  1. Spider-Man (done before), Daredevil (Shown before), Ant-Man, Star-Lord, and Black Panther. Star-Lord's combos are my least favorite. I'd recommend brown hands and those hips come in brown so it'd look better. The torso works very well for Rocket and any other member of your GotG crew. They were released in The Lone Ranger line and three of the same torsos came in the smallest set. So it works out quite dandy. EDIT: Here is the fixed Star-Lord and Rocket.
  2. It's obvious, DC wouldn't say: "Hey, watch our movie in 2016!" When they release a first part in 2015, that's horrible marketing. And the site for the title of the first movie's supposed name was bought today by the man who started the rumor.
  3. It was confirmed fake.
  4. Justice League of America is fantastic. Batman and Two-Face run (4 issues in the beginning of New 52 was fantastic.) Green Arrow and Batman are great (Capullo's art in Batman is phenomenal!) But then there is a better series, Batman Eternal. If you haven't read this I recommend you pick up as much of it as you can find and try to catch up. Because it is just one huge mystery series. It's fantastic.
  5. We can discuss this rumor in the 2015 forum. And 'Lego' should be 'LEGO'. Just a tip.
  6. Why not use Sinestro's legs for Black Adam? (This should really be in the purist superheroes forum) Croc as a Dogpound like mould would be worse. I just flat out hate big-figs. They seem like an excuse to just make whatever character close to a larger scale onto an ugly mould. I really think that LEGO just wants to get some more money out of sets, Grodd nor Darkseid had to be big-figs. Just my opinion/rant. I think the only big-figs should be Clayface and Hulk (and any other Hulk) and any large Hulk villain.
  7. So... I really enjoyed the Ant-Man trailer. I wonder what variation of Ant-Man we will get. Hank Pym or Scott Lang (Assuming it's comic based.) And the Daredevil series is coming out in sometime soon (April, I think.) That'd be cool if LEGO made at least a polybag for him. But that probably isn't happening. It'd be nice however.
  8. If Killer Croc was in fact coming, we would've seen a leaked mould by now. I'll look around but don't get your hopes up. I actually hope he is a minifigure. So we don't get horrid vehicles like Green Goblin's Glider or Darkseid's floating bundle of bricks.
  9. I think that we should just discuss the sets and are open for some mild speculation. Listing what you want is fine unless you straight up say that is what the set will be (I may be guilty). That's all that's sensible that we can do since the mods have said that since this forum is getting out of hand they may check for underaged users and deal with them. But that's none of our business and we are here to discuss some LEGO. Trust me, pointing out the flaws just makes it worse so let's keep it on topic. And to the people that say they know LEGO Employees. There have been so many of them that we can't tell which is true or not. So have some integrity and not try to get everyone all crazy over stuff. Anyways. There is DC items to be discussed! Again, highlighting FACTS of what we know about the Summer 2015 Wave (Again ) - Jokerland set that will be around 100 Euros - Batman Harbor Chase (The title is all we know.) - A set with Deathstroke, Starfire, and Beast Boy (Safe to assume it's a Teen Titans set.) - Trickster is coming in a movie or book. - Lightning Lad is coming in a Target block. (That's all we know.)
  10. We are steering a bit off topic so I'll add more. LEGO really just... What were they thinking? Mandarin's Buggy from the Iron Man 3 subtheme. I don't care about the fact that it wasn't in the movie because there must've been some communication issues about the final film plans. The tank just looked awful. The colors and the build were... Bad. Now, if there wasn't communication errors just think about the sets we could've gotten. The tank set could've easily been two Iron Legion suits vs an Extremis soldier. Well, that didn't happen so I think this set fits in both categories.
  11. In LEGO, we have praised licensed sets but often overlooked how absurdly awful they were. And there are chances LEGO could've made great sets but missed out on. I'll start small so we can have some discussion. LEGO missed the ball on the smallest DC Superheroes 2012 set. Catcycle Chase was the name. I think? I had owned the set for what seems now like forever. Also being lucky enough to own the 2006 counterpart. I must conclude that LEGO missed. It was rubbish. The 2006 set offered a crazy set up for a chase featuring the Bat-Dragracer and frankly, as absurd as an idea that is. The vehicle was still imposing and added nicely to the serious theme. The 2012 counterpart was awful. While the set did have it's perks with rare-ish pieces. Batman wasn't imposing. In fact. He was smiling... In a jetpack. And there was a HUGE waste of resources on that awkward street corner. Where Batman would stop Catwoman by throwing a traffic lamp onto her. That explains itself. LEGO also missed the ball on an OBVIOUS set that would have made a good amount of money. A UCS Hogwarts. I'm not really one to be mad at LEGO for missing a set because they may not have thought of such potential. But this was obvious, and the countless iterations of Hogwarts in the past just couldn't amount to the massive size of the real Castle. Now, I reckon. A ~$300 Hogwarts would be a lot better than a $120 re-hash of the same. Old. Annoying. Sections of Hogwarts. So much potential, yet no response or attempt. A point I want to put across is that we shouldn't be bashing LEGO in this, we should just say that they were at a weak point with these sets. So, don't make it sound like LEGO is terrible... (This message may be hypocritical.) Anyways, I'd love to see anyone's input on what LEGO could've done better. Or just have done in general...
  12. I'd really enjoy a set with Daredevil now... It's not happening soon but I'd be happy to see one in the coming years. Seeing how the DC line is branching out.
  13. Glad to be back. And I must agree, that helmet choice is fantastic. I think the face is fine really. Especially with the helmet's cutoff. It works nicely.
  14. The set will likely be a Batboat, a boat/jet-ski for Killer Croc, a dock with a vendor and civilian along with a jet-ski for another hero (likely The Question.) I think The Question would be a great addition to this set. We need obscure heroes that people still know and respect. And nothing sets the scene other than The Question on a jet-ski with a stolen camera trying to stop and get pictures of Killer Croc. It'd actually make sense and be a neat addition. I also think a new Bat-copter would be a great idea because sets with repetitive vehicles are rather boring. And 3 water vehicles and a dock are boring. Hopefully LEGO sees that.
  15. Samurai Girl from S13
  16. I would hope it's a Batcopter. It'd make sense and it could add some nice scenery instead of just having another large boat.
  17. So, I guess we can discuss the Summer sets now that the winter sets are out (I don't see why NUMEROUS POSTS about the winter sets being out helps anyone.) Just a recap of what we know about 2015 unreleased items now. We are getting The Trickster. So sometime in the coming month we should know when he's coming We are getting another Target cube, which leads me to believe it may be a bi-monthly occasion. We have three sets that we are near certain are going to come out; Jokerland which will be around 100 euros A Batman Water Chase (With a presumption of Killer Croc) And a rumored set that includes Beast Boy, Starfire, and Deathstroke (Could be assumed to be a Teen Titans set) We know NOTHING about SDCC Exclusives and the later we know about them is probably best for anyone's mental capacity as they might be angering...
  18. Edit: annd there is a 2015 topic.
  19. Nice work! Really impressive. And the photo quality is excellent!
  20. They could finally be making a movie not based around Batman. Flash has many good stories to be told. And if they were told in LEGO form...
