Superb design and use of space for 16 stud wide! Guess the lift does help in the layout now he staircase is gone. Except we need to have a fire escape ladder alternative! Ha ha Superb facade which is clean and modern yet of fits into the modular themes! Liked the fountain a lot! Will ha e to use your idea and if forget to give you credits, here is it in advance! I will likely model my bank after yours. Now only working on16 wide modulars to save display space! Kudos and well done to a fantastic piece of moc!

-
Do you need any additional bricks for this unhauting process? Or just reuse all existing bricks?

Thanks to all for the kind comments! Yes, idea was to cram the 3 key features into this 32x32 plate and still have some space for the petrol pumps for it to work! Will continue to improve my petrol station! Cheers...

Hi all, Please see my Servo Showdown Entry! Decided to MOC a Corner Modular Service Station - but want it to be a Neutral Brand... hence calling it a Brandless Servo Station! This is my Entry into the Servo Showdown Competition and do let me have your feedbacks! Did up using my remaining bricks and no bricklink. NIght Shot followed by Day shot. Some other views and close up shots! As most of the entries are Non Corner modular in nature, decided to do a modular Service station. It comes complete with a auto carwash, store and a mechanic garage for car repair! Trying to squeeze all in the 32x32 stud wide baseplate. Used the car from the city transport corner set and the mechanic figure from the CMF series. Hope you like this entry! Bigger photos at this link: http://www.flickr.com/photos/toys_hub/

This is my first posting of my MOC. Tried to build a modular bank (modded from bank transfer set) and a train station(modded from 7997). Did some research on this forum and internet and madey bricks purchases to get started. As this is my first attempt to MOC a modular building, do feel free to give me your comments. Some simple photos taken using my camera phone. More photos link: http://www.flickr.com/x/t/0092009/photos/toys_hub/8437126617/ http://www.flickr.com/x/t/0097009/photos/toys_hub/8437128485/
