    Torc eyed the feline a bit sharper, a coil of acidic smoke winding out of her snout & onto the floor. "Cats..." "Hold on Hybros." Hoke digs around his pack and grabs a bone. He then tosses it on the lowest right hand corner tile. "Anyone have a Magnifying Glass I can borrow?"

    "I've already said what there was to say," Hoke says curtly. Torc eyes the feline yet again, sensing Hoke's annoyance.

    Hoke and Torc follow Hybros to the kitchen, keeping a cautious eye open.

    On artefacts & shields I should say, if someone wants to get technical. However, you can't imbue a scroll on a weapon, but you can gems, so that's where I am going on that tangent...

    Hoke stows the gloves in his pack. "I guess that explains the smashed Tri-tech gear upstairs."

    Hoke checks the men in the rubble for any signs of life or any useful items.

    "Torc and I can see what's up there," Hoke says as he mounts Torc again and flies up the stairs for a look.

    "Me," Hoke says, foggy, trying to remember,"Melville. He wants to become part of the Cold Circle, and, somehow, he needs my help in doing it."

    "Torture," Hoke plainly stated as he tried to decipher the vision in his mind.

    "M," Hoke says with a blank and slightly confused look on his face,"My letter is M."

    "Let's stay together and clear the first floor. We have taken care of one vampire, so two are left along with Melville."

    "No Bonapartes, but a vampire. He seemed to have mental control of the Bonaparte soldiers. Some of them in the barracks were deceased and fed upon by the vampire. The survivors elected to stay in the barracks. According to the soldiers, Melville brought a few odd characters with him when he landed and things went bad."

    Hoke hears Erik's snide remark. "I ddin't know I signed up with a bunch of prudish hens when I joined this quest. I thought we were here for a bit of adventure." Hoke and Torc wait a bit to see what comes out of the holes, if anything. Meanwhile, Hoke sorts through the pile of smashed electronics.

    "Racket? Torc hasn't made a single noise. Are you afraid of a couple of worms? Besides, seeing as we have so far fought a necromancer and a vampire, I'm pretty sure there's an ambush around every corner."

    "Let's see what we have here." Hoke looks at Torc and nods towards the holes. Torc saunters over and unleashes a gout of flame into each hole.

    OOC - No matter what Hoke sees or doesn't see on his investigation, he rejoins the party.

    The way I have it is random, from 50-500, so there is a chance for an Alchemist to get rich, but not with an 'obscene' amount of gold.

    Yeah, I know I am too late to the discussion, but like I said, just thought it up, it goes with the class and it's less maths for everyone (I think)!
