I understand, Sandy. I was just mildly curious if it was worth taking a look at, considering it was gold and shiny and potentially more than a WP: 1 item. I'm not all that angry about it, so don't worry too much about it. "Wait, wait, wait. I thought Lector was the Provost. Are you saying Lector was retiring?"

OOC: I didn't state I wanted to pocket the dagger, Sandy, so I don't know why you would come to that conclusion. I know you're busy with your birthday, but it's stuff like this that gets me agitated. Happy Birthday, by the way! "It's nice letter opener. Nothing much to it, really." Karie puts the letter opener back on the desk, preferably in a drawer, away from the Dean. Karie scoffs. "Heckz, if I wanted to steal this dagger I would've done so in a much more secretive manner. Not that you'd know anything about being secretive." "He probably would." Karie states blunt.

I'm okay with the fight, if only because the party really had no "best" scenario whether they attacked the snake or the frog. It's having two choices and not wanting either of them, but in order to progress the party has to make one, and I think it's a great character building moment.

Karie examines the knife dropped by the Dean. "Well, are we going to wake him up?"

The animation looks down right stunning. I'm not that big of a Peanuts fan myself, but I'm curious to see the film just for the stellar animation alone.

Generally it depends on the quest. Sometimes I'll build the sets in advance and photograph them when the time in the story comes to see that location. Some QMs enjoy throwing the heroes into the images, but it's only a few that do it. I've done it once, but only because I luckily had most of the parts to build decent replicas of the characters. With Flipz's quest, I'm doing all the photography and set building, so it's all done in advanced. There's a lot to photograph, mind you, but there's some really neat sets built for it that I can't wait to show off! Something more relaxed like Into the Woods I generally build the sets and photograph it as the story progresses. The only set built in advanced is Kianu's house, which is coming up soon and is not 100% finished, but enough is there to photograph and add to the quest.

Wow, we're going to have two completely opposite analysis then.

It's definitely in the run. 48 I believe is the longest, which was about six months, but I can 93 going on for another month.
-
I doubt it. Most quests run between a month to three months. It just seems like a lot of really slow paced quests have popped up recently.

Can someone post an action for Lego Spy?

Karie picks the knife up and examines it. "He's got no weapon now, so if want to interrogate him, we could always use the ropes the rogues tied Morrible with to protect him from... well... doing something incredibly foolish."

Flipz, Everbody's saying you should learn to express your voice, but if talk doesn't seem like the answer Luckily you have a choice. When you find you've got the music, got the music in you. Two can play this game, Flipz!! In other news, 93 and 101: I will be away this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I'll be leaving Friday afternoon and returning late Sunday evening. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Karie also casts sleep on Dean Bumblebore, just in case.

Good call on the Archive topic, Sandy!

Came close, though. Until at least the purple hooded person used Actually an Okay Guy. It was super effective!

"No. It wasn't as depraved and soulless sounding." Just who was that, anyways? If it's not this nut job, then who? Karie's mind tries to forget about the voice she heard earlier and focus on the task at hand... but it continues to creep about her skull.

Hehe! Thanks! I'm now seeing parallels between Atramor and Karie's witch-hood.

"Sorcha, if I could, I'd let you stay here and fight, I really would, but at the same time if something happened to you I'd never forgive myself. I hate that about my life. Everything around me always goes to hell just when everything seems right. Usually it's my own fault." Karie stays silent thinking of what to say after until laughter emits from upstairs. "That voice sound familiar to anyone?"

I just so happened to have remembered your comment, and was curious myself to see if you really did leave things on the back of ALL of your notes. Seems doodling is also one of the Regret's preferred past times, along with burning down orphanages and j-walking.

Or perhaps a little pink pony came and told him...

A lot of QM's reuse their old characters, and even snag characters from other quests. It makes the world seem bigger and more connected. You'll also see recurring locations a lot of the time. The Albatross, The Merry Mermaid, Luminous Park, Way's End Cemetery, it makes the world seem bigger. Although not all quests are linked to each other. That'd be insane.
-
The main plot will probably end, but the game will more than likely continue.

Karie waves the two youth goodbye as she follows Heckz. "Sorcha, you're going to have to go eventually. I know it's a ways off, but there's going to be a point where we're going to ask you to go for your own safety. I think you're a good friend, Sorcha, and I don't want to see you get hurt. When the time comes, will you promise me that you'll leave? You've already proven to be an incredible help. I'm certain your father would be very proud of you."
