couple more, But I have 2 of the original and really don't feel it needs much of an improvement. I'll deside in due corse with better pictures Podracers I'm very happy with these! Lots of new figs and lovely Pods. Must buy (only one though ) And lastly, the Infiltrator. It seems quite nice, Far batter than both the last two. And stunning figs. Finally a New Padme! And a Capt. Panaka! I may end up getting this after all Thanks heapps for the Pics!

I jut saw that Farmers has 30% off toys on boxing day. That's pritty good - I think I may have to pick up a couple of those Hoth Super packs. Thats a Wampa Cave, A Echo Base (Tauntaun set), and a Rebel BP for $92! Thats a real steal - RRP for those 3 would be $175 The Warehouse's sale will become apparent soon. Merry Christmas Everyone!

Well There's two K-marts in CHCH. One was sold out when I went this morning (Palms), the other (Riccarton) had one left yesterday afternoon when I was there, But it was pritty munted, and May be sold by now. I think you'd be better off in the North Island where there are plenty of k-marts everywhere. The Warehouse is the Dominant Department store in the South Island, unlike up North where K-mart is actully attempting to be compeditive

Definately worth $180 It's a great set. Should have retailed at $250 rather than $350, but at $180 it's a must-buy (if you can afford that)

I didn't get one, since I've already got it. If they go below $150 I might pick up a couple to hold on to/resell later though

I don't know why it's such a big deal that the catalogue is 'out' - It's been out for quite a while now, It's jut that most people respect the law enough to abide by it, and not share pictures... But that said, leaked pictures are a inevidability when you think about it, so I won't conplain The frigate looks intresting. It'll be CW though, and like Brickdoctor said, it will have some stupid CW figure that will turn me of the set. I'm looking forward to the rest of the pics now though... Just keep in mind everybody, when pics are eventually released, it won't be all of them. Retailers catalogues only contain the sets that will be openly availible, so it may be missing some sets that we are 'expecting'

That's unexpected. Isn't that thing like 3 years old? I never even knew they were coming to NZ. Very odd. Did it include the green clone? If you don't want it, I'm keen (that goes for anyone who buys one haha) I went to the Warehouse in Riccarton today, and picked up 3 Zurg sets at $20ea. An absolutely pathetic set. Even at $20 it's edgy. Considering the rarity of purple parts and the Printed parts, it does help the case, but still. I would like a couple of Buzz's but they had none. Also, was at K-mart in Riccarton today. Seems they're trying to clear some stock. Toy story and POP were marked down, along with the Titantive IV (finally!) Titantive was $180 Battle of Alamut was $100 Western Train was $130 And thats about everything I can remember. Any other Clearances?

Depends what you're thinking. If you want the Fig and it's as simple as that, then get it - it's a good deal. But there's a very strong chance he's going to be realeased in a new set some time in the next year or two, and the value will then drop. So it's up to you. On aother note, lego S@H Has put the UCS JSF 30% off down to $140. When the new sets are released, and they put more stuff on sale, would anyone be keen to place an oreder? If people are keen, please let me know, and start thinking about what you would want. The best deals usually sell out quite fast, and I be waitng for you all this year Once the deals go up I'll probably be placing my order within 3 days, so be ready

Thats exactly what I wanted clarification on It is a photography contest, So I thought it could be good to make it crystal clear what is 'overdoing photoshop' Or some may feel unjustly disqualified for an incredible picture. Your the boss, It's up to you, Just sayin'
