  1. See more on flickr. The fast moving underwater speeder for the crew of MISSION: ATLANTIS. Nicknamed 'Tail Fin' with top speeds near 70 MPH is can help with fast travel for the crew of the mission. Containing about the same number of pieces as a fair priced $10 set. I don't know if it shows, but I don't actually own any Atlantis sets, but I thought the entire idea was need so I went for it. I do also have plans to do maybe another of these red vehicles. Maybe by then I'll have an actual Atlantis set.
  2. The brown along the side is a minor nitpick, but great work.
  3. Neat idea! I should get around to finishing something for the free stuff.
  4. Oops, the link has been fixed. And I do suppose you're right about that. Thanks for moving it. Another idea. Using the blue dome along with additional parts for a full water tank and hose.
  5. I recently picked up some of the newest sets for 2010 at my local TRU and decided to do a few Rock Monster Humor scenes. There may or may not be more to come. Ain't so hot any more 'eh? ...wow you're hot! I'm pretty sure I've adopted the new name "HotHeads" for these new little guys that just look like there made of lava. Thanks again, Zack
  6. Well the arches are actually to go around the curved windows I'm using on the yellow building that can be seen, but I still think I may pick some of those up later on. Will do for the treasure. An additional WIP shot. I know it doesn't give much away, but I still want to keep some secrecy with this project. Feedback welcome.
  7. His products are excellent. I received a few to give away in a contest and the quality is fantastic, the price not so much.
  8. Right I knew that. (I did think it was lesser enforced. I guess I was mistaken there. Thanks for the help.)
  9. My apologies. I didn't know WIP photos applied to contest rules. (I had just been using the Flickr default) Fixed.
  10. I've made a load of progress including many new buildings and a two new cobblestone paths. Anyway: Helpful criticism and feedback are happily accepted.
  11. Hey rjbouw your decal looks sweet so far. I also suggest you meet a few new people in the Greeting Forum. Again fantastic work.
  12. I had all intentions to play up the light blue. I just need to find a few more bricks in that color. As for silver I'll see what I can find. I was actually meant the rebirth of the port and not the ship itself. I had had plans to also add a light house, but I've instead replaced it with a small set of houses. I was thinking this would be a merchant town due to the two ports is has. As for dark red accents I feel that if I bring another color into this it will become to congested and colorful. I was hoping to stick to Brown, Tan, Lt. Blue, and Silver, but I may add some regular blue. Maybe that will add a little more 'spice' to this. As for the deck I plan on adding an upper deck and the picture I've shown is very prelim. There will be more to come.
  13. . Along with the many functions is has in an .You can also view a full set of photos on flickr Yes, Yes indeed this is for Pillage the Village II : Calm After the Storm large division. It is currently my largest creation to date over 3 feet by 3 feet and has more than tested my with a variety of ideas. It has been quite and experience. (Especially the photography) Anyway I hope you enjoy 'The Reconstruction of Fort Oswald'
  14. Those UN helmets and dark green vespas look delicious. I will be making a new order soon.
  15. I'm with grey on this. I have many more green baseplates though.
  16. As the fighting of WWII nears its end a British and American soldier take a patrol walk near the German shores discussing their lives back home at more peaceful times. See more here. Cheers, Zack
  17. Very impressive work. Everything about this looks fantastic. All the details are in perfect alignment and not a brick it out of place. Great work.
  18. Right my bad. I was hoping people would follow the links where I have everything properly credited and a little more organized. Its fixed though.
  19. Yes I borrowed it from this. And thanks.
  20. Part of a challenge between myself and fellow member WisrthanU. Probably my favorite of the three figures I made for the competition. As a bonus here is a custom space minifigure sporting a Xeno and Chain Blade. Click the photos for a link to more minifigure images. Weapons by BrickArms. Rebreather in first figure by BrickForge. Head in picture one is all modified. Helmet in picture two is custom. Thanks, Zack
  21. Great idea and all of the details are great. I can't say I like the inclusion of dark tan in some spots, but I do like the woodwork you've managed to pull off here.
  22. Clever idea. I can only imagine a Governor who follows candy down a path. I do feel that the grass shouldn't have any studs especially since they are so apparent and focused on in this creation. All the flowers and plants add loads of detail, but the lack of consistency (different flower with each plant) is a little off-setting to me. The rocks could be made a little more apparent maybe with a few more to define them. Great entry, I love it.
  23. Creative idea and you've pulled it off excellently with some funny concepts. All of the green slopes are delicious. I think I may need some more to try a nice steep hill like this. Although some of the grass elements use bother me a little. Especially the one right behind the cheese. Wouldn't it have run over that part of the hill making it at least a little flatter. The decals on the figures look great though. Are they your own? They look fantastic. The palm tree could maybe do with a few more palm fronds, but everything still looks great. Great entry into the medium category.
  24. Great work! The entire scene looks great!
