Yes, sealed enemies are prevented from using their Special, but only for three rounds after the casting. Confused enemies have a 50/50 chance of targetting a fellow enemy in case a Damage/Special Damage is rolled or they get a Free Hit, again effective for three rounds.

Like others have said, it's recommended you concentrated your interactions on the characters who are on the same quest as you. I understand your reasonings, but "a wizard did it" -mentality just isn't good and fair roleplaying. Patience is the key word for this situation, I believe.

Mafia School: A Bedtime Story - Day Three
Sandy replied to Sandy's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Final Vote Tally: Aladdin/palathadric: 5 (Kadabra, JaseTJ, LEGOman273, Alex the Great, Piratedave84) Red Riding Hood/Kadabra: 2 (palathadric, RPGer) Snow White/LEGOman273: 3 (Chromeknight, Jackjonespaw, Dakar A) Non-voters: 1 (Donut) The day has ended without a conviction. Please send your night actions within 24 hours. ~*¨*~*¨*~*¨*~ Not being able to reach an agreement on who to toss into the mirror, the residents of the Fairy Tale Castle retire to their bedrooms. Some grumbles are heard, but in this uncertain situation the blame just could not be placed on any certain individual. On the courtyard, the All-Fruit Tree continued to wither... And in his bedroom, Nico went to bed all by himself. Gio was out with his friends, his father was out with his "uncles", and his mother was just passed out. Gazing out of the window, Nico wondered how the story would continue - for both the people at the Fairy Tale Castle and the people in this house. -

I agree with Cornelius and Zepher. Playing the quests should be left to those chosen into them. It's simply not purposeful if outsiders help the questers in riddles or puzzles or anything like that. Most people in this game's universe can learn to practice magic to some extent, but some have inherent potency in it. Wonderful work! Thank you so much for taking the time to compile this. I'll send you the profiles for Sham Poo and Reno Bonaparte sometime soon.

Mafia School: A Bedtime Story - Day Three
Sandy replied to Sandy's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
The sun climbed up all the way above the Fairy Tale Castle, and it was time to make decisions again. But on their way to the ballroom, the inhabitants of the castle noticed that the Every-Fruit Tree that grew in the courtyard had started to wither and drop its branches. The tree had provided unlimited sustenance to them, so they were shocked to see it in such a sorry state. It was as if life itself was draining out of the castle... Nico did not feel well, so he got sent home from school early. At the kitchen his mother was already waiting for him. "I made you shome of that porridge you ashked for", she slurred in a drunken stupor. The smoking kettle on the table emanated an awful stench. Nico wondered how mom didn't realize she had burned the porridge? He still remembered the time when his mother would greet him with a hug and a smile when he got back from school. She had always been the most beautiful woman in the world in Nico's eyes, but now her beauty was fading. Nico took one long, disgusted look at the bottle his mother was holding, and went to his room. You now have 48 hours to convict someone. With 11 players left, it takes 6 votes to reach a conviction. -
That's true, except when there's only one enemy left.

An issue has been raised through private messages. Apparently some of you are sharing the character information that I sent you to prove your allegiance. Doing that goes against the rules and nature of this game, so please stop. I cannot control how you play the game in private, but at least have the courtesy of obeying the given rules. Thank you.

Because these "dead"-avatars are ugly? Sorry for not setting up a Writeboard for you to vent, but that's actually not common practice for these games, just something certain hosts have done. But please do not use this topic for venting, either. Remember that you must not reveal anything you know to anyone anymore. You're dead, so stay quiet.
-
I certainly change my enemies during the quest to counterbalance the progress of the party. That should be common practice, or else the party will get off either too easy or will be doomed to fail the quest.

The third Day is now up. A big thanks to Darth Nihilus and Flipz for participating in this game. Sorry you couldn't continue further!

The image that formed on the Looking-Glass was not what the innocent residents of the Fairy Tale Castle wanted to see... Goldilocks had been fast asleep during all these nights - although not in her own bed. She was evidently a good guy. Worse yet, the night cost them the life of another innocent soul. Cinderella had been pushed down a flight of stairs so hard she had broken her neck and a whole bunch of other bones. Not even her glass slippers survived the fall, for the staircase was littered with shards. Anxiety grew among the denizens of the castle. They had convicted a wrong person two days in a row. How many more mistakes could they afford? Two more items were carried to the vault... ...The favorite kettle of Goldilocks - the girl sure loved her porridge... And the tiara of Cinderella that she had worn during the enchanted night when her Fairy Godmother had allowed her to participate in Prince Charming's ball... "That's not fair!" Nico complained at the breakfast table as Gio continued the story. "The good guys don't stand a chance. Mom, can you make me some porridge for breakfast?" His mother Donna looked surprised. "Is everything alright, honey? Maybe I should check your fever..." "Nuh-uh, I just got this urge for some porridge, that's all." Nico got an encouraging smile from his big brother. Their mother turned the stove on. Then the door opened. Nico's father Silvio walked in, carrying a black guitar case. He'd been out all night again, and Nico was old enough to know that his father was not rehearsing how to play an instrument. Silence fell into the kitchen. Donna gave a hard look at her husband, turned the stove off and grabbed a half-empty bottle from the counter. The boys watched as their parents walked to opposite directions. "I'll make you some porridge", Gio consoled Nico, but the damage was done. Nico felt a hard lump in his throat and had suddenly lost his appetite. Kadabra is a different player than LotF, he can't be held accountable for his predecessor's actions. Anyway, the results of the night actions are now in, and Day Three will commence later today.

Mafia School: A Bedtime Story - Day Two
Sandy replied to Sandy's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Another nightfall, another lynch. The crowd carried Goldilocks towards the Looking-Glass. "What are you doing?! You've got it all wrong!" the blondie screamed. "I've slept with almost all of you guys, is this really how you repay me?!" "Huh, what's going on here?" asked Red Riding Hood, who had been absent-minded for the last couple of days. "Is it just me or is there less of us now?" "How nice of you to join us...", someone said dryly. The kicking and screaming Goldilocks was mercilessly tossed into the Looking-Glass, and as she faded into the Mirror World, an image started forming on the surface of the mirror again... "To be continued... Sleep tight!" Gio said. Nico already saw this coming, but couldn't help but to be disappointed. Looking out of the window, the boy wondered if the residents of the castle would visit his dreams again. -
And now it's official: Kadabra will play the role of Red Riding Hood from here on out.

Thanks for the fast offer! Alright, if LotF does not make an appearance before the day ends, you'll be playing Red Riding Hood.
-
It seems Lord of the Fries will not be making an appearance to this game after all, so I'll need that replacement.

Welcome to the game, zakura! Nice to see another female character joining the ranks, I don't think we've had one since Alisha... Here's a good close-up avatar for you as a joining gift. We can always extend the sign-ups if you won't get enough players.
