"Torc flushed out the vampiric being. You fell into a trap. Quit making excuses for your lack of judgement that could have put us all in a worse spot that we are."
-
"And look what your lack of caution gets you," Hoke scolds Erik. Hoke - Flagpole, Toxin Bomber Terrin Lowes, Back Row Torc - Frost Bomber Robbie, Back Row

"I don't see why not, but I would rather make sure they are actually dead before they are cremated."

Seems like the PCs on Lind's quest don't mind the loot at all bit. I don't really care if any PC outclasses Hoke as far as builds go, but I do hope that we can stave off power creep as much as possible.

But that spider TORE THEM UP!

And the stat boost items one the THIRD post of the quest, before ANY role-play or battles. Not saying he is never QM again, just bringing up a legitimate critique about power creep/low level PCs thinking they have to have the same gear as high level PCs (yes, I realize many PCs in the quest are second PCs), which Lind and a few other 'newer' players seem to think. Like the Healing Staff?
-
Yeah...maybe it's just me, but I really dislike that items like that are available for what looks like an easy fight for low level PCs.

"Could have waited till we found out what is going on," Hoke muttered under his breath.
-
"Mark their locations. Let's see how they react," Hoke whispers to the others. Hoke looks to Torc and flares his nostrils with a short exhale. Torc lowers her head, and snakes it a bit further in the room. Once in position, she gently exhales a thick fog of smoke from her snout, aiming to engulf the Bonaparte soldiers.

What's wrong with Hoke?

Woohoo! Thanks!

Any decision on a dragon's HP stat?
-
Hoke follows Guts and assists in looking for traps with his Magnifying Glass. "Keep an eye out," he says to Torc.

...
-
Hoke and Torc circle the area, scouting to see if anything grabs their attention as they wait for their fellow Heroicans to take to the sky.
-
No, it, once again, has to do with you wanting to shoe-horn the game to fit your PC.
-
Clarify dragon's HP? This is a role-playing issue, not a game mechanics issue.
-
Get better Sandy!

A cloud of smoke, first puffy white, then stormy grey, then jet black rolled gently out of Torc's snout and fell thick to the ground at her feet. Hoke deftly maneuvers onto her back, and they shoot up into the air with a mighty gust of her wings and flick of her tail.
-
Torc is aware of the dragon before they were even close. Hoke could swear he senses it too. Hoke also feels Torc...posturing. Her heat feels like it doubled, a visible shimmer cloaks her scales. Her spikes seem sharper, somehow more cruel. Hoke looks at her, but her molten amber cat's eyes stare defiantly at the elder red in front of her.
-
"We are ready."
-
Upon hearing that another dragon was about Torc leaned on Hoke, her tail wrapping around his ankle and leg. "Don't worry, I won't even go near her or him."
-
"I think I can handle that," Hoke says jabbing his thumb toward Torc.
-
Hoke takes a measured look around the establishment before proceeding.
