  1. Here is a collection of Slizer/Throwbot MOCs that were originally designed by @Logan McOwen. His works inspired me to start my own little series of digital revamps, including both official Slizer sets and his original character designs. All of his creations, including the ones I picked, can be found in his Flickr Albums. Let's begin, shall we? (all images are clickable by the way and lead to my Flickr. The titles are links leading to Logan's MOC images) - - - Tremor Slizer - - - Construction Slizer - - - Chopper Slizer - - - Soldier Slizer - - - Cheetah Slizer - - - Doctor Slizer - - - Orbit Slizer - - - Patrol Slizer - - - Logger Slizer - - - Proselytiser Slizer - - - Comments and critiques are always welcome! - - - If you like what I do and you want to see me create your OC, a favorite Bionicle Character, or something else, feel free to look up my Commission Info! I also now have a Patreon page, so please consider supporting!
  2. [Digital Render] Toa Komas (Friends OC) by Artemiy Karpinskiy, on Flickr This is Komas, an OC of my friend Sue, who have recently pledged to my Patreon. Here's a rotational GIF as a bonus: * * * If you like what I do and you want to see me create your OC, a favorite Bionicle Character, or something else, feel free to look up my Commission Info! 4. I could have probably added those to the bottom of the side sections by adding a bunch of decorated 1x1 plates and just replace the decos with a tile-able stripe pattern. Idk. :D It actually sounds similar to how the Bionicle fan artists struggle with their fellow fandom. Draw something of your own, and you'll get several likes and one vague comment. Draw a canon character, or a bunch, and you'll get showered with likes and praises. The TTV boards, although Bionicle-centered, was pretty accepting in regard of my non-Bionicle themed builds. It's my jam: translating non-LEGO media into LEGO format. <3
  5. @MovieMocs I build with Lego Digital Designer, then use a fan-created utility to convert LDD file into a POV-Ray Tracer format, then render the file in POV-Ray. After that I usually do some post-processing in Adobe Photoshop. Thanks for the follow! ^^
  6. @MovieMocs I've got 10 years to get good at it honestly. And I've built up a significant LDD file library. :P You can take a look at my Flickr to see my latest works... I don't exactly post on Eurobricks often, people seem to overlook or just ignore my threads.
  7. That's a good philosophy that I wholeheartedly support. But you've assumed that I made it out of real parts. Can't blame you, you don't know me and what I do. But I am a purely digital MOCer. It's still in development? It's not even released yet? Why do you assume again?
  8. What do you mean if I made this? It's a MOC I've assembled in Lego Digital Designer and rendered in POV-Ray. I can't see me making some stickers. Firstly, not all surfaces are decal-able, and secondly it's too much work I don't want to do. Thanks. =)
  9. [Digital Render] Mining Barge (Starmancer) by Artemiy Karpinskiy, on Flickr Here’s something fresh. This is a fan-art of the mining barge from the currently-in-development indie space colony/station simulator game Starmancer (you can follow its development on their Tumblr blog) made in a gorgeous isometric pixel-art style. Here's a mandatory rotational GIF: Here's the source material created by one of the Game Devs:
  10. So my question is, since when do we have two different minifig leg parts with separate functionality? I never actually noticed until now...
  11. [Digital Render] Makuta Teridax by Artemiy Karpinskiy, on Flickr "Little Toa, you have not yet begun to see even the barest outlines of my plans. I have schemes within schemes that would boggle your feeble mind. You may counter one, but there are a thousand more of which you know nothing. Even my … setbacks … are planned for, and so I shall win in the end.“ — Makuta Teridax to Toa Metru Vakama, Time Trap * * * If you like what I do and you want to see me create your OC, a favorite Bionicle Character, or something else, feel free to look up my Commission Info! 12. Another thing is, my laptop/browser is incompatible with a plugin that makes the Sketchfab work.
  13. @jlenglet Although I do see the benefits of demonstrating one's digital LEGO models in 3D, it would take too much effort to convert my LDD files into stud.io or ldraw, so I'd stick to tracing them in POV-Ray.
  14. I do all of my models in LDD, then trace them in POV-Ray using the fan-made utility. See here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/cyborgs_workshop/ I tend to post a model every now and then, mostly in the Sci-Fi forums, but they don't attract any kind of attention, which greatly discourages me from further posting.
  15. It's basically a contraption of 1x1 sloped tiles and 1x1 bricks with 4 studs on the sides.
  16. [Render] Prawn Suit (Subnautica) by Artemiy Karpinskiy, on Flickr The P.R.A.W.N. Suit (Pressure Re-Active Waterproof Nanosuit) (Mk.III) is a powered suit of armor, designed for use in both the deep-sea and space - capable of affording protection to a pilot whilst maintaining maximum dexterity with hydraulic limbs and a reinforced canopy. It is however not directly worn - rather it is a large frame that can be piloted in a seated position. Unlike the other vehicles in Subnautica, the Prawn Suit walks along the ocean floor, only using thrusters to move vertically. 21. I don't know what you did guys, but now the Eurobricks Index page is stretching beyond my browser window boundaries. o_O
  22. [Render] Exo-Force Devastator Figurine by Artemiy Karpinskiy, on Flickr Devastators were elite warriors of Meca One in his war against humans of the Mount Sentai. Possessing limited sentience unlike their Drone brethren, Devastators were assigned to pilot the most advanced and dangerous mechs and vehicles at Robot Army's disposal. * * * If you like what I do and you want to see me create your OC, a favorite Bionicle Character, or something else, feel free to look up my Commission Info!
