Farmer boy Luke (with a new hairpiece), just the regular Han Solo like we all know him with brown pants, and a black vest. Leia will just have the princess outfit. All of them from Episode IV: ANH. Not that hard to see. ~ General Magma

One word: Preliminary. If they would make it green, then that'd be extremely stupid: they're clearly more like dark tan to dark bluish gray. Anybody else noticed the neck is also kinda long? And that he doesn't appear to have wings... hopefully all that will be fixed. ~ General Magma
-
I see. Thanks for correcting me - but he is still a Royal Guard, after all. Well, Logray has a mask on top of his head - multiple Wickets, Paploos, Chirpas etc. are always good, but Logray has a shaman mask and thus it's hard for the figure to serve as a regular ewok. Read what it says, and you'll find out they're a Naboo fighter and a Hoth echo base. Surprise! Nothing else is known about these as of now, yet. ~ General Magma

Wait a minute... I just zoomed into all sets, and then came across the ewok attack one. One of the ewoks appears to be wearing a mask... And he's dark tan. I'm 99% sure now... That ewok is Logray. It's great to have him too, sure, but then there's only 1 generic ewok in the set. Other than that, the speederbike has a different design, and the tree/plant has some logs rolling out of it, to serve as traps. Eeth Koth. He has Zabrak horns and the long hair, so it's definitely Eeth Koth. ~ General Magma

Well, the Sith Infiltrator also comes with a Naboo Royal Guard and Qui-Gon Jinn - Obi-Wan won't be in it. And uh, the Republic Frigate comes with Eeth Koth and Quinlan Vos. ~ General Magma

Holy... A black and a tan ewok! I'm very excited right now.. Fantastic figures. It's just sad that there are only 3 figures, but hopefully the price will be lower. It's just a must-buy for me! My Endor project will get a larger variety of ewoks. Great stuff. And I was right about the royal guard in the Infiltrator. Ki-Adi-Mundi, Commander Cody and a green thing in the Geo' starfighter? Hmp. Hopefully they will improve the Geonosian, green isn't right at all. Republic Frigate: 2 clonetroopers, Eeth Koth, Quinlan Vos and Yoda. However, those are Clone Wars figures. What an amazing year, this will be. I'm absolutely looking forward to the MF and the ewok attack.. But I'll buy the rest, too. ~ General Magma

Uhm, what do you mean? You haven't even seen it, how can you call it "lame"? I'm sure it will be more of a base this time. Atleast better than another CW set, anyways, that's for sure. I wonder what they could put into the advent calendar. Mini/micro models? New minifigs? Perhaps. That Naboo fighter would be the fourth re-release (re-re-re-release, in this case) of the N-1 starfighter - if it turns out to be that one. ~ General Magma
-
Didn't see that coming either... I wonder if it's another N-1 starfighter. As for the Echo base: Are we getting a proper base for once, this time? ~ General Magma

Uhm, what? Nobody's ever said anything about a Wookiee attack set in 2011. Those are ewoks, not wookiees. Big difference. Both hairy, but ewoks are very small and wookiees very big. Same here, I also see 3 figures. But there will be a x2 to atleast one of those. 2 scouttroopers, 3 ewoks? Or 2 scouttroopers, 2 ewoks and a stormtrooper? Perhaps. I can also spot 2 figures running outside, near the edge of the Geonosian starfighter boxart. Looks like the arena, so perhaps it's from AOTC? But where would Ki-Adi-Mundi appear, then? ~ General Magma

Padme - blue outfit in the Sith Infiltrator, flesh version of the old Padme. Savage Opress - He's in the Dathomir speeder. His weapon is the staff-axe thing (as I always call it), and I haven't seen any other character use it. Kaminoan - Dunno, who said that? Can't see any Kaminoan. Might have to take a better look... ~ General Magma

Wow, looks like this is going to be a great year. Here is what I can spot: Millennium Falcon: Darth Vader, Ben Kenobi, Chewbacca, Luke Skywalker, Han Solo and a stormtrooper. (?) Republic Frigate: Yoda, two of his clonetroopers (presumably Thire and Jek), a darker dressed figure and a tan looking guy. Clone naval officer? Podracers: Anakin Skywalker (young), Sebulba (new mold), young Wald (or Greedo.. Well, it's a Rodian anyways.), Watto and either Qui-Gon Jinn or Obi-Wan Kenobi (young). Darth Maul's Sith Infiltrator: Larger ship - with Darth Maul, Qui-Gon Jinn, Padme and probably Queen Amidala or a Royal Guard. Dathomir speeder: Asajj Ventress, Savage Opress and Anakin Skywalker (new outfit). The rest of the sets (i.e. Geonosian starfighter) are unclear, and shown at the edge of the page - hard to make out what they exactly are. Overall, I like the amount of new minifigs we're getting. I may actually hesitate to buy all of these. ~ General Magma

[Review] 8099 Midi-scale Imperial Star Destroyer
General Magma replied to Brickdoctor's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Fantastic review! At first, I wasn't going to get this set... But after seeing and reading through this review, I have came to the conclusion that this is a set definitely worth picking up sometime soon.. Thanks for this review, since it gave me another point of view on this set - I actually like it now. ~ General Magma -
General Magma's Star Wars Figures
General Magma replied to General Magma's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Thanks! To answer your questions; 1. Yes, I made them up to serve as Jedi on a Geonosis diorama - there were 212 Jedi present on Geonosis, and most of them were unknown, so I made up some Jedi figures. 2. It's actually an official LEGO piece. It appeared in the LEGO Space Police III theme - the orange versions on the Kranxx minifigure, and lime green versions on Rench. (Click the names for links to the figures on BL) Hope that helped. ~ General Magma -
No, it had been confirmed that it will be, actually. Can't be a maybe, else we would have seen pics of the sets already a month ago - and then, they would've been released by now already. ~ General Magma

That alien looks fantastic. I'm off to find a use for it within the Star Wars universe. What species would it resemble? Looks like wave 2 pics are coming up already, so expect pics for all other themes aswell, within a few days. ~ General Magma

How much cents per grass stalk would you ask? Also, would you seperate the grass stalks from the flowers too, or do you only sell those together? By the way, looking at the stuff from your MOCs; are you also selling the leaves and all the other plants? ~ General Magma

Weren't those rebel commandos? (Endor troopers) I thought they looked like them, but I could be wrong. Hopefully they'll add an extra to the set, like one of those.. ~ General Magma

General Magma's Star Wars Figures
General Magma replied to General Magma's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Thanks everyone. More Jedi coming up soon. The orange hands aren't common, and thus I think they're rare nowadays. They only come in 3 sets. I got two pairs of them from a small rescue-coast vehicle set, about 5-7 years ago. (I bought two back then.) The set I got them from was this one, and the figure was this guy. Hope that helped. ~ General Magma -
Star Wars: The Clone Wars: season 3 discussion
General Magma replied to Corvus's topic in Culture & Multimedia
I just found this on Wookieepedia. New outfit for Ventress? (Hopefully she will get killed off, along with Ahsoka.) Nightsister clothing, I bet. ~ General Magma -
Does anyone else have the feeling Jar Jar could be one of the minifigs in the Podracer sets? He was there in the very first version, and after all, TLC could easily re-use him there. I hope Darth Maul's Sith Infiltrator will be larger than the previous versions. That would explain the price, unless something went wrong. By the way, may we get a RotJ Falcon, I hope there will be Rebel commandos included. Unlikely, yes, but they were there in the movie. If it's the RotJ Falcon, then we will atleast get Lando and Nien Nunb. (That's right, Nunb. ) ~ General Magma

General Magma's Star Wars Figures

And I'm back with some new stuff. Recently, I have started planning a Geonosis diorama project. For that, I'll need many Jedi, so today I decided to create some (named and all), as a small start for the project. They may not be great, but Jedi mostly just wear robes, really. Battle of Geonosis: Jedi The first batch of Jedi. From left to right, we have: Zarcon Hiukset, Aquidir Qoquz, Kolam Zakann (credit to LuxorV for the body decal), Kapuzen Mestari and Qeldor Ulrand. Geonosis: Jedi #1 by General Magma, on Flickr The next batch is completely purist. Ignore Kit Fisto and Plo Koon, they don't count as customs. From left to right: Kit Fisto, Grant Gannan, Xrixvar Shirxvush, Tranxx Viqir and Plo Koon. Geonosis: Jedi #2 by General Magma, on Flickr ~ General Magma -
The Penguin's Historical Minifigures..... )
General Magma replied to The Penguin's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Very nice job on these, The Penguin! Awesome work. Keep up the great work. Also, I'd like to know - what do you use to add the parts such as the fat bellies, etc? ~ General Magma -
Great idea for a contest! I'll definitely enter this. No christmas raffle this year, then this'll have to do. ~ General Magma

Do you know something ( ) or was that just what you thought? Well, we can say that the Dathomir speeder and the Falcon, including the rest (except for that Geonosis battlepack) have been confirmed, too. They were found in an online store a while back. (No pics, else they would have been here already long ago.) Although it would be nice to have a Ki-Adi-Mundi like the one from Christo's customs, I place my bets on a completely new kind of a head. More like a pointy head than a stud on top, I'm afraid. But nonetheless, I want a Ki-Adi-Mundi figure anyways. ~ General Magma
