You have no idea what I will call crazy. Just because you wrote some crazy nonsense, that doesn't make everyone crazy. That was all for you! Yeah, I think you were out of hand posting that. The utter lack of discretion by people is baffling. No need to blab everything all the time. I still think we should give Michael the benefit of the doubt. I think the claim is ridiculous, and highly likely. My role is ridiculous too. Actually, the scum could make up incredibly implausible roles at this point, and it would be believable. I can target Holly tonight (hopefully winning my own game), confirm her story, and the lynch on Bristol will also confirm it. If Bristol turns up town, you have the next two lynches in clear sight. Vote: Bristol (Peanuts)
-
Hey Bristol, better to test the claim of someone putting their neck on the line, than to trust the accused, right? Can you think of a single reason not to lynch you today, and lynch Michael tomorrow if you turn up town, as opposed to lynching someone else we have no results on? Just one. One is enough. Can you think of one? Just one?

You're a Sherlock, and the facepalming here will go on many games from now. I let you know publicly, so that there is no surprise or confusion when it happens in the future. Town, feel free to lynch me. I will rest satisfied that I can taunt Jack from here to eternity with his inability to listen to reason in any way whatsoever. If he were remotely polite, I would be more so, but he chooses to be as he is, ignoring the lone PM I have passed along. As such, I am removed from all responsibility, save that of my over-active conscience. Is my conscience stronger than my desire for just deserts? Hard to say, but whether I am lynched or not (and I'd kind of like to see myself lynched), I see a lot of taunting in Pirates's Jack's future. At the very least, Jack, you can't say I didn't try to reason with you. The rest is on your shoulders And keep sucking Jonathan's knee-caps! It's a winning strategy to practice necrophilia...
-
Nice deduction! We'll see when it's over, who was logical, and who was sucking on Jonathan's knee-caps. To answer the single legitimate point you asked, which I may have covered.... If I am not helping town, I will be lynched. I haven't satisfied my slight win condition. That is fine enough motives for me. After I satisfy my paltry win-condition, I would likely continue as is, since I like being bullet-proof, and quitting is the action of a poor sport. But you'll need to lynch me to test that out. Go for it!
-
Learn the difference between an action and a role name Nope, go for it. I am 100% sure eight other people here won't lynch me since I'm not lying. Ten is needed for lynch. Lead a lynch on me. Go for it. Honestly, they know what they know, and I only don't know the identity of the day investigator. So push it. Try it. Set me up for a lynch. Jonathan is rooting you on from beyond the grave, and when things are over, we'll learn who knew what they were talking about. Jonathan will appreciate your support though! Go for it. It's a logical fallacy though. And this is why: scum know that I can't help their ability to win (unless they decide to confess their scumminess to me in order to get me off their back). They need to out number town, not town + neutrals. So, if I organize for town, I am frustrating scum. They want to kill me, but they know it will be a short-term solution, as the other people in my group can talk to each other. But, killing a neutral makes the game longer for them, and they want to kill town every night. Killing a neutral is a waste of a night kill for them. Rather, if a neutral's to be killed, they'd much rather it be a lynch, since it's definitely not a scum being lynched. And Michael's claim means I have no useful night action to harm them. I'm symbolically a threat to scum, but killing me would make no real difference. They need to kill the tracker and the day investigator. Go for it. Start a lynch on me. It's one of those cases where in the end, everyone will know that I knew what I was talking about, and that the person who went against my perfectly logical reasoning will be shown to not know what they were talking about. I will lost this game, but in the culture of EB games, my reputation will grow all the more, and the one who pushed for my lynch will seem all the more myopic. Go for it! Seriously, go for it! Go against logic, in all its myriad and beautiful forms, and start a lynch on me! I want you to! Please! Um, no. Players have different roles?! No way! Oh my god! An EB host made an over-complicated game! No way! No worries Dave, no hard feelings when this is done I personally think this claim shows my claim was more honest. What are the chances that I predicted there were a pile of third party thieves here? About the same as Dave has of being right in his accusations...
-
I think those are fair choices. They are all not on my list of town...
-
Oh, that's exactly the fact. Please refer to the case of the Creeper vs. Gotham City, where a neutral chose to use their neutral position to do whatever they felt like, and it was a lesson on the danger of throwing neutrals in a game. I'm mainly helping town as I am since I'll get lynched when I stop, but I was meant to be a fly in the ointment, not an orchestrator. And really, I'd rather not take charge, but I have no problem being the voice of the tracker and the neutrals for now.

They targeted Dianne and were unsuccessful. So, it looks like Dianne, Lauren, Mary, and Alice are not scum. They could be the SK, but they are probably not scum. Plus the tracker, and the claimed day investigator and their day two target, and my MC, and me... Looks like half the group is clear. This is about the point the the scum start pooping their pants. If you're not part of those nine above, you need to get active, and make yourself part of the town... But really, what do I care, I'm neutral ☆*:.。. o(≧▽≦)o .。.:*☆

Oh, I know what Jonathan wrote, and it's all part of his bad playing. He was so over-confident, narcissistic, and still paranoid, that he hurts town as much as he helps. Why was I suspicious? Because I thought he was suspicious. Ironic that he accused me of thinking I was above suspicion. It's good that I claimed my role publicly rather than let him control my personal information. If I'd placed trust in his plays yesterday, all town would know was that he thought I could be lying and actually the SK, and his dying message that I killed him... When actually, I helped lynch Pierre and have helped clear a few townies today. Why, one might think Jonathan was a bull-headed cock! Let this be a lesson to you all in the future: when you put your life in his hands, you may be a casualty of him crazy whims... so people, don't go confess your biznez to him on day one! ☆〜(ゝ。∂) Anyway, the other master criminal cleared Lauren last night. We will have to start being more cautious of these MC clears until we know that there are no more MC, but, statistically, Lauren should be town. Again, if there are any other Master Criminals out there, get in touch with me! We can get the diamond sooner, share it, and we all can win! Ask the host! You only need it one night! Work with us!

Better scum will just stick with their vote, for better or worse, since it's harder to analyze. Less skilled scum will join the bandwagon to appear town. And, some sheepish town will join the bandwagon after the vote is locked just because they like being part of a group. ~~~~~~ I can just picture Jonathan now, up in heaven, screaming at you through his computer to lynch me *\(^o^)/* (can't do proper emoticons on the phone)(≧∇≦)

Scum need to outnumber town. Neutrals have zero connection to that.
-
Kills get passed along with scum. Other roles shouldn't, but they sometimes do. That should only be in the case that town roles are passed along too. But really, only the scum kill should be passed along.
-
I'm not Town NO NO NO! If you lynch me, you will get no info... Neutrals do not help scum, they help neutrals... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I gotta get outta here. Too much faulty logic. I can't swell the tide of n00bishness My brain is breaking.
-
I don't reveal people's info. I don't even write shitty plays (and if I did have a kill action, I would consider killing Jonathan just to stop the goddamn plays). The other Master Criminal contacted me, and understood the role well enough that I'm sure they were being honest. It's not my place to out them when they've put faith in me. Mary was tracked yesterday, she did nothing. If you think I'm lying, consider I helped shift her lynch onto the scummy Pierre yesterday.
-
That thing I told you about thinking before opening your mouth? That goes for listening and reading too. Will there be any confusion as to why you won't be invited to a town PM circle?
-
Looking at the number of people thinking I have anything to do with your win condition/that I'm scum/that I'm a second scum group.... Seriously, think about it. -I talked about my role day one, for no reason other than for fun. Nobody asked me to share it. That is not what a SK or scum would do. It is too dangerous for them, and for no reason. Pierre lied because he was afraid. -My third-party role is called Master Criminal. Does the town win condition state anything about that? Anything? No? Then you can ignore them. -If my winning affected the town, would I have blabbed it at all? No. The joke of it all is that I told that first person I told that, Here on EB it's dangerous to try to reason with people, or something like that. And sure enough, here we are. Generally, if all things point to someone not being a danger, and in fact they are helping the town, then generally, you should move on to something else From here on in, I'm not going to defend myself from paranoid, poorly thought-out accusations. If you want to lynch me, go ahead. Find out for yourself, and also piss off the town tracker by taking away the only person they're confiding in (we're not inviting Mary to the circle, since she's not even here in thread, so neither of us can see the advantage of it). And you won't get any other info from me, or the other Master Criminal. Totally your choice.

He's dumb and making stuff up, like he did all yesterday. I didn't claim to be a Jewel Thief, I claimed to be a jewel thief. The role name has little meaning, I explained the action. My tracker should be clear as the town tracker, unless you think I am scum who sacrificed Pierre to build up an unsafe town block. My tracker information helped convict Pierre. Which means you can trust I'm not scum. Unless you are way over paranoid and want to throw way too much value in Jonathan's fantasies. Just because he was the loudest, and the biggest bully here, doesn't mean we need to kowtow to his dying rant. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Now, I don't know if some other Master Criminal already has the diamond. I know one other didn't have it yesterday, and if there is a third, they are not playing smart, since they haven't contacted me. As it is, I looked for it on Alice, she didn't have it, which somewhat clears her (remember, I'm not an investigator). The tracker looked in on Mary, and she didn't target anyone, which mostly clears her. There you go town, two suspects (one of Jonathan's, I might add), have been shown to be merely lazy, and not scummy. I may have more info if/when the other Master Criminal shares their results with me. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Day investigator, if you want in touch with the tracker, contact me, and I'll pass it along to them. If you think this is a trap, investigate either of those previously suspected people above, get the "not scum" result, then realise I'm being truthful, and I'll try to help you set up a town block. Up to you! You have no idea at all, really. Do you think any scum member has revealed anything about their role whatsoever? Not a chance. Seriously, think about it. Think. Think harder. Now, Mary, now that you're thinking more than you've ever thought before... You gotta think a lot harder, because you're still not even close to figuring things out. You hit the 20% point. You should at least get up to 50% before you voice your suspicions. And I hope you notice that I just cleared you. You're welcome

It embraced: -the costumes, rather than make a winking joke about them like in X-Men -the powers, and went with freaky ones, not trying to make them 'real' -the themes, and the angst. The conversations between Magneto, Mystique, and Beast were more 'X-Men' than anything in all the original films. All the young mutants have to decide how they feel about being different. In all the original movies, only that one scene in X-2, where Bobby 'comes out' touches on it. -that Magneto was a Nazi-hunter at one point, in X-Men 161... It was great to see this fleshed out in the movie, giving solid motive to his character development, rather than lip-service. It wasn't based on a story, but then again, none of the movies were (Magneto creates a mutant-making device? Stryker is a military man who made Wolverine? ). All the movies (and all comic-movies) are a pastiche of the comics, and you have to take the good and the bad there. Whatever complaints I have about X-2, the fact that Lady Deathstrike didn't get her powers from the inter-dimensional six-armed sorceress Spiral like in the comics, wasn't one of them. When X-Men 1 came out, super-hero movies weren't really a genre, and Batman (the first Burton one) had succeeded by being more 'realistic,' so I get why they did what they did, but I like First Class for believing that people could like a full-on comic style movie... and they did! Kevin Bacon was a good villain, but I don't think the rest of his crew were good at all. Worst ever? I'll save terms like that for Internet commenters I'll have to disagree. But we all have different experiences with comics, and different eras
-
I've never heard a single person defend the first or third X-Men film, much less Wolverine. They all tend to lean on X-2, and personally, as a lifelong X-Men fan, I didn't much care for it either, except for a few key scenes of the movie. The black leather just symbolises something bad. First Class was the first to really embrace the comic's roots, and was by far the best (to me) which makes me optimistic for the next one. Hopefully Singer is mostly free of studio notes on how to make the most popular comic series of all time "marketable."

Contacting me about my contact with a tracker is fishing. Just because you say, "I don't mean tell me," doesn't make you not fishing. And me stating so doesn't make me a dick. Seriously. And me letting you know I know how to play is a polite thing to do. I didn't tell you, "Oh, alright. I know how to play my own game. " as you put in quotes, literally going against the meaning of quote marks, in order to make me look more dick-ish, I wrote, and I quote, "No worries then, I know how to play, thanks " I was being friendly and polite to someone who was fishing, and/or giving unneeded advice. Take it as being friendly and polite. No need to start a squabble over misinterpreted emoticons. As it is, I've heard some word in the last hour lightly clearing you, so I'll stay off your back for now, and you'll have no need to call me a dick in the near future. Sound fair, or am I still being a dick?
-
Awesome. Thanks for letting us know your value to the game
-
NO I DIDNT, because I told your source before all this stuff came up. You have had no clue about my business from the start, just paranoid ramblings. But thanks for more of your input. NO. My third party role is MASTER CRIMINAL. My ACTION is jewel thief. Got it? Need to have it repeated? Ask the host if you are more confused now.
-
Early in the day. Just checked it, it's dated two hours after I got my results.
-
If I were scum, I wouldn't even have gotten myself involved in the first place. Sorry, my role title is master criminal, but all I do is steal jewels.
