  1. Karie leans on Skrall as she regains her balance, looking at the gold being handed to her. "I don't need this. You keep it, Skrall. That being said, I'll look over the loot and figure out what to do with it. Give me a minute, my head's still woosy..." Loot Skrall- Bone x2, Mead Althior- Bone x2, Mead Karie- Bone x2, Mead Matthais- Bone x2, Mead Darksten- Bone x3, Fang Dagger Purpearl- Bone x2, Mead "Butterfly Planes sound good to me. I mean, come on, they're butterflies, how hard could this be?" Karie replied, sounding rather confident.
  2. OOC: I'm putting Party Leader status on Althior, and he can also dictate Karie's actions. I'll be back on Sunday.
  3. "Um... thank you." Annienal replied, seeming somewhat relieved but appreciative towards Sylph's remark. Still cautious, she carefully stands up again. "I've been told I've been... a bit of a book worm, I guess." OOC: Okay, last post from for the weekend. Sylph's in charge in case a battle comes up. See you all on Sunday!
  4. Unfortunately I'm still one away from a lynch. Unlike you. Anyways, I'm confident in the Russell lynch. I need to head out early, so best of luck with the lynch.
  5. Annienal notices the bomb on the floor and carefully walks up to it, shield in hand and begins at an attempt to fix it. Annienal starts to sweat profusely as she carefully began moving the various pieces around, biting her lip on occasion and making the odd whimper. "Gods, please be on my side... please!..."
  6. People who have not voted at this point are withholding their vote for a reason, and are scummy in my book. Eric and Al, why haven't you voted? The question is more directed towards Eric at the moment, seeing how he's under the hammer, but I still want to know Al's reason at least.
  7. "Sorry, I'm really confused right now with all of you looking like hybrid human animals... or people animals... or whatever! Carry on!" Karie strikes the Dire Wolf B from the back row. Battle Order Skrall Purpearl Karie Darksten Althior Matthais
  8. OOC: It will affect her action unless she's remedied. "Guys, stop!" Karie shouts. "Some of you have apparently grown sheep heads, while others of you look like you've grown Barghest bodies... I can't tell who's who, and I figure it's the same with the rest of you. Skrall, remedy me and I can toss a neutralizer. Purpearl can then use her first aid kit, and we don't run the risk of hurting ourselves, and knocking ourselves out. Is everyone okay with this?"
  9. Coming from the only guy voting for me. Russell, why are you voting for Eric? You seemed dead set on placing some blame on me earlier and calling me an "easy lynch" for the town.
  10. Annienal finds herself in the back of the party, and finds herself trying hide herself behind Vindsval. She wants to hit Throlar on the head, but she technically did want to come here first. Although, she also wanted nothing to do with the building. She leans out from behind the half giant and speaks to the strangely dressed man in as diplomatically a tone as she can muster. "Um.... who are you?"
  11. Just as a heads up, I'm heading out to a LARP event this weekend, meaning I won't be online for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. In the case of both of my parties, I am putting Sylph in charge of 134's party, and Althior in charge of the Unlimited Quest party. Sorry for any inconvenience!
  12. Just a heads up, I'm going to be away this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I won't have internet access, either.
  13. Pfft, do you think you're going to get Ace Brickman to channel his inner female elven knight at this point in time.... well... okay, maybe in a bit. I need to go get changed in that case, and that takes precious time we don't have! There was some weird coincidences going on Day 1 between Eric and Irene. The only reason I voted Eric was to get his attention and to hear what he had to say on the matter of him and Irene posting similarly. I'm going to let him go for now, since there's not a lot of evidence on his part, but I am still suspicious of him. Now, onto my main suspect. Unvote: Eric (Pala) Vote: Russell (Sandy) Out of all the inactive townies, you point me out, mainly because of my vote penalty. I'd be an easy bandwagon for scum to jump on, and yet you still seem bent on me getting lynched. You also claimed to vote for Irene, which really means nothing, since you only voted for Irene when she'd been declared scum, as in Day Two you originally voted for Greg. Assuming your scum, it'd make you look pro town if you voted for a known scum, and I would imagine most of the scum did in fact vote for Irene, seeing how it'd make them look town as well. That and your claims of a second scum team have been largely ignored and have also been misleading. You can claim to not talking, but your going to have to in the next 24 hours.
  14. Keep the mom aspect, but downplay it. If your ever in a new location, ask around the inn or tavern if anyone has seen a woman that looks like your mom. A QM may just allow you some interesting role-play. If she's no longer nervous about adventuring, what's her attitude toward it now? Is it just her job, or does she find something else in it, like helping others out, or gaining power and wealth? If it's just a job, or she wants power and wealth, Black Knight might be the more reasonable choice, and if she enjoys helping others and spreading good, Paladin's the clear way to go. That being said, you could play a paladin who's not 100% virtuous, and you can play a Black Knight who's not out for themselves and not a greedy bastard. Hope this helps!
  15. I think the only one here who believes in this second Mafia family is you, Russell. The only real role claim that's been proven positive or negative is Irene's, and she was scum. Of course the scum would claim roles, it's a way for them to look both pro town and not make an attempt to convince others they're town. I also have no idea what you mean by "listed options for the killers". I did mention the options of a potential Serial Killer and Vigilante, but that was on day 2. Also, you seemingly refused to vote for Brian, a known scum, and claimed to stick to your vote for Al, until you switched votes, despite saying you wouldn't change "no matter what" and even if he was telling the truth about his role claim, and voted for the rather slow Sarah bandwagon. Your statement in Day 2 states that after the Al bandwagon stopped, you thought the Sarah bandwagon was best, but that first comment about you not changing your vote no matter what makes you look like you were trying to avoid voting for Brian. If you seriously wanted to join a bandwagon, why did you not choose the one with most momentum, namely Brian's? Also, Pamela was pretty vocal about you until Irene's confirmed scumminess showed up, in which case her gaze shifted from you to her. I find it weird how she got knocked off last night, particularly since her first sentence in Day 2 was to declare you scum. You, Russell, are the person I find the most openly suspicious, although there are others I find suspicious but not on the level as you, the most upfront of that group being Greg. However, I don't feel as if I'm ready to vote for you yet, and since I want to hear from him more, I'm going to Vote: Eric (Palathdric) until he speaks about his seeming involvement and defence of known scum Irene.
  16. Why? Have you seen her hanging around there? You're not mistaking her for that jerk selling Shelly, are you? She doesn't even compare to my beautiful Shirley-Whirley.
  17. I found this in the day two thread. This is some time after Irene's ploy as the vig is unravelled. The only other time he makes a direct reply to Irene is a " " face after she says this to Sarah. There's not enough interaction between Irene and Eric on day 2, but it could be a move between the two to seem less connected. I want Eric to speak, ASAP. And if anyone's seen Shirley, let me know. I haven't seen her for the past three days.
  18. "We've got 'em on the run!" Karie continues to smack Dire Wolf B from the Back. Same Battle Order.
  19. Was I? I don't remember being on at the time, but of course I may be wrong. You did bring this up back on day one, and as I was typing a response, the day ended. I was busy outside of the game day 2, which unfortunately didn't allow me to vote or explain myself. Honestly, it was for both of your suggested reasons. You claimed a power role, and we needed a day one lynch. It would've been foolish of me to vote off a power role, and to keep my vote on a power role player after claim so would be even stupider and scummier looking. That and we needed an anchor point, and Brian's lynch was one I originally backed and the most likely to occur. I know it makes me look scummy, but that's the reason why. I'm not a scumbum, though.
  20. Annie sighs in relief knowing the door is locked tight, but becomes tense again when the party begins to venture around the back. "Guys, the warning in red liquid said that the... um... Sacrifice was waiting for us inside, and I really would like to keep my life away from any sacrifices... guys?..." Annienal follows them, not wanting to be left alone, but continually looks behind her to ensure no one, or no thing, is following them and fiddling her thumbs. Annienal jumps slight at the birds cawing, not entirely sure what it's saying. "Um.... S-sylph? W-what's the bird saying?"
  21. Karie snickers. "Too easy! We're doing good!" Karie repeats her action against Direwolf B. Same Battle Order
  22. Al claimed watcher, and voting off a potential power role day one is idiotic. Thus, since Brian had not claimed a role, the vote went back to Brian. I agreed with Brian that Al's quietness at the time was suspicious, and took my vote off him and put it on Al, but when Al claimed watcher, I had to vote for Brian again, due to his lack of conviction on his vote for Greg, and seemingly trying to vote off a quiet and content lacking townie. I am however still suspicious of Greg. Brian's lack of a vote on him is curious in the long run, unless he was attempting to create a scenario where we'd kill Greg through potential affiliation. I knew I would!
  23. I apologize for not voting yesterday. Real life stuff popped up out of game (Victoria Long Weekend) and I couldn't post. I will be away this weekend, considering I'm still alive. That being said, good job town for bumping off another scumbum! I find it curious that there was only one death tonight. Weird, considering we had three two nights ago. It makes sense though why Pamela died. She was vocal and helping the town out immensely. She called Irene out as scum, and the mafia wanted her dead. Good going cook, your voting before voting is open. Go back to the kitchen and cook something, will you? A vote for me is a bad idea. I'm 100% vanilla town, and if a watcher or a cop wishes to look into me, feel free to. I am not scum. I need some time to look over yesterday, so give me a minute.
  24. Using Annienal and Karie as a template: -Karie was a loud, abrasive, in-your-face sort of character. I didn't want my second character to be 100% like Karie, and one way I did that was race. I made Annienal an elf because we have a lot of humans, and looking back perhaps a dwarf or some other race would've been better since we do have a good amount of female elves, but I still wanted to make sure that Annienal was not the same person Karie was. You can make a character that is similar to your first, but for me I like portraying a different type of person with each character I play. -Similar personalities are fine, really. Guts and Eric aren't similar in all reality. Where I'd call Guts brooding, Eric is more violent and forceful. Again, play a character you want to play, and one you feel comfortable playing. -For Annienal, I chose the class first and worked her character out second, mainly because Karie was the opposite. I knew who Karie was, and Rogue fit that character best. With Annie, I knew I wanted to play a knight, so I began fiddling with what hadn't been attempted with a knight character. -Annienal background was sparse, and I worked it up. All I had written out was she was timid, and she came from a military academy and was here because the academy no longer wanted her. I built up her book worminess and literature adoration over time. -I thought the idea of a timid knight was both new and conflicted with the general idea of how knights have always been portrayed in this game, as loud, upfront, and general social characters. The moment I had that idea planted in my head, I went about making sure that the rest of the character made sense. I don't think the issue is "has someone already done this?" For me it's "how do I add my own spin on this, and would I enjoy playing this?"
