Agreed! 99,99 euro is a very fair price! -
See on Brickshelf... I have artillery and a navy as well, okay it's not big but it's a start at least. Perhaps it would be better to make a picture of all units. I'm currently building a very nice ship for my navy men! I have edited my first post so you can see everything now.

Thanks!! I was waiting for it a long time already! I thought it would be released in Januari but now I'll order right away! Thank you Furious! -
Whaha the painter survived the cossack. The MOC looks great and the smoke packed out very well. Whitout smoke it's less active. I like the close ups of the soldiers in action and how they are being slaughtered. :pir-skull: Great job! You should become a painter yourself! Or a cameraman ofcourse. Great work.

Dude....the interior till now is already stunning!! The barrels and the wooden looks the whole hold has. Just awesome! Can't wait till the next update!

a few days of rest and peace in the Lego world....but after that everyone will go killing eachother again. :pir-skull: Nicely done!

Looks to be a great ship to me! Perhaps you can use a white background when photographing the ship. I can see your whole room and it's a bit distracting. The ship himself looks great, lots of detail and I see a capstan as well. The rigging could use some more work, add sails and ropes to it and it looks splendid. Perhaps a good idea indeed to resize your pictures. Not everyone has a super pc which can load those images. Anyway, very nice work!

Agreed, sometimes the interior of the cabin is much more better and nicer then the cabin itself.
-
Isn't it? Do you have an army as well?
-
*STUNNED* I just realize in the village where I live in real, live about 800 citizens!
-
Pretty big pictures indeed, you can't resize them a little? Anyway, I've seen the first four images and the last one and I must say you have done a great job! I've seen the ship before but with these pictures you'll see things you never knew before. I like the stairs with the railing along it, also the fences on the forecastle just look awesome. Again, very, very nicely done!!

Your MOC is pretty accurate if you look at the ship you've based your MOC on. I like to see when you use only 2 hull pieces, you still can build an magnificent ship! I like the colour sheme and even that is the same as the model. I love that guy who smokes the pipe.

Thanks SlyOwl, I'd better placed all the soldiers in one picture. Now it looks a bit small.

New Decals from Norrington's Fine Minifig Clothiers
Captain Blackmoor replied to Norrington's topic in LEGO Pirates
Awesome clothing! I like the update and of course I'll give you some credit when I use it! -
What an impressive ship!! You've done a great job, although some sails would be better indeed and perhaps you can add a figuerehead? I like the cabin, it's my favorite part, it's packed with details just like the rest of the ship. The coloursheme looks great and I see the ship has a working anchor? Keep up the good work!!

Thanks for the positive comment Ye Olde Pirate!

I agree with ImperialShadows, is there any person who don't let you collect pirate sets? Everyone here on Classic pirates collects Lego pirate sets, including me so watch out you don't buy ALL the pirate sets first!

You mean "a new day" mod? I've seen it but haven't downloaded it yet. I'm currently playing it and I will download mods soon. Thanks for the advice by the way!

Pillage the Village Voting - LARGE DIVISION
Captain Blackmoor replied to WhiteFang's topic in Pirate MOCs
First vote: 2: DNL Second vote: 14. Paul cantu - The Raid on the Governor's Mansion Third vote: 29. Exotrator - The Pirates of San Pedro The first vote goes to 2: DNL, it's just an awesome MOC with a lot of pillaging and cruelty. The MOC himself is very well build and overloaded with awesome details and a lot smart techniques. The second vote is for 14. Paul cantu - The Raid on the Governor's Mansion because I just love the Mansion! In the MOC there is pillaging, cruelty and the essence of pirate life. The -once so nice- garden is now filled with casualties, blood and slaughtering, which is cool. The third vote is for 29. Exotrator - The Pirates of San Pedro because the MOC is so nicely made. I love the cilinders used to be a roof on the houses. Never seen that before. The fort is a magnificient structure as well. I see you've been working on the pale walls of the fort. The holes and damage on it makes it much more realistic! The bell is a lovely addition as well. I couldn't make a choice between 27. Capt. Kirk - Le Quartier Brique and 2: DNL, but if we had the choice to choose four entries Capt. Kirk would participate! I love the tall buildings and details in it. But the water could have some waves in it. You've done a very good job all and it was much harder to vote then the medium and small divisions! -
Sorry if the story is a bit unclear. This is an example how the French army celebrated new year. This celebration is from 1789. I've posted this small MOC because it's almost new year. I've edited the story a bit so everything is clear now. Thanks for the feedback though!

New Decals from Norrington's Fine Minifig Clothiers
Captain Blackmoor replied to Norrington's topic in LEGO Pirates
Wow, I've made some torso's as well, but not so nice as this one. Can I use him? You have a very sharp eye for detail! Especially the bow tie looks so great! Keep up the good work! -
Vig. 50b For us, the year 2009 is coming fast and we're preparing to celebrate. But how did the French army celebrated the new year back in 1789? The French army was preparing to celebrate the new year with loads of firework and old ammunition. But they had a task to do before celebrating: Execute the pirate prisoners before new year. Two soldiers came up with the idea to combine the task with the celebration, and so they ended up with this: Notice even the parrot won't be saved. :pir-skull: More on Brickshelf Thanks for looking and a happy new year!!!

My army is not that big, but it is still an army. Could you add them to the index? My army. Already thanks!
