  1. I do hope these Lannisters pay back their debts. And don't have an incestuous scandal going on.
  2. Annienal nods her head. "So, do you mind telling me what's going on, um, Lind?"
  3. "Elves generally don't naturally grow moustaches." Annienal pointed out, glaring at "Flynn".
  4. "Then I, um, intend to potentially sell it to Bobby." Annienal replies, gripping the spear in one hand. She became continually irritated with Lind's fake everything. "If you're, um, trying to be charming, you're not doing a very good job... Flynn. That's an interesting moustache. How long have you been working on it?" Annienal asks.
  5. Sort of. It's considered an unarmed strike, and deals damage equal to your level. Note, you can't deal put venom on your hands since they aren't technically a weapon. Chi Monk is all about using unarmed strikes.
  6. Annienal wanted to hit Lind for practically insulting her entire race with such a gawdy, offensive getup, but sticks her chin up and bears with it. "More than you can probably afford." She replies, noticing his bare coin purse. "Although... if you want, I'll trade you for it if you pass up your Trickster's Mask of the human." She replies, pointing to Lind's human looking mask. ----- Current Sign Ups for Quest #137: Where the Dead Go to Live -Mhinak, Level 4 Dwarf Ranger (Goliath) -"The Demon Germ", Level 8 ??? 7. Annienal looks at Bobby with a confused look. The pointing and snapping don't help. "Since when was I your, um, "main chica"? That and I've never heard anyone call you Young Bucks. Well, I guess while you're here, I'll show you some of the things I'm selling off. I've got way to much stuff, and I've got a few different items I no longer need, and I'd like to see them go to good homes. Anything interest you?" -Wicked Javelin (WP: 7, throwing weapon, retrievable, 1/6 chance to slow) -Sanctified Rito Longsword (WP: 4, Hits doubled against flying enemies, longsword) -Throwing Knife (WP: 3, throwing weapon)
  8. Annienal crosses her arms. "You should've told him you'd have to decline his offer before accepting the better one. This is business 101, I should know, I read a book about it." Annie quips, shaking her head. She notices the handcannon. "You, um, interested in throwing weapons? I've got a few that might interest you." Annie asks, hoping the dwarf would learn some business sense with this dealing.
  9. If you PM'd me, I haven't gotten it. Oh, and I do own one, and I'm not selling it.
  10. I doubt Lind actually changed his race. There's only one fantasy race in this game I can think of that can do that, and that's Changelings, but they don't really count since they don't actually change their race, just their appearance. Also, they're unplayable as a PC race, so yeah. The only race that I know of that changes into/turns you from one race to another is Dragonborn, and that's D&D and has no Heroica equivalent.
  11. I was going to comment that you need to have completed 10 quests or hosted 5 to create a new character, but apparently Lind's cards contained a "Curse! Change Race" card. Get it? Because he's a Munchkin, and that's one of the cards you can get in the game "Munchkin".
  12. You still need to post Lind's updated stats.
  13. "Then to Gust Ridge we go!" Karie leads the group, putting her hood up as the winds pick up.
  14. OOC: So you were shouting across the hall at me or Mhinak? Anyways, I'm talking to Mhinak for the time being, so it's up to you how to react.
  15. "Well, no, they're proud of me for that. It's just that... um... I've never told anyone in the hall this, but I didn't so much leave Trost Military Academy as much as I, um... left. Um, yeah..."Annienal watches Warlen stomp off as she looks down at the curious looking dwarf whom here companion had just yelled at. "Can I, um, ask what just happened, sir?" She asks the dwarf quietly.

  17. Annienal picks up the conversation again. "Oh, um, my armour? I managed to convince my parents to send me some of the armour we had lying around. I, um... don't think they're too impressed with me... entirely... but they're at least happy that I've taken up the mantle of being a knight. It, um... sort of runs in the family." Annienal replies, readjusting her belt. Annienal stares blankly at Vindsval, looking nervous. She stares at him blankly for a few moments. "I sold it." She replies bluntly, looking up at her half ogre friend.
  18. Annienal puts her money and bright polish on the table and takes the Crescent Shield and the Annointed Gladius. "I will, thank you!" Annienal departs from the table before putting up her own sign on the board. Selling the following: -Wicked Javelin (WP: 7, throwing weapon, retrievable, 1/6 chance to slow) -Sanctified Rito Longsword (WP: 4, Hits doubled against flying enemies, longsword) If interested, please speak to Annienal Anavar. Prices Negotiable.
  19. Noticing the notice on the quest board for items, Annienal looks around, trying to find Monk Pretzel. "Um, hello. My name is Annienal. Are you selling these?" Annienal doesn't take much notice to his items on sale, but does look at his non-Mythrill shield, (Crescent Shield) although she does drool over the mythrillized one as well. "That's a nice shield you have. Would you be willing to take a Bright Polish, and say, 250 gold for it and this sword." She says, pointing to his Annointed Gladius.

  21. Karie picks up the shield. "Anybody want this? If not, I'll sell it at the hall and split the proceeds with you guys." Loot Distribution Karie- Skull Shield Skrall- Deadly Venom Matthais- Deadly Venom Althior- Venom, Bone x2 Purpearl- Tonic, Ice Bomb Darksten- Venom, Gold Ring Karie heals herself to full health. "If we're going after this Wandering Monster, than we should continue West. That takes us to Gust Ridge. We could alternatively head east and loop around, but we'd be entering the Firefly Mire, and the start of more difficult fights. I say we check out this Gust Ridge, and work from there into the Howling Hills and around. It's a safer bet than just tossing ourselves into a difficult fight."
  22. Apparently someone had left a chair by the quest board, as Warlen sits next to Annienal. His sudden presence makes her jump a bit. "Oh, um, Warlen, it's nice to see you. I wouldn't necessarily say we took the same path. Or, um, maybe we did... Vind would be the one to tell you that." Annienal blushes at Warlen's comment, although she seems more flustered by the thought of every male she meets falling in love with her. To her she was just some lanky young elf. She's immediately remind of Lind's sudden kiss, and how much she wanted to avoid that scene again entirely. "Um... thank you, Warlen. I-I appreciate the compliment. It's... um... very... kind of you?" Annienal says, sounding somewhat sheepish.
  23. Chosen Minifigure, your character icon is massive in your signature. If you could please change the size, even by a little bit, it'd be appreciated. EDIT: Thanks, mate!
  24. Quest #134 Analysis First off, it's good to see that you're okay, Endgame. I got worried at the end of Eternal Reaper (another quest I need to talk about. Gosh, there's a lot of those... ) Overall, the quest was pretty fun. I think you maybe had a few missteps story wise, but the battles did all flow together nicely and they felt as though they fitted within the narrative. The characters were alright. The head cultist was the standout human character, but I'll get to my favourite aspect of this quest in a minute. The plot was a little all over the place, but it was followable and I got what you were trying to do with Sylvania's Thorn and the encounters. You were showing off the destructive nature of whatever fell from the sky, and also cluing us in that it probably wasn't a meteorite. Perhaps I still just hold The Syndicate on such a high pedestal as being my favourite quest of yours. Still, plot was wonky, but overall fine. Loot was very good. The lack of big drops was okay in my eyes, since those arefacts you dropped at the end of the quest were both balanced, and extremely useful, and well themed to boot. Big thumbs up for the loot. Battle wise, I enjoyed the fights, but then again your whole staple has been around challenging fights. I can't fault the first two fights in any real way. They were challenging, and I like that in a battle. Lethauros was a nice challenge, but he wasn't stupidly insanely difficult neither. He's really one of the better boss fights I've been through in awhile. Speaking of Lethauros. I dug Lethauros a lot, mainly because you got the first thing you need to get right when dealing with dragons: they're freaking dragons! These creatures can tear apart entire continents should they so desire. They deserve respect and fear. Maybe it's my D&D way of looking at things, but I prefer my dragons to be both a scary and awe-inspiring encounter. I got both of that with Lethauros. Perhaps it's because I portrayed Annienal in a way that brought that out, but I really enjoyed this character. I've quested with all of you except Throlar and Sylph, and I enjoyed both. I feel Throlar and Annie didn't get along at all, seeing how Throlar doesn't really deal with anyone's nonsense, while Annienal is a lot more patient, but not as quick to get into a fight and would prefer to talk her enemies down. I also rather enjoyed Sylph. This is the first time I believe any of my characters has interacted with him, or the first time I as a player have dealt with the character, so it was fun going in somewhat blind to this curious druid's character. I liked his devotion to Sylvania a lot. I think some of his and Vind's talk of their gods is rubbing off on Annienal... but not exactly in the same way as they're expecting. Trust me, I've got some cool ideas for Annienal after this quest. I always like Warlen's character, and it's nice to see a relatively cheeky character get emotional. It's a nice change of pace, and it wasn't overdone, which is good. Not much to say because most of the stuff I've said about Warlen I've already said and most of it's positive. I love Vind. In all actuality, Vind and Sylph are the two characters who got me to make a Dragonborn character for Dungeons and Dragons, whose background revolves around devotion to a god. I've never played a character like that, and I thought it'd be neat to try, so kudos to you two. Vind really feels like the kind of character who's religious and whose religion has shaped his world view, and I'm glad we have some. Religion in RPGs is a hard thing to pull off, and you've done it really well. I've been contemplating throwing in some worshippers of The Wanderer in a quest of mine, actually, so I hope you're there when it happens. I think that's all I wanted to say. It was a good, solid quest, and really, I'm glad your back, Endgame! Thanks for the fun time!
  25. Annienal returned to the hall in her new, polished armour. She makes her way to the quest board and notices a few quests that peak her interest. "Looking for elves... highly experienced..." She looks at her armour. She didn't know if she was considered "highly experienced", and she wasn't entirely sure who Baba was, but perhaps she could be of assistance. Annienal Anavir signs up Quest #135: Kill Baba, noting her elvish heritage.
