The sound of underbrush being stepped on and crushed echoes around the party, only their campfire's light illuminating far enough to the first rows of trees, it's warm glow edging across the trees like macabre dancers. Rollinger remains still looking around for any possible source of the encroaching noise.

Alright, well, just stick to a target, and preferably stay in the back in case someone rolls special with the Hibernal Spirit, Warlen. We really don't need you knocked out."   3. Just got the set today, and it's probably one of my favourite sets I've ever built, along side the Emerald Night and the Vampyre Castle. It's just such an excellent looking set, and such a great tribute to a fantastic movie. Excellent job Lego!

  6. "So now I toss my bomb? Okay, ahem... INCOMING!" Karie tosses her Pumpkin Bomb in the general direction of the enemy from the back.
  7. QM Note: Instead of having you guys wait for the image, I'm simply going to post the images once I get them finished, which will hopefully be soon. In the meantime though... The party decides it best to ignore the hooves clopping on the cold ground, and continue their trek. As they move along, the sound of the horse slowly disappears on the wind... seemingly fading in the opposite direction. The day whittles on with little interactions with others. The odd cart trundles past the party, but nothing worth noting. The sun begins it's descent, hiding behind the horizon as the party slows down for the day. Stepping off the path, the party finds a descent place to set up for the night as they soon find themselves losing light. "Let's set up camp for the night.   8. Shut up and reap the rewards. Besides, me or Miderun could choose to go ether oriented for our advanced class, so we could technically use it, and I don't intend to give you all the gems, since me and Miderun could infuse the gems into our weapons, so yeah, we're getting some of it too.
  9. Annienal fumbles about with her shield and sword as she prepares her stance. "Um... okay... um... I don't think it really matters who goes second or third, but I should be going first to soak up some of the free hits. I'm not to worried about the possibility of these guys changing the weather, but I'm more worried about them unleashing their, um, other special. Warlen, stick to the back, and everyone focus on at least one of the... um... seasonal spirits..." Annienal strikes the Hibernal Spirit from the front row using Ammit.   11. Annienal nervously looks on as the woman with amber eyes, trying not to stare for too long. She whispers to the rest of the party. "I don't really want to risk it. If we get seen, he's going to put two and two together. Why don't we just wait back here and see what happens?" Annienal states, clearly jumpy at the sight of the strange woman.
  12. "So, what are we doing? Throlar wants to move along, and I kind of have to agree with him. I don't want anymore encounters with little miss headless rider. Eric, Heckz?" The sound of hooves on the cold ground grows as the party stands on the road together.
  13. "Okay, I'll just... try and tail you guys." She looks her armour over, looking somewhat ashamed, "I'm, um, not really prepared, or trained for stealth." Annienal makes her best attempt to not make noise as they tail Fogfarer.
  14. "Then let's go." The party, having had an exhausting night, prepare their belongings and head back on the road, leaving the comfort of Bric'lin and continuing down the path towards Eubric, their cargo having made it's presence known the previous night. The party began their trip down the Eubric Highway, the fall breeze cool on their skin. The party occasionally hears a noise; the snapping of a twig, the wheels of a cart, the steps of a man, yet they see no one. It's quiet on the road yet again. Crows caw as the party progresses along the path. Clop clop, clop clop, clop clop. "Oh gods, not this broad again." The party looks about, not able to see anyone despite the clear weather, but it sounds like someone is approaching them... but from where? What will the party do?
  15. "Well, I'd like us all to preferably stick together, just in case something happens. I kind of want to know who's sleeping in the house, but if you want to follow him, let's do so together. Are we in agreement?"
  16. Karie prepares to toss a pumpkin bomb from the back.
  17. "I think we'd be better off dealing with those Oculoids, and then moving onto the heart. These guys might not be too hard if we drop a pumpkin bomb, which, I just so happen to own. Should I toss it at our enemy?"

  19. Annienal flinches as the flaming skull reappears and starts talking behind her, give a short yelp before covering her mouth, making sure Fogfarer is out of hearing distance before continuing. "We could, um, always... well, split up. I could always follow Fogfarer, and you two could, um, peruse through his house, or we could group up some other way... I really don't mind..."
  20. Rollinger frowned at the mention of Eric's dream. "Although I question the validity of your dream being a vision, I do agree with your sentiment on the destruction of these items. Are you sure you still want to hold onto the cup? I am more than willing to take that burden from you." Rollinger looks at Heckz unenthused by his comment. "I don't really care whether it floated out of your window or not. What happened put us all in danger! These items have the potential to be powerful demonic artifacts, and what happened last night will hopefully stand as a testament to not mess with this stuff lightly. I was hoping my... erm, dream was just from the food I ate, but if you lot had it too... hmm." "Who knows. It could've been sheer dumb luck, or horrible coincidence in this case, or it could be just about anything else. It could've been some horrible prank, too, but I seriously doubt it. Are we finished in Bric'Lin? Shall we move on?"
  21. Annienal shrieks quietly as the elf looks at her angrily before attempting to recompose herself, speaking to Fogfarer diplomatically. She needed to change her plans, and now. "Fogfarer? Um... hello. We're actually not here to sell you anything. We are actually here to ask you about your experience. You see, my friend here, Mr. Warlen is looking to begin his own small shipping company with the large sum of money he's just received after his father passed away, and we were told to come see you by some people we asked in the port. "Heckz, why in all of Olegaia would you throw this out the window? Do you know what would happen if this item fell into the wrong hands? Good lord, perhaps we should discuss what happened last night, because in case it wasn't clear, the sack that held the five potentially cursed items was ripped to shreds by... something, and one of the five items found their way into your rooms." Rollinger lifts up the sack, torn to pieces as if by some vicious, feral creature.
  23. "Um, we could always say we're from someplace else, like the Low Kingdoms? It's just going to look weird with me and Warlen and then you, Miderun. I don't know, what approach are we going to take?" Annienal empties the rain barrel and points to it meekly. "Um, floating demonic skull thing? I kind of need you in here, um, like now." Annienal then takes a peek inside the window on the front door, trying to look as inconspicuous as she can.
  24. "Wouldn't of fooled me." Karie mumbles under her breath. She looks around, equally disgusted and intrigued by the amount of Oculoids present. "I'm speechless, Seerus. All this for us? You shouldn't of. Seriously though, I mean it, you really shouldn't have. You know, if you really wanted to put me out in front of a crowd, you should've at least told me. I've prepared nothing for this venue, well, no, that's not true. I did prepare a little routine entitled "Slaughter of the Oculoids", it's also has some audience participation in it, but perhaps not the kind you're used to."
  25. "I'm not sure what we're going to do with you, but it may be best if the... um... floating skull..." Annienal still felt nervous around the thing. It wasn't natural. At all. "Stayed outside. Maybe we could use the two of you as lookouts? Just incase the person in the bedroom slips out?" Annienal looks in the barrel, attempting to find a potential spot for Warlen's floating skull.
