    Thank you very much for such detailed feedback! I also loved Ice Planet the most, although Space Police followed pretty close. I actually have a whole album on Flickr dedicated to reimagination of classic system Space themes. And most of the time I am inspired by this very page I linked. =) As for the rocket pack, the mech actually has one. It doesn't allow for outright flight, but boosted jumps and ski-sliding are possible. I use a fan-made LDD2POV converter to turn a Lego Digital Designer file into .pov format, then I use POV-Ray tracer to render the image (the mech took me 18 hours to render). After that I do the post-processing in Photoshop, where I add glow effects. =)

In conclusion I'd like to say that I apologize if you feel like the quality of my works have dropped significantly by the end. I grew tired of this project. I was anxious I won't finish it, and I ran out of creative juice, and, as the result, become self-aware and constantly dissatisfied. But now that it's over I look back to it with pride. I've achieved some major milestones in my creative process, such as I found to not be afraid to screw around with Photoshop, as it might produce some fantastic results (Archon and SCV in particular). In any case, thank you all who stuck with me, it's been fun!     Thanks! Well, I was using this piece of art as a reference. This looks pretty darn big to me. :P Also, in-game everything is kinda rescaled. As for battlecruiser, I don't even think about making a minifig-sized version. I will probably do something along the lines of my FTL ships.

I took inspiration from one of the basic Hunter outfits, using this image of an official Bloodborne statue as a reference.     So, some years ago a Russian toy company TEHNOLOG released a tabletop wargame "MechBat" (Mechanical Batallion). It featured two groups of four Mechs battling each other along with squads of tiny soldiers. At the time, I loved the game, especially because it was not restricted to any kind of gaming board so I could come up with all kinds of crazy landscapes, scenarios and special rules. Each of the four Mech figurines had detachable arms and back pieces that symbolized their weaponry and special systems. My two favorites were Barbarian, armed with missile launcher and power fist, and Predator, armed with minigun and a laser cannon. Thanks to my friend @Garry_rocks I was recently reminded of the existence of MechBat and our conversations inspired me to recreate my favorite mechs in LDD.
