I'm very confused. I'm still unsure as to the death of Tumi. I'm also confused as to all the other deaths. Three night killers and one potential day killer (unless Tumi did something to warrant his death)

Ragnarök Now Redux - Nights (Players Only)
Bob replied to MagPiesRUs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
It's very peculiar as to what happened, and I'm at a loss to understand it. I'm curious to see the results of both men. In the meantime, I'll be at the bar. -
Unvote: Snotra Carrotface / Scubacarrot Vote: Sigrid (Sisco) I don't think I've really seen anyone more useless. You're not even talking, you haven't said anything useful, you haven't even voted yet.
-
The fact that you've rushed in here less than twenty minutes after I voted for you is a bit suspicious, however I'm willing to chalk that up to a coincidence.
-
I don't know, it just seems like some people are jumping into a bandwagon for the sake of voting. She hasn't really pinged me too much. Ah, look who came running shortly after I cast my vote. You've still told me everything I wanted to know even though you tried to hide your initial reaction.
-
I'm not really sure who to vote for. I'd rather not jump on the bandwagon and vote for Mist, simply because I don't see much merit in it. I'm still a bit iffy about my previous suspects. I'd rather cast out a feeler vote, just to see what happens. Vote: Snotra Carrotface / Scubacarrot Let's see how she reacts to this.

Voting recently opened and I have been speaking for most of the day. I'm not sure why you've singled me out. Regardless, two people have flared up in my opinion and that's Snotra and Naemr, mostly by things that they've said. It's just an instinct, though. Also, I'm a bit iffy about Sigrid's roleplaying. Even though her "character description" says she's taken a vow of silence, she could still speak up a little bit by "writing down notes". Just an observation. Perhaps Sigrid is going to take advantage of this lack of speech in an effort to fly under the radar.

I think you're playing the wrong game, friend.
-
If we hold to this logic, the entire game is ruined. Clearly I meant to the death, again.

Hear me, for I am Baulf! We shall prevail over any Servants of Loki and their vile traitorous ways. So have I spoken, this is a decree that I hold to the death!

Ragnarök Now Redux - Confirmation & Discussion
Bob replied to MagPiesRUs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
All Hail, King Baulf, ruler of all of Novgorod! My first decree: Create a Meteor Defense Network! -
I'll come and post anyway, just to extra-confirm.
-
Well that was exciting. As for who everyone is, I haven't the slightest of an idea. Nobody told me and I'm not smart enough to figure it out on my own.

Looks pretty good. I'll have to pick this one up, and I was hoping not to pick up any sets for awhile.

1. What Mafia experience have you had? I've played many a game here. 2. What was your favorite Mafia role that you played and why? That's a tough one to answer. The one I had the most fun with was during Harriet Slutter, mostly because you could act like any other player and nobody would know it was you. 3. What was the moment in your EB Mafia experience that surprised you the most. The revelation of who everyone was in the aforementioned mafia game, Harriet Slutter. Some people I had pinned, but others I was dead wrong with. Shush, you.

Mafia After Dark - Conclusion: City of Gods
Bob replied to Tamamono's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Wait a second...you weren't in the game! Thanks for the good time, Tammo. I hope I was more active in this one than I was in the last game you hosted. Even if I did last for such a short amount of time. -

Mafia After Dark - Night 2: Mean Streets
Bob replied to Tamamono's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Well, this is a bit distressing. I feel that I've presented my case against Doğukan rather well, so I've decided that I'll stay with that vote. What's curious is that he hasn't even come back to defend himself yet. I understand that I'm likely the only vote that has a chance of succeeding, but I still don't understand why. The case against me is weak and some might even say, non-existent, but everyone is jumping on it like a bandwagon because "it's the only one that will succeed." Why is my vote the only one that will succeed? Maybe if everyone else changes their vote then another one will, but the likelihood of that is slim since half the people present can't be bothered to play the game. I'm a vanilla townie, so the only way you'll learn something from my death is if you examine the vote patterns. That's if you get a conviction, though. At this rate we could go another night without a conviction. There's 17 of us left (unless I can't count) so we need a majority of 9 votes. I think. I'm a magician, not a mathematician. By the way, the only reason that Doğukan is bold is because I copied it directly from the front page because I don't want to butcher the name. I'm a magician, not a butcher. -
Mafia After Dark - Night 2: Mean Streets
Bob replied to Tamamono's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
I saw this coming from a mile away, and I'm not even a psychic. I'm a magician. You've had a hard-on for me since this whole affair started. Why? I explained myself to you sufficiently and yet you still refuse to believe my reasoning. I'm not going to vote for you, because even though you appear to be misguided and a bit odd, there's someone else I have my eye on: Vote: Doğukan Akbulut / Dragonator Where have you been, fair tailor? You show up, reiterate what people have already said, and make generally fluffy statements. Why? What are you hiding? You didn't even bother to post during the day and you only showed up when someone confronted you by saying that you're not around. -
Mafia After Dark - Night 2: Mean Streets

Basically what Dexter said, but I can elaborate on it. It was a poke at her to see her reaction. The fact that she didn't respond immediately tells me that she's probably not scum. Usually, the scum troll the thread waiting for an accusation to come at them so they can immediately shut it down before more people build on it. Since she didn't immediately return to the thread and comment on my poke, it leads me to believe that nobody told her in private to get her megablocks into the conversation so she could respond to the accusation. And yes, I believe that the scum can PM each other. Look at what it says in the rules, specifically rule #6: 6. You may not communicate with anyone outside of the game thread unless otherwise stated by me. Yes, this includes PMs - you are not allowed to PM this game (unless granted a special exception). Similarly, do not post out of character inside the thread; you must always play the role given to you. Look closely at where it says "unless granted a special exception". Usually the scum are allowed to communicate with each other. It'd be almost impossible for the scum to win if they couldn't talk to each other privately. It's just my interpretation of that rule. -

Mafia After Dark - Day 2: The Godfather - Part II
Bob replied to Tamamono's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
We can't count out the theory that Donny was our vigilante and that the scum killer just took him out randomly. It wouldn't be the first time that it's happened in these games...of life. What was Donny doing up on the billboard? The tapes say he said "I can see anything I want from up here, and I blend in." or something to that effect. Could it be that he himself was looking for a target to kill? Who knows? I don't know. I'm not discounting that there's a third party, I'm just saying that we have to look at all the options before we rush to judgement. There's a few reasons as to why there was one kill today. A killer was blocked, the target was protected, or the killer that didn't kill didn't go out. It's all speculation at this point. Also, if Donny was a Ferrari, there's a chance that he was the scum killer or at least a scum power role, but I don't think we'd get so lucky right off the bat. -

I thought I did explain myself? I said I was mostly poking at Penelope because I found a few of her statements to be curious and odd. -

Vote: Officer Penelope Talbott \ Palathadric She doesn't exactly sit well with me. I'm throwing this out there as a potential person that's a bit off in my opinion. Just some of the things she's said are a bit peculiar.
