    Batgirl and Batman would be the only '66 figs to require new molds. And it's not like they've never made one-off molds before. Look at MODOK. I never heard of that restriction. I thought the mold policy was restricted to Creator and Ideas sets.

    I don't know about that. I've said it before, but this feels like a closure to the theme. It was the first WV set, which I think has some sort of significance. If it was the Bakery or Post Office, I wouldn't worry, but to reissue the first set seems like some sort of sendoff.

    I'd expect Tinkerbell to be a minifigure of her own, since she could reuse Cinderella's hair. Someday I'd like to see some theme park characters (i. e. Haunted Mansion). But for now, it seems like we'll get at least three series of Disney films/cartoons to cover the basics.

    I'd be happy to get any form of the Mad Hatter, since the DC theme hasn't delivered. I'd also love a Mary Poppins minifigure, especially if we get a proper umbrella mold!

    Whoopeee. Forgive me for having zero interest in the character. At least we know the DAC will have some role in the series! Please give us an Old Hag (Evil Queen) figure, LEGO!

    The logo alone proves that it's not really steampunk, but regular sci-fi/fantasy.

    I'd love to see a proper villain castle, but I doubt the Jestro set is one. The title makes it sound more like a battle pack.

    Why is it bad to be more diverse? My understanding is that you're saying a female knight is wrong because it didn't happen often. But we live in a society where diversity is accepted, and so we are expected to represent that in media. Since this is not historical in any way, there's nothing wrong with a female in the group. As for changing a character's race, that's really tricky. While diversity is good, shoehorning it in like that and changing the race of a character is obviously trying too hard. But then there's the other question: Why should their race matter at all? I do agree that the "token minority" stuff is annoying and clumsy. I would appreciate another female knight instead of just one out of four.

    I still want that Troll Sorceress...She appealed to me because she was the main villain and she was female! So I'll be happy to see Macy be female. As long as her personality is realistic and not a stereotype, then I'll be pleased. When will we see pics? I need to know what Jestro looks like!

    I agree. This theme is making no pretenses of being historical, and today's sensibilities call for gender diversity. Having a leading female protagonist is expected these days. I also enjoy female characters more. Usually, they're more interesting. And there were always exceptions. Females in history were not universally out of the action. There were a few female knights, gladiators, and pirates. Wanting to keep heroic females out of the theme to represent historical accuracy is questionable, but in a theme that's not trying to be accurate, asking for that is discriminatory. I hate how frequently AFOLs forget that LEGO is first and foremost for children. If these kids grow up thinking that females aren't capable of the same things as males, then it will shape their views and beliefs as an adult.

    I'm expecting characters that will be recognizable. So Pete would probably be out, since only AFOLs would have a clue who he is. Mickey, Minnie, Daisy, Donald, and Goofy have a chance, though. In future series, it would be cool to see retro designs of the Mouses, though! If we do get some villains, I'd guess at either form of the Evil Queen (i'd prefer the Old Hag), Ursula, Hades, Captain Hook, Maleficent, and maaaaaybe Dr. Facilier. I won't be surprised if we only see the more colorful villains, as I'm doubtful that people would race to find a Lady Tremaine minifigure.

    I'd love another chance to get Ariel (and her hair) cheaply. I'd expect Mickey and Minnie, Snow White, Woody and/or Buzz, and a few more DAC and Pixar characters

    The only figure I'm sure is in there is Mickey Mouse. Otherwise, it could be anyone.

    I just hope he's good! If he's too technological, I might not like him as much. But if he looks like a more traditional jester, he'll be good. I just hope this theme finds a good balance.
