No, no RC. There is not enough space for a battery box and M motor :) especially in a techfig :D -
It looks like a mobile crane on first picture. Do you have any movie how it does work?

Well, a crane is too heavy and I wanted to lift the entire truck to show the operation of the drive and the piston engine Most of the cranes are in yellow :) Next my MOC will be in red ;)

It looks very sweet :D , but instead a lot of the gears in the arms , I would use the linear actuators :) -
